Nestled in Alexandria, this lovely house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. *Please ask about check in/out times when booking!* A beautiful totally remodeled up north feeling home. Grandview Getaways is proud to announce we have a second property in Alexandria, MN, Maple Drive Lodge! The Lodge features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a loft with futon, living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen and two laundry rooms. Please be aware the house does have sky lights to let the natural light in. But that's not all, the amenities and activities are endless! Just one mile from the public access for Lake Burgen and Lake Victoria. Lake Victoria is the start of the chain of lakes too! Plus, lower rates since you aren't directly on the lake, could it get any better? There are great views from all rooms of the surrounding woods. The home is nestled on four acres with wet lands - lots of wildlife sightings! The home is built on a concrete slab so accessibility is easy; no stairs to contend with. Home has been totally remodeled in 2018 and boasts three and one half baths; four generous sized bedrooms, a gas fireplace and custom kitchen from Cabinets by Carter. Lic #1867 - Overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests for a total of 24 TOTAL guests on the property (aged 6 and over) are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking at this property.

I have stayed at a few VRBO's and this one exceeded our expectations ! They have thought of everything! We all were simply amazed. Everything was easy to find and locate. You made it all so convenient! It was simply perfect! The only downside was Google maps took us on gravel roads to get there. Also,we came for a family reunion in Osakis. We wished we were closer to Osakis but it worked out. We will stay here again if it is available. Thank you!

5 members of our family played in Resorters at AGC this week. We spent the majority of our time at AGC, so the house was a perfect spot to commute to and from the course. The home was a perfect size and we loved the garage space to hang out once others wanted to head to bed (sound carries pretty well :) ). We loved this VRBO!

The house was perfect for a mini reunion with family. My granddaughter loved the loft. Tons of indoor seating arrangements with well-stocked cupboards and coffee bar. We used the fire pit, picnic table and chairs. Large driveway made it easy to fit cars and come and go as needed.

This property was immaculate and had plenty of room for four couples. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard. The property was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen for making meals. Great location to town for eating and shopping. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Our family gets together for a reunion during the Presidents' Day weekend. The group consists of three generations, from a 3-year old to a 64-year old. This property fits our needs pretty perfectly. The addition of the game area in the garage added to our enjoyment of the weekend.

This cabin made a lovely weekend stay for our girls weekend. Thank you for having so many great amenities that made our stay easier - kitchen with everything needed for cooking and staying in, bathroom supplies for when we forgot ours, etc. Communication with the property manager and caretaker were great before our stay and I’m sure if we had run into any problems they would’ve been resolved right away. Highly recommend this cabin!

We had such an amazing time celebrating Christmas here. The layout was perfect and allowed each family a bedroom to retreat to yet ample open space to be together. The kitchen was absolutely perfect and we cooked each of our meals all 4 days of our stay. I would highly recommend this property for families! The owner was fabulous to work with.

This home was simply amazing for our group of six mom's who needed a get away! It was spacious and open, great for all of us to hang out in the same space, but then could venture to our bedrooms if we wanted to sneak in a quick nap or finish up a good book. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you'd need to cook, so making our own meals was a breeze. They even had a plow come by to make sure we could get out in the morning! We will definitely be going back for another weekend away in the future!

The property is beautifully staged. It was so comfortable for us to come back to Alexandria for my Father's funeral and be able to gather in the living room, dining room and kitchen table (when the cousins came for dinner). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, flatware, cookware. I chose Maple for the two king sized beds for hubby/self, sister/her hubby. The other two queen beds were great for my nephews. My cousin (from Minneapolis) will probably be renting at Christmas for her family!!
