After your busy day at any of Orlando's popular attractions return to this peaceful villa your home away from home. Located in the beautiful gated community of the renowned golf course of Southern Dunes. Besides the 4 Star golf course, it has a beautiful clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and a large community pool. Our villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no neighbours looking into our lanai. Our newly renovated villa is a perfect treat to spend your family vacation! SOUTHWEST LANAI ALLOWS OUR GUESTS TO ENJOY THE SUNSHINE ALL DAY AND AMAZING SUNSETS! Plenty of loungers to relax around the pool deck for those sun worshippers, to read a book, or watch the kiddos splash around in the private pool Large covered dining area with BBQ for family dinners. LARGE MASTER BEDROOM WITH ITS OWN ENSUITE. End the day on the Posturepedic king bed our guests can't stop raving about. 40" LED TV with BluRay DVD player. The additional bedrooms also have 32' TVs, one bedroom having a queen-size bed and the other has two XL twin beds. NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN FOR THOSE WHO ENJOY COOKING INDOORS! Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances with a large dining area and onsite laundry. THE LIVING ROOM HAS GREAT VIEWS OF THE POOL AND PLENTY OF SITTING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. Enjoy family gatherings with plenty of sitting for everyone. It has a 50' TV, a Wii gaming system, WiFi with free streaming. SO CLOSE TO ALL THE GREAT ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS, DISNEY WORLD, DISNEY SPRINGS, LEGOLAND, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, SEAWORLD, POPSTROKE & GO-CARTS. All these great attractions with a 20-mile drive away from the villa. There is no doubt this private villa offers a feeling of home while away from home.

Very modern property, had a brilliant stay, decorated to a high standard. Pool exceptionally clean with an outside fridge which was very useful! Overall would definitely recommend and would like to return.

Stunning villa with everything you need in a home. Love the neighbourhood, the heated pool was perfect and we loved it here. Lynn was amazing from start to finish and assisted with everything quickly and efficiently. The only bad thing was leaving it!!! Thanks Lynn and Tom

We stayed here with our two kids and my parents and we can’t say enough good things about it. Upon our arrival we immediately felt at home. The Villa was spotless and beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Our girls loved the pool and we loved the memories we made with them.

Wow what a holiday villa. We have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and this villa has been the best we have stayed in by far. The villa is very clean, tidy and is situated in a great location with a great community feel. It has everything you might need during your stay; it’s a home from home. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone and will be looking to rebook again.

A total gem! There is a Walmart right outside the gates and plenty of food options nearby. The villa is completely updated and tastefully decorated. The king bed was super comfortable as was the oversized sectional in the living room. The outdoor loungers were also quite comfortable. Lynn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We enjoyed our days by the pool and wish to return in the near future! The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few bare essentials on hand or at very least inform renters that they will have to supply most everything. We did not have soap in the bathroom upon arrival and there was only salt, pepper and a small amount of olive oil in the kitchen cabinets.

Southern Dunes Vacation - March 2022
This was truly a "home away from home". The Villa Henderson is completely equipped with everything you would ever need and then some. We had one small issue upon arrival and I contacted the owner. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved ASAP. This was nicest home we have ever stayed at in Florida. The Villa is exactly as shown in the photos. We would love to stay here again and we would highly recommend this Villa!

Fantastic Villa!
Villa Henderson is a real treat, the attention to detail makes it a real home from home. The beds are super comfy and it is located in a peaceful cul de sac. It has everything you need and is really clean with modern decor. Whilst the location is a little bit further from Disney a good run on the interstate and we were there in 20 mins. We ate in Manny’s & Sonny’s BBQ which are just across the road and they were fab. Walmart is literally outside the gates of Southern Dunes.

Villa Henderson is a must!
Villa Henderson is the best of both worlds: busy at the parks & relaxing by the pool. Located in a quiet gated community and lots to do right outside those gates. It is a short drive to the gulf side beaches too. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and facilities. Best vacation ever!

Just arrived back home after staying at Villa Henderson. The villa was spacious clean and very comfortable with everything required for a perfect holiday and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Villa Henderson...way beyond our expectations!!!
Our stay at Villa Henderson was absolutely perfect. Very clean, well maintained and the furnishings were all up to date. Easy access to I-4. Close proximity to the Orlando area where we enjoyed the restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment. Gated golf community so we felt very safe and secure. Southern Dunes Golf Club was well maintained and manicured. The course with its 182 bunkers was very challenging, yet fair. We are very happy with this 1st time experience and already are looking to return next year. Thank you so much Lynn and Tom.

Felt like home❤️
We took our daughter and son in law and our 3 grandsons to Disney for a 10 day stay! The house felt like Home and the owners were always a message away! Very clean and spot on with the directions of the villa!! We will be looking to go back in a few years hoping we can stay here again!

Great time had
We arrived shortly after the hurricane and a few minor issues were noted outwith the owners control,we contacted the home management guy Andrew and these were fixed immediately he even came out on the Sunday to fix a internet issue great service. I would also say the neighbours were fantastic and looked after us with great advice and a little bit of hospitality.

Rest & Relaxation Vacation 2017
When we decided to take our vacation we wanted a place to have rest and relaxation and truly this is what we got at this beautiful home away from home. The atmosphere was soothing and the neighbourhood very quiet. We could not have chosen a better place. We enjoyed the comfort, peaceful time.

A lovely homely villa with great style
The villa is at the Southern Dunes Resort which is gated and adds a sense of security which meant that we had a lovely relaxing time.
The bed is very comfortable and the shower is the best we have had in the USA.
There is a nice pool area which is sunny from about 10.00 all day.
Will definitely stay again.

Villa Henderson is wonderful and defiantly the best house we have ever stayed in. Lynn has lovely taste, the villa is beautifully furnished with attention to detail event throughout the house. Everything you will ever need available, it feels like a true home from home experience.
The children made use on the solar pools heating the pool which was another added bonus.
The house is very safe on a quiet gated community and Walmart is a five minute drive away.
We would defiantly recommend villa Henderson to everyone, a real gem .

Would Stay Again!
Lynn, you have a very lovely home! One of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Love that you pass on non-perishables to guests instead of disposing of them and was happy to leave a small contribution, seasonings, coffee, paper products etc. has everything you could possibly need. We used your sports chair for our games and I left a golf umbrella for shade as a thank you. Had a few mishaps and Lynn was gracious enough to handle them in a timely manner, never hesitant. Nothing that couldn't be overlooked with her prompt response. We would definitely like to stay again when we are in the area. Close to Disney if you're planning on downtime, but better for the beautiful golf courses or an event in the area, if you plan on spending a lot of time at the parks and want to be close for quick runs home. Was perfect for our needs attending events in Winter Haven and Lakeland areas. Any store you could need to stock necessities is pretty much right in your back yard, but you get the bonus of a private, secluded and gated community.
The only con I can possibly think of and a very small detail, needs a full-size trash can for refuse and/or garbage disposal in the kitchen (was small hotel room size, not very adequate if you will have a large group)...we make a lot of smoothies etc and hate to rinse out the blender or other dishes without a disposal, no matter how clean we scrape them...love to cook at home and often why we book a home when we travel. Of course, we recycle as much as possible and you had adequate containers for that!

Villa Henderson is a great place to stay for a Florida holiday. The villa itself was immaculate, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Southern Dunes is a well kept and safe community. The villa is within walking distance of Walmart which is ideal for the essentials. A car is needed to reach the tourist attractions and outlets which are not too far away. No problems with booking and good communication with the owners. We thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.
