About this house rental
Located in Hyannis, this charming house for $470 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A two story, 5 bedroom, 3,5 bath, completely renovated house is just steps to the beautiful Keyes Beach and close to Main Street Hyannis and the Hyannis Harbor. The Keyes Beach is located on the Nantucket Sound side of the island with the warmest waters on Cape Cod. Wide stretch of sand, many activities, shady picnic area with tables and grills, snack bar, lifeguards and other facilities, lovely views out to Atlantic make it an ideal spot for your Cape Cod vacation! On the first floor, open and airy space seamlessly flows from sunlit living area to dining area for 10 guests and to modern, brand new and fully equipped kitchen. The house is excellent for several families vacationing together. There is a one spacious master bedroom suit (king size bed) with a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have two queen size beds, another two bedrooms have 4 twins. You will sleep like a rock on the new mattresses from Macy’s after busy days! For your comfort and convenience, the house equipped with Central Air Conditioner, Washer and Drier, 4 New LSD HDTVs, Free Wi-Fi Internet. We provide high quality (from Macy’s and Bed & Bath) beddings, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware etc. Also, we keep for you beach chairs/umbrellas, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies, tea and coffee. Our home is surrounded by a large fenced in yard with south facing partially shaded deck which set up with a comfortable outdoor furniture and there is a grill for those barbecues! When you are not on the beach, take advantage of many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all the excitements, shops and restaurants Hyannis has to offer, sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history in JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of many renown restaurants on Main Street! Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor with its deep-sea fishing charter boat, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, harbor cruises, parasailing, whale-watching cruises and much more! Booklets with all local activities and maps will simplify your choice! We accept mature well-behaved dogs at an additional charge, with prior approval. Beach was a 4 minute walk! Super convenient. Grandkids had a great time making sandcastles and catching minnows. Ocean was a bit cold but my son managed to kayak anyway! Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was close by so the whole family went on a day trip and enjoyed lobster rolls at the Lookout Tavern. House was super comfortable, great layout and stocked with enough starter supplies. Stop & Shop was a 10 minute drive so going food shopping was not a hassle. Alex was available and helpful. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Highly recommend

The home is large and spacious. Plenty of bed and bathrooms. Very clean. There was no clutter. Plenty of dish and glassware as well as a fine assortment of cookware. Nice Webber grill. Nice washer and dryer. We had a dog with us...the back yard was fenced in so the dog had plenty of room to run around. My family and I had a wonderful week in Hyannis...and enjoyed our comfortable accomodations.

The first thing we require in a rental is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. It was well appointed for our "short stay" needs. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the short walk to the ocean was delightful. Our host was professional and courteous. Five stars all around.

The property is great for us each year we do our golf trip. Conveniently located to courses and restaurants. House is very clean and beds are super comfortable. Having 3 showers is helpful as well. I had a few women gathering for a writer's retreat, and there was so much space for us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean and very comfortable. The best thing, maybe, were the number of bathrooms. No one ever had to wait. Happiness.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk away from Key beach and the main st area of town. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely laid out with a fenced, and private yard, and deck. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay there with family.

I’ve rented many vacation houses. Some come close to expectations. Some miss the mark completely. This house was perfect. The house and amenities were exactly as stated in the description and BETTER! The deck and fenced in backyard were perfect for my little dog , coffee in the morning and outdoor grilling in the evening. Beach was a close 5 minute walk. Downtown Hyannis about a 25 minute walk. The owners, Alex and Val, were extremely helpful and could contact them easily. They gave us lots of suggestions including restaurants, shopping , sightseeing , etc. The even told us where we buy lobsters at a store where they cooked them for free. The house was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!

This was a great house for a 3 generation family getaway! Lots of open space for cooking/eating/games together, but private rooms for sleeping and quiet time. Easy walk to beach even with smaller kids, and nice collection of beach supplies provided. Would definitely stay again!

Hyannis Family Vacation
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured online. We were 6 adults and three children (ages 10 to 15). The house was perfect for us. I loved the master bedroom and bath on the main floor. The house has a fenced in yard with deck and barbecue. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities and linens, bath and beach towels were provided. There was also beach chairs for us to use. The beach was a short walk from the house. Downtown Hyannis was a little further but still walkable. Alex and Valentina were wonderful hosts. It was a pleasure working with them and meeting them. They were very reachable, always answering any questions we had. They also provided us with so much information about the area. We had a wonderful time and if you are planning a trip to this area, I would highly recommend this home

My sisters and and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great area and close to most everything. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t give it a 5 as it could use a little more cleaning in a few areas. All and all I would rent there again.

Great family place
Eight of my family gathered to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house is exactly as described. The living room has plenty of seating and the kitchen table could easily sit 10. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer. In addition to the master bath, there is another half bath downstairs as well as two full baths upstairs with the 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect; only a couple of blocks to the beach and less than a mile to town. Alex is a very responsive host. This is a great place to spend some time.
