Zhaklina and Ilia were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. Thy have great local knowledge that they are happy to share. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. The garden and terrace were beautiful. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest lake beach and a 25 minute walk into the town of Ohrid. It is a peaceful area with a view over farmland to the front and up into the mountains at the rear. The area is very safe. To explore more than the town and the beach you need a car, which we did and from that point of view the villa has good parking and is away from the busier streets of the town. Highly recommend Villa Goriza Prestige for a great base for a holiday.
There really wasn't anything not to like. The apartment does not have a kitchen, but there is a simple covered outdoor kitchen that is available for guests to use and a lovely terrace right by this kitchen to eat on. There is a small supermarket in walking distance, but larger ones in town which is just a 5 minute drive.

A wonderful apartment in a peaceful area, about a 25-minute walk from the center of Ohrid. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very comfortable, and features an amazing bathroom.
The owners, Zhaklina and Ilija, are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They shared great sightseeing tips and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. We also really appreciated that they are pet-friendly and warmly welcomed our dog.
We had a relaxing holiday and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and our daily walks. Another great advantage was the secure parking in their fenced garden, where our car was safely parked under the watchful eye of their lovely dog, Lucky.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay near Ohrid.
At the end of our stay, we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling properly, and unfortunately some of our food spoiled because of it.
The kitchen is located outside the apartment, which wasn't ideal for us. However, we were aware of this before booking and chose the property anyway, so it wasn't an unexpected issue. We only used the kitchen once during our stay.
The kitchen could also benefit from some updates, particularly the cookware. The pots and pans are quite worn and could be replaced with newer ones.

Large, clean rooms, friendly and communicative hosts, and a great location—just a short walk from a shop and a promenade leading to the beaches and to Ohrid.
Rooms without a kitchen, but with a fridge and a kettle. There is an outdoor kitchen, but it is poorly equipped and not completely clean.
