Location was excellent. But it's uphill, so if you're not ok to climb steps, then maybe it's not for you. But for me, it was perfect. Host was very contactable, if we needed anything. Washer and dryer available too, which was great.
Room is a bit small, and shower is separate to the toilet. But that was no issue for me. So everything was great for me
