The Apartment Was decent.

The Elevators Stopped working the Day we got here & we stayed for a week and they didn’t fixed them, that was ridiculous that they couldn’t get them elevators on a Brickell apartment to work for so many days, just imagine the 30+ min wait to get to the lobby from the 35th floor !! to top it off, this old guy from the front desk came and started screaming at me and in a very rude way like who gives them the right or who do they think they are to do such a thing just because I parked on floor #2 which it was something we agreed on with the “valet parking people” there’s ways to tell people things but the way he came to me was definitely not the right one. I seriously got have no Idea what kind of management they got that the front desk got no clue what’s going on with the Valet parking people, they Really need professional people to talk to their guests with manners because we didn’t pay a dollar to be treated this way, i usually don’t do this review thing but I want to make anybody who wants to stay here aware about how rude and so not professional the Employees are !! I’m seriously So Disappointed and Upset that when I thought this was supposed to be an awesome family vacation was ruined by this uneducated, unprofessional People !!!!

A great flat in the heart of Brickell with great hosts.

Just like in the photos. The property is clean, new and tidy. location is great next to everything important and there is a barbershop and 7 eleven within the building itself. Secure and has all basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, napkins and all towels included. Very close to brickell city center within a walking distance - less than 5 min walk. Balcony is huge and has great views of the city and the sea partially. The host is great, helpful, understanding and very responsive. A great respectful host with all requests literally answered in minutes. There are two TVs in the unit, two beds, a spacious toilet and a large sitting room with a dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean.

The TV doesn’t connect to airplay or maybe I didn’t figure out how but there is a HDMI cable that you can connect the TV to.

very basic furniture, it was obvious that the people who clean the apartment are not doing their job professionally, everything in the apartment looks very old,the TV remote controls didn't work, a lot of dust all over the apartment. Recommendation to the owner, clean it properly ( what we got was below every level )

really uncomfortable sofa, grey sheets on the beds - clean?? alarm bleeped constantly - when we complained to owner she said the “handyman” would fix it but her never did. no tv instructions

It was a good location, close to everything. Small walk to the bay. Apartment was clean and had all the cooking utensils.

The elevators weren’t too bad but at one point it took forever to get on an elevator because of so many people trying to get on and the coronavirus. I didn’t like that the parking was on level 11B because it took about 15min to go up or down.
