I absolutely adored everything about this hotel; it was perfect. It is in a beautifully restored palazzo, every corner is thoughtfully designed and considered. The restaurant on site is amazing!! We ate there twice during our two-day stay. Breakfast is also fantastic, and we loved eating outside on the patio. The spa was way more than I expected, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is perfect, walkable to all the sights in Korca. I loved it so much that I ended up cancelling my previously booked hotel in Tirana and rebooked with Ebel.
I have nothing bad to say! I would come back to Korca just to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is lovely, and the reception lady and the gentleman who looks after the pool are both incredibly kind and welcoming. The lady who takes care of breakfast is also very nice. I’m sorry I don’t know any of your names, but I really hope the business realises how much of an asset you all are.
The property itself is beautiful, a lovely old building that has been refurbished and converted into a hotel while still keeping its character. We absolutely loved the spa area and the pool…
The food at the restaurant was incredible too. We were originally planning to stay for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay for an extra night.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
A couple of things could be improved. There was quite a lot of noise from the bar across the road on Saturday night, which made it difficult to sleep!!
Also, our room had two single beds and a sofa bed for our son, so it felt quite small for three people. It would have been more comfortable if there had been a double bed and a separate proper bed!!

The location and facilities were great. Some of the staff, especially Dori in the morning and Teo at the spa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in both the restaurant and the café was lovely and very relaxing.
There was a noticeable lack of consistency in the way the food was prepared. Unfortunately, the massage experience was also not as expected. The hammam was not working, and the ladies’ changing room was constantly flooded. Although this was reported, nothing appeared to be done about it.
The restaurant staff in the evenings were quite dismissive and not particularly friendly or welcoming. At times, they seemed tired and disengaged, which affected the overall atmosphere.
Overall, it felt as though the hotel lacked proper supervision and would benefit from a strong general manager who is present and attentive to the day-to-day running of the property. Despite having great facilities and a lot of potential, the hotel often felt unsupervised, and this showed in the inconsistency of the service and maintenance.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a gorgeous spa. Great location, easy to walk into the centre. Stayed in a family room with a king size bed & double sofa bed
