This charming Morro Bay beach home is pet friendly and a short 2 block walk to the beach. This is the perfect beach home to enjoy your vacation to Morro Bay! This 1 story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open to each other providing a great space for family and friends to gather and dine. There is a nice patio area in the backyard along with some space for pets. Home Features: • Master Bedroom features a king bed and adjoining bath • Master bathroom has a step in shower • 2nd bedroom features a queen bed • Hall bathroom has a combination shower/tub • 3rd bedroom is off of the garage and has a queen bed and trundle bed with 2 twins along with a flat screen tv. • Newly remodeled kitchen is beautifully finished with great appliances and fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals. • 2 Large flat screen TV’s and wireless internet is included. • Propane BBQ in backyard for guest use • 1 car garage and the driveway can accommodate 2 large vehicles. • Full size washer and dryer for guest use in the garage NO SMOKING. Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old. This home can accept 2 small dogs (both under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly Pet Fees, per pet, apply. ***Pet Policy: Please see our pet policy under guest services on the URelax website. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction. Due to the rules imposed on us by the City and the County and the associated large fines for violations of noise and over occupancy we have been compelled to install a noise monitoring system in this home. It assures you of your privacy and only monitors decibel levels at the home. We respectfully request that our guests be sensitive to the residential and non-commercial nature of your accommodation and keep noise down to lower level bring most activities indoors after 7 PM. House was great, just a few issues. Steps feom house to garage and step down to 3rd bedroom to steep. It could cause someone to realy get hurt. And no scrubber to wash the dishes. Beds were to die for, everyone i each room said the same thing, best sleep ever..

We rented this home for our family from Florida to stay while they visited. The house is clean, It's located in a great, walkable neighborhood close to the beach, and they enjoyed their overall stay. We will definitely try to book this place again when they come back to town!

Thank you for allowing my family to share your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the short walks to the beach. Only complaint are the refrigerator and bathrooms need a deep cleaning. And patio furnishings are due for replacements. My family had a great time making lifelong memories.

Cold, impersonal house
Toilets and kitchen under counter water filter drip constantly. Tile floors throughout are cold and no throw rugs. Window coverings are torn damaged and do not function properly. Landscaping is shoddy, unkept, with piles of junk in back yard. Property is not worth the price.

Perfect home when traveling w/ fur babies
The home was very close to the beach (10 minute walk) for sunset walks, etc. There was also a lovely walking path nearby as dogs not allowed on this stretch of beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor patio and grill very nice. Back yard completely fenced in. Having a garage was great as we packed up to leave in the rain. The neighborhood was exceptional (safe, quiet, well maintained) all with similar homes which now list for more than I can believe-even for CA!

We loved the house but there were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues. Freezer was pretty dirty so we had to wipe it out. We had to sweep the floors. Stove ventilation hood covered with grease and had drips ready to fall. Towel rod in hall bathroom and toilet paper holder in master bathroom came off.
We used the fire pit twice. It was nice to sit around. The beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well. It was good to be able to park in the garage. Furnace heated up the house quickly and was very warm. Loved the yard landscaping.
It was much better than staying in a hotel for a week. We look forward to staying here again.
