Located in Morro Bay, this charming house for $457 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This home is managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, a professional management company in the Morro Bay area. Trust your vacation to a pro! Damage Insurance included. Covers unintentional damage to the rental that occurs during your stay if disclosed to management prior to checkout. Contact us for more details. IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: • Home sleeps up to 10, one additional child under 3 can be approved •Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday. •Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. •These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions. This home has it all – a fabulous location, peak views of the ocean and Morro Rock, a spacious layout that provides separate common areas so different groups can gather, a wind-protected deck area with a high-end barbeque grill! It is a great home for both smaller groups that want some “elbow room” or larger family or friend gatherings. Take a short walk down the path that is right across the street and you are on the Morro Strand State Beach which stretches for 5 miles between Morro Rock and the Cayucos pier. This home offers lots of privacy and quiet because it sits across the street from a preserved open space containing eucalyptus trees and sand dunes. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch where you can hear the ocean and at the end of the day take a short stroll down to the beach to catch the sunset. Home Features: • 2 separate common living areas – there is the living room, dining room and kitchen that are all open to each other with great flow between the rooms in the front of the home. • In the back of the home is a very large den with large flat-screen TV and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms/sleeping spaces. • Master bedroom has a king sized bed with French doors leading to the back patio and adjoining bath. • Master bathroom with dual vanities and a gorgeous step in shower. • 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. • Hall bath with a bathtub/shower combo. • 3rd bedroom/sleeping area is off of the Den with a queen sized bed. There are barn doors that can be closed to create privacy between the den and this bedroom. • Hall bath with step in shower (shared with 3rd sleeping area and 4th bedroom) • 4th Bedroom has a queen bed with 2 twin beds in a separate little alcove off the main room – perfect for a couple with children. (This room is upstairs and access to the stairs is through the 3rd sleeping area). • Den has a queen sized sleeper sofa. • The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new appliances and granite countertops. • The kitchen, which has a breakfast nook, is stocked with everything you could possibly need including a wine refrigerator! • A large dining room table that seats 8 plus a kitchen table that seats 4 and a smaller dining table in the living room that seats 4 give plenty of seating for all! • Back deck with BBQ grill, beautiful landscaping, an outdoor shower and speakers for your music • Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Sand toys When you arrive, the beds will be made, the towels will be hung and all the house supplies you need are waiting there for you (cooking spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bath soap, laundry soap, etc.) Just bring your clothes and your vacation attitude! Remember, its LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The path to the beach is right across the street and you are on the sand in 2 minutes! (Home is at corner of Beachcomber and Sienna). NO SMOKING and NO PETS. This is strictly enforced. Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance. Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction. Due to the rules imposed on us by the City and the County and the associated large fines for violations of noise and over occupancy we have been compelled to install a noise monitoring system in this home. It assures you of your privacy and only monitors decibel levels at the home. We respectfully request that our guests be sensitive to the residential and non-commercial nature of your accommodation and keep noise down to lower level bring most activities indoors after 7 PM. We enjoyed this wonderful property with its perfect location. Family Time is important and with inside and outside layout, we made the most of it. Living room and dining areas and the patio provided a perfect environment to enjoy.

10 family members from 3 states, and this house had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Only a few steps to the beach, and it was visited multiple times each day of our stay. The house has everything we needed, including plenty of towels. Great visit to Morro Bay!

Perfect family vacation home
We rented the house for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for a family get away. The location was amazing. You could see the ocean and to walk to the beach it was literally across the street. The house was so roomy that we all felt we had our own space when we needed it and could come together with plenty of room when we wanted to be together. I'd go back every year!!

roomy yet cozy
There were 8 of us on a ladies get-away weekend. We were able to all sit together in the living room and socialize, party and relax. The house had a very warm atmosphere and located close to the beach. We will do it again

The house is big enough for 2 families with 1 or 2 children.
Easy to walk to the beach. From the beach, we can walk to the restaurants on the Main Street.

We were 2 senior parents, 2 adult sons with our daughters-in-law, and 4 children: 5.5 years, 2.5 years, 8 months, and 4 months. All adults really liked this home and the courtyard/deck and the great access to the beach via the "mystical" path through the trees. The kitchen and dining areas were great as well. We might return IF we found a time with fewer gray skies. ;-) The kitchen was missing a few things, BBQ tools for one, that I can't remember just now. It was workable though, for sure.

Family weekend getaway
Came to town with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday at the beach. Very short walk from the front door to the sand. Perfect for kids. We’ll likely be coming back sometime soon

Fabulous beach house
Very comfortable, well appointed house across the street from access to gorgeous beach via a path leading under a tunnel of trees and trough the dunes. The wide expanse of beach was perfect for incredible sunset beach walks not far from the famous the Morro Bay rock. Grandkids loved playing in the waves.
The lovely house included a stocked kitchen, two living room areas, plenty of towels, an out side shower and a great outside seating and dining area. We all appreciated the comfortable beds. One caveat might be to note that one of the queen bed rooms is not private, but must also be used for access to bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

Fabulous family beach home
This home was so spacious and welcoming. I love the way the layout was so that there was actually two separate wings. With several different families, it worked out perfect! The location couldn’t be better just a few steps to the beach and the walking trails in the area. The house was very clean and well appointed there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided . The house was very accommodating to small children and we loved the outdoor shower and backyard with beautiful deck. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Amazing views, paths and home!
Property was amazing and could not have had a better experience. The path going to beach was our favorite! Would definitely rent again! Very spacious home with everything we needed. Only recommend redesign of planters at driveway so it is easier for two vehicles to park, very cramped. Thank you for wonderful experience! Just what we needed for our wedding held in Cambria at Moonstone Beach Shamel Park.

This home was amazing. It felt like you were in your own home. It was very comfortable and had everything needed to enjoy your stay. Very close to the beach with awesome views. We loved the split floor plan too.

Very spacious and beautiful beach home.
Due to the rain all weekend long, we were unable to take advantage of and enjoy the short walk to the beach. We only made it out to the beach twice for about 30 minutes each time, which was a bummer, but it was also a blessing in disguise. With the weather keeping us inside, we had to make the best of our time inside the home. Upon walking into the home for the first time, we were so impressed at how spacious and beautiful the home was. Our group definitely enjoyed hanging out in the den and cooking meals together. With the ample tables and chairs, everyone enjoyed their meals sitting down and the table conversations. We also took advantage of the curb appeal of this home and had our very own photo shoot session. Again, due to the rain, we were unable to use the back patio for hanging out or bbqing, but we did get out there to take advantage of the back yard for our photo session. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. There was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep, cook, and serve our meals. This home by far, is on my top list of homes to rent for weekend get-a-ways. I would most definitely book this home again in the future. Our family definitely made memories in this home during our stay.
