Close area attractions include McKinney Falls State Park, Zilker Park (free concerts in the park in the summertime, water activities on the Colorado River), Auditorium Shores (more free music concerts), and Formula One. Please note that there is an owner's suite attached to the main house with a separate entrance. This area is not a part of the rental. Cockroaches dead and alive. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Madter shower head leaks and sprays water on drywall. Outdoor grill filthy and connection barely working. Bottled water almost empty and there was not a spare.

Our 2nd stay at this house. Excellent location - close to our weekend events (Zilker Park, downtown, airport, greenbelt) - but off the beaten path and on a woodsy scenic quiet dead-end street. House was lovely, super clean, VERY comfortable, all the amenities we'd want, with artsy and stylish decor. Owner is responsive, accommodating and personable. Thank you, Danny!

I chose this home because it was the closest to where my niece lives. It was a great place for my brothers and me for a few days. There were plenty of supplies, which isn't always the case. I liked the short, but nice, hiking trail right there. The owner was particularly easy to communicate with and friendly, and allowed an early check in. I liked the quiet neighborhood too. Would stay there again for sure.

The location concerned me a bit but the extra thoughtful touches made up for it. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, the towels are so soft, water filtration system was so great, bonus - I saw 2 deer in the back yard. More lighting in the living room would be my only critique.

Went to Austin with my group of friends for my 30th birthday. This house was perfect! It was super clean, and stocked with everything you can think of. The kitchen is a dream to cook in! The beds are very comfortable and the couch is huge and could fit 2 people if needed. The location is close to downtown. I have absolutely no complaints! This place is worth every penny.

The place was perfect for a football weekend. The place was clean and there was parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Not too far from UT campus as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location/neighborhood as the neighborhood is hit/miss with several overgrown yards and junk in the front. The VRBO was maintained.

Family gathering in Austin with our 3 adult kids. House was just what I was looking for - cozy and comfortable gathering for meals, games and videos. It was very convenient to all Austin has to offer (restaurants, bars, green belt, museums, stores) but off the beaten path, pretty, and wooded (had a family of deer in the yard one afternoon). Comfy beds, artsy and stylish decor, updated furniture, cabinetry and appliances. Thanks, Danny for a fun weekend.
