Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. •These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions. This beautiful and tastefully decorated cottage is the perfect beach retreat for your vacation! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sits just 2 blocks from the beach with great access. Both bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful with appealing décor. You will love the open floor plan of the kitchen and living areas; it’s the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The fenced and private front yard is an amazing peaceful alcove with nice landscaping and stunning mature palms. This home is truly a standout and is the perfect spot for your Morro Bay vacation. Home Features: • Master Bedroom with King sized bed with flat screen TV. • Second bedroom with King sized bed and tv. • Bathroom features a combination shower/tub. • Living room with large flat screen TV and DVD player. The sectional couch coverts to a full sized bed. • The kitchen includes nice appliances and a great open layout to the living room. • High speed wi-fi available. • Ample parking in the driveway. • Garage houses a full sized high end washer and dryer for guests (NOTE: Parking inside the garage is NOT available) • Propane BBQ is provided. • Beach chairs, cooler, and bikes for guest use. NO SMOKING and NO PETS. This is strictly enforced. Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

While traveling on a business trip, this was a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Very quiet location and beautiful home with quick access to the main roads and beach. If it's still available, definitely staying again.

This little house was the perfect getaway. All the little details made it special. Nice bed, good pillows, and linens. well appointed kitchen. we rode the bikes in the garage. A nice comfortable stay!

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and bright in a neighborhood that was walking distance to the beach. Great location for a relaxing stay in the Morro Bay Area. Convenient to Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria and San Simeon (Hearst Castle). Not far from Paso Robles wine region. House was comfortable and with amenities - beach chairs, bikes - for outdoor play. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our family stayed here while we were in the area for a Cal Poly SLO visit. We also headed up to Monterey for one day. The little house was super clean and decor is upscale and beachy. The beds and bedding are extra comfortable. Great location to food and shopping. Taco Temple is a must. Also be sure to visit Rock Espresso for coffee. If you’re lucky you’ll go when they have the chocolate chip banana bread!

Overall had a wonderful time. Great place for young children. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants on the water. Neighborhood is a little run down feeling in some areas but overall, would totally recommend.

The cottage was beautiful, modern/chic, clean, all your wants and needs are met, incredibly romantic and only 2 blocks from the beach. We are looking forward for our next stay.

A peaceful, beautiful location from which to explore Morro Bay and the surrounding area. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Nice yard to catch some afternoon sun while having a snack/drink. Very relaxing.

We loved our time at this charming cottage in Morro Bay! Very very clean and nicely decorated. Conveniently located between the towns of Morro Bay and Cayucos, and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The managers are clearly very thoughtful - instructions were clear, communications were great, and everything we needed and needed to know was provided. No complaints at all - would definitely stay here again!!

This property is amazing! Everything is exactly as described and more. The property is very clean and comfortable and close to all the local things to do. We were able to horseback ride, visit Hearst castle, kayak, zipline, and go whale watching all within short drives, as well as WALK right to the beach! I loved this property and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Morro Bay or anywhere is San Luis Obispo county!!

We had a wonderful time staying near the beach at this house. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had coffee available as well as a complementary bottle of wine! We were just a short walk from the beach and a short walk from bike trails. We were able to park our car and spend the entire weekend walking and bike riding wherever we need to be. It’s just a short drive from a good grocery store, and very easy to access from the main road. The property was quiet and extremely enjoyable.

2nd time staying here. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything is super clean, cozy and bright without being cramped or cluttered. 3 min walk to the beach, close to morro bay or cayucos. Beds are so comfortable. Quiet when outside even tho you're close to the highway. Perfect for our family of 3.

Great Home
This was a great little house that was very clean, kept up to date, and offered all the amenities that you would need for a fun family filled vacation. Location was good right across the road from the ocean and about a 5 min ride into the town. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Beach cottage
We had a great time at this vacation home. It was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for the access to the beach but still peaceful. Really enjoyed having access to bikes. The place was very clean and fairly well stocked.

This is a very nice spot in Morro Bay. The house is an older place but in good condition. Very easy access to the beach and Hwy 1. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
That said, I have to mention how bad it was for us. We don't use a lot of fragrance and this place was over the top. Most people wouldn't be bothered by highly fragranced linens but to us they were a problem. They used a fragrance free laundry detergent but then added a liquid fabric softener with an extremely strong smell. I couldn't sleep on the beds, so I spent 5 nights on the sofa. This was the first time this has happened in the many times I stayed at a vacation rental (50 or 60 times). I did complain to the property manager but there was nothing they could do to help. Too bad, the rating would have been better if not for this.

Good location to relax in Morro Bay as well as use to visit the many spectacular locations nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, safe. The cottage worked great for our stay. There is a traffic light on Hwy 1, which makes it easy to walk to the beach from this cottage. Next time I'm in Morro Bay, I plan to stay here.

My college daughter and I stayed in this nice, cozy house during a short COVID trip to the Central Coast. The house exceeded our expectations. It's a small home, but roomy, comfortable, pretty, well-equipped and very clean. Both beds were very comfortable and the sheets and comforters nice, new and clean. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. The kitchen functioned great and was very well equipped and organized. I usually bring a portable sharpener as most rental knives are dull - so I sharpened all the knives. I was very impressed with how organized and clean everything was. The living room has comfortable furniture and the TV, speaker, etc. all worked great. We had an issue with the furnace, which was a bummer, but nobody's fault. The owners were on it and were great to communicate with. They are pleasant folks who clearly care about the people using their property. Lastly, the location is good as it's on a quiet street but near the highway that leads to the places you'd want to journey to.
