I loved the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful.I loved their outfit matching the hotel’s vibe.
breakfast was abundant and rich and it had a truly large selection of fruit which i really appreciated
The room was spacious with nice decor and a huge balcony window allowing for natural light to come in.
I enjoyed very much the spa and swimming pool. I also had a massage and the therapist was a very professional guy. I enjoyed every bit of the stay
The corridors are a bit dim for my taste but they really match the hotel design so for a couple of days’ stay it is still fine.

Our stay at Life Gallery was excellent from start to finish. This is easily the most high-end hotel in Korçë, and the quality is reflected throughout the property. The rooms are spotless, exceptionally comfortable, and very stylishly designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, and we especially want to thank Eric, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
Although the hotel seems to attract a younger clientele, we traveled with our children and felt completely welcome.
The breakfast was exceptional—the best we have had at any hotel in Albania. The quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding and were a highlight of our stay.
If you’re visiting Korçë, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room is spacious and the aesthetic of the hotel is nice. The buffet breakfast (when they serve it) is really nice but we were only able to have this once in our 3 night stay.
Unfortunately, I think this hotel is very focused on the aesthetic and not the quality of the service or the facilities. If you are not here on the weekend or peak time, it kinda feels like you don't get the same experience. The sauna and steam room were not turned on (even when requested for the next day), the pool had dirt in it and the communication around these issues and other things was really poor. This hotel has the potential to be 4 star if it improved these things and thought a bit more about the basics of the room. For example: have a place to hang your towels, a toilet roll holder, some furniture on the balcony and a way to actually control the air conditioner in your room.
Additionally, our room was flooded when we arrived and we couldn't check in. So, we were booked into another hotel nearby by the staff. This was not communicated to us before arrival, so we had no choice about what to do and were taken straight to this other hotel room which we paid for ourselves. We don't expect them to pay for the room , but a small compensation like a complimentary drink or meal in their restaurant would have been a nice touch from a hotel that calls itself 4 star.
