For information on what's happening in Morro Bay check out our Facebook page at Ocean's-and Suite-Breeze On Bay This abundantly spacious vacation home located in the desirable Morro Heights is cozy with warmth from a fireplace and lots of natural pine paneling throughout the home. 4 comfortable and charming bedrooms and 3 spacious baths each with a tub and a shower (deep Jacuzzi tub in Master Bath). Upstairs game/exercise room includes a ping pong table, online gaming with X-Box One and 360 wireless game system, a Karoake machine and also a treadmill looking out over the quiet and serene neighborhood. High-speed internet, wifi, satellite TV/HBO. It has been wonderful to be able to continue to upgrade into more modern equipment as well as the interior and exterior of this lovely home. I think that mom and dad would be most proud of how Ocean's Breeze looks as wells as how many people find happiness there when they are visiting Morro Bay. 'Our 3 days at the Ocean's Breeze beach house were wonderful. We had families from San Jose, Winchester and Paso Robles, CA come together to enjoy the beach and the quaint surroundings of Morro Bay. Day 1 we explored Morro Rock and ate a great lunch at Bayside Cafe. Day 2 we spent the afternoon at Montana De Oro State Park. We collected rocks and shells and had a picnic lunch. At night we enjoyed the amenities Ocean's Breeze has to offer.'...Yates family Property Description: The custom country kitchen is fully equipped and the ideal atmosphere to create a delicious meal and chat around the antique chopping block. It is a great house for entertaining. It’s the perfect place to get away, located on a short quiet street with hardly any through traffic. Room to park an RV or boat trailer, in the driveway. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use. Conveniently located near downtown, beaches, golf course, hiking, boating, wine tasting among other activities in the local area. Add all this to a beautiful golf course within a half a mile (we are also on Black Hill), deep-sea fishing, Hearst Castle, wine tasting at some of the best wineries on the Central Coast, observing the elephant seals, monarch butterflies and blue herons, kayaking in the estuary, shopping on the Embarcadero, art galleries and, of course, San Luis Obispo with its Farmer's Market and Mission. Highway One is one of the most scenic roads in America. Bedrooms: The two queen-sized bedrooms have televisions and there is a large flat-screen in the living room all with DIRECTV including HBO channels. High-speed DSL internet including wireless is also provided. Beautiful views of both Pacific ocean and the surrounding hills. A wonderful experience awaits you at this large family home with comfortable furnishings, linens and amenities. Special community events include the January Bird Festival, Cayucos Fourth of July Parade and Morro Bay Fireworks, Morro Bay October Harbor Fest, and the December Boat Parade. There is something for everyone, especially fun and relaxation!! Need a bigger space, add Suite Breeze, our garage guest room for an additional bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and deck. Regarding Pets: Cats or small dog okay. They must be added to the contract, so please let us know if your pet will be accompanying you on your stay at Ocean's Breeze on Bay beach vacation home.

Great location -- so close to town and even a nice longer walk to the ocean! Older home, some issues with appliances, kitchen was not the cleanest. But great place for a family with dogs! Ping pong table was a hit!

We celebrated a friend's 80th birthday at Ocean's Breeze, and had a wonderful time! This house has lots of room for a group like ours, 5 people, to gather and also to have separate space. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and both the living room and the kitchen were fun places to hang out. There isn't an outdoor space to gather, but there is plenty to do outdoors in Morro Bay. The location is convenient to everyplace we wanted to go.

The house is large and has a well stocked kitchen for big reunion cooking opportunities. water stayed hot even all bathrooms were being used. the space itself lent it self to a variety of personalities. our group had a fair share of introverts and extroverts, the layout allowed introverts to retreat into quite private spaces while extroverts had plenty of space to gather and hang out.

We had a 2 week family vacation with different family members coming and going as their schedules permitted. This property is spacious. We were comfortable and never felt cramped...even when we were at max capacity with 10. The teens enjoyed having the game room to hang out in. The kitchen/dining area accommodated our large group without issue. We were close enough to everything to walk. My favorite room in the house is the HUGE walk-in pantry. They provide everything..."just look in the pantry"

A good venue for a family gathering. Beds were comfortable except the futon in the game room which was very poor. Plenty of water for showers . The website needs updating about the laundry facilities . Take your own trash bags .Dining area was a little crowded but good venue close to all the action in Moro bay.

Great Girl’s Weekend Stay
This was a great property for a girl’s weekend stay that included wine tasting. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen and hung out, caught up and laughed a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here -- it was a nice, quiet location but not too far away from the action, and the manager was very responsive. We'd come back again!

Great Size - animal friendly
We were having a small get together for my mothers wedding, we were struggling to find a venue for about 15 people during COVID and this house was perfect for the occasion. It is older fashioned and the felt more like a cabin than a beach house. It was very clean and there was a lot of kitchen supplies that we were able to use. The ping pong table was fun, and the supplies of games were great! I just wish the yard was fenced in so the dogs could be let out freely. We did have trouble figuring out the TV's, the AC never worked (it is near the beach so it wasn't miserable) and the bed's are definitely not comfortable. Sharon was super responsive when we messaged about the TV. I think I would have given the full 5 stars if they are able to get more comfortable mattresses, everyone did complain about not being able to sleep well or get enough rest due to the uncomfortable mattresses. Other than that I definitely appreciated Sharon allowing us to use her house!! Thank you so much!!
