Kind staff, lovely place, but way to pricey

The beds were extremely comfortable! The staff were extremely nice and helpful! The front desk clerk was kind enough to hunt down a luggage cart for us. The nice cleaning lady in the breakfast area was extremely helpful in getting my coffee. She was so sweet and kind!

We had to wait on a luggage cart before we could unload our car. The room had no wash clothes. The design of having to slide the mirrored door to use as the bathroom/closet door was incredibly inefficient. That’s about the worst design I’ve seen in a hotel. The sliding door never closed completely for the bathroom, and it was heavy and aggravating to pull.

Great staff. Excellent stay

Good breakfast. Ate it everyday. But none of fruit was very fresh.

Noise above my room. Noisy children. I asked housekeeping to empty my trash. They never did

My stay was fine.

I love the location of the property and the friendly staff.

What I didn’t like was the people above me staying up and allowing their kids to keep noise going from 7pm to 12:14 am. Your staff was wonderful. Every time I called the desk they sent someone up to check on it. The second time the noise stopped and I was able to get some sleep.

Clean facilities with a courteous and friendly staff. Location was well situated and easy to get to. I could return and my next visit to the area.

Modern hotel but a bit noisy.

Modern hotel with very nice hot breakfast buffet. Convenient location and available parking. It is near many local shops and restaurants.

However, rooms were noisy and it took a long time to wait to check in. One room was not ready upon arrival.

Cleaning staff did not understand what I wanted. We were there 4 days when I asked for hand soap refill, nodded of but never did it. Asked for additional role of tissue did not leave in room as asked.

Location was convenient

Front desk clerk gave us a difficult time and asked for paperwork for our service animal which is illegal to ask for. We felt very uncomfortable with the reception and it seems that they're not trained to deal with ADA situations.
