About this condo rental
Situated in Park City, this lovely condo for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. BEST RATES FOR SKI-IN/SKI-OUT!!! WALK OUT THE DOOR TO THE SLOPES! Step off the slopes and into your cozy studio/condo, right on Park City Mountain Resort. This is a true STUDIO with a Murphy Bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is like sleeping on a real bed without the saggy mattress & bars keeping you up all night. The condo offers all the conveniences a couple or small family could need. There is full STUDIO kitchen with a dining table, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven & stove, as well as a refrigerator/freezer. The entertainment center has a new flat screen TV. There is plenty of storage space with a full size dresser, 1 closet, and a ski rack. Our new fireplace warms you after a long day of skiing, and the balcony provides a nice outdoor space to watch all the action on the mountain plaza below. Park City Mountain resort accommodates kids of all ages, with a year-round Alpine roller coaster, a seasonal ice skating rink, and other seasonal kid-themed rides and amenities on-site. In winter, you can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride to a mountain-top restaurant (this books fast!). No need to ever leave the mountain. But if you'd like to explore Park City, we have a city bus that will take you all over town (Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, etc.) all day, every day - for FREE. The pick-up point is right outside of our complex. We have free covered parking, access to indoor/outdoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi right down the hall, access to fitness center/gym, convenient coin-operated washer & dryer and ice machine. FREE WIFI, TOO. Our local property manager is a long-time Park City resident who can offer convenient trouble-shooting and can recommend local venues to help plan your dream vacation. The location and communication for this property were unmatched. Great onsite parking and a short walk to the main PC slopes were very convenient. The property manager made the check-in/out process very clear and I felt up-to-date the entire time. I would highly recommend this property for an individual or couple looking to stay in Park City year-round.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in mid-December. I skied while she stayed in the condo and read. The location was great because I could come in and have lunch in the condo, rest a bit, and go back out in the afternoon. It was a short walk to the base and the lifts. The Murphy bed was fine and we had everything we needed.

The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Convenient for rental shop, ski in/ski out, few restaurants, and bus to Main Street. It was our first time in Park City and can't wait to visit again!

We loved staying at this property. Check in was very straightforward and Holly and her husband were very responsive and amazing hosts. This condo is in the perfect location, just seconds away from the ski lifts and walkable distance to downtown.

Truly no better location for skiing Park City mountain, the convenience can’t be beat, will stay again and again! That said, a couple things for owner/management to consider, would have really appreciated Kleenex’s & body lotion, typical hotel offerings. Only other “concern” is was a few of the glasses had chips/cracks so should likely be tossed and replaced for renters safety. Again, minor things to ensure 100% satisfaction but highly recommend regardless!

Great location. Not so great condo
You can’t beat the location and ease of parking in the garage. The condo is a perfect size for a couple or small family. The condo itself is in desperate need of some attention. The ceilings and walls need to be painted. The ceiling of the bathroom is covered by plastic boards to cover up some damage that has not been fixed. The doors to vanities and kitchen cabinets are almost hanging off their hinges. The clothing console is falling apart. The building itself is pretty run down too. The check in process was easy and property manager was very accommodating.

If you want to go to Main St, just hope on the free shuttle! So easy. Great value! The host was super responsive and helpful! Can't wait to return.

Great stay, great location
This place was perfect, I stayed there alone but can easily accommodate more if needed. Couldn’t ask for a better location, on and off the mountain and easy shuttle ride to Main Street. Appliances were great. Easily accessible gym and hot tubs.

The property was as advertised. I stayed the summer, when things are very quiet (almost ghost town like) in the area by the place. Probably quite different in ski season. There was a slight issue with the bedding (missing pillow cases), but the owner/manager was extremely quick in fixing it.

Convenient ski in/out at Park City Mountain Resort.
We have stayed at this location on several ski trips. The owner is great to work with and highly recommend! The location is very convenient to the ski resort and the free bus service gets you to downtown Park City and other areas.

Holly provides the best value for a stay in Park City. Clean, comfortable and accessible to literally everything Park City has to offer. We were very pleased to see the pool and hot tubs were open during this time and being used responsibly. Highly recommended!

Good location
The studio is located in a nice area at the base of the ski slopes. Mexican restaurant at bottom of steps good and convenient. Pool facilities with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing I can complain about was the Portable AC unit. It is loud and the vent that connects to the outside wasn't secured, so I had to keep messing with it for it to not come off. The balcony's floor wasn't swept, there was a cigarette butt and dirt. Ceiling in bathroom and living room need to be painted. Microwave and stove need to be updated. Besides these minor things we enjoyed our stay at this studio.

Our Stay
It was a little tricky trying to find our way in, but once we found our way to the condo it was easy. The condo is located very close to the ski rentals and most importantly the slopes. It makes it very easy to comeback to the condo mid afternoon for a lunch break.
