Enjoy a spacious tile and glass walk in shower, stainless steel appliances in rhe kitchen along with loads of cooking and serving pieces, new flooring throughout and a new leather sofa! A short stroll to all resort amenities including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, pools and the beach. Or for complete relaxation, kick back on the quiet balcony and enjoy a drink at the end of an action packed day. This beautifully decorated end unit boasts a kitchen with glass front cabinets, granite countertops, a large island, and new full-size range/oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. With the 2 extra windows only available in the end units, you'll enjoy a bright, open and spacious feel in this cozy condo. Rental includes FREE Wi-fi, local & domestic long-distance calling, and wall mounted Roku flat screen cable TV for your streaming services. On-site amenities include a beautiful beach, FREE lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike rentals (with bike path access to virtually every corner of Hilton Head Island!), fitness room, 2 pools, dining, playground, laundry facilities in each building, and much more. We get lots of compliments for the comfortable sleeping on the queen size bed in the bedroom. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is the 'best kept secret' for a fun vacation in the area and this 1 bedroom unit is one of the nicest in the complex. We welcome you to come share in our little slice of paradise by the sea! Please note - Guests may not bring Pets/ESAs on HHBT property/condos. A $250/day fine on-going until the animal is removed from the HHBT premises will result. Additionally, E-bikes are prohibited on the property. They may be left/parked in the HHBT lot outside of the security gate. Violation of this policy will result in a fine to the bike owner by the resort.

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The beach was just a short walk. We enjoyed the balcony.

Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. This unit truly was the "Quiet Corner" of the neighborhood. Close to a wonderful beach, dining, and many other forms of entertainment. Truly enjoyed our involvement with the hosts. While we did not speak in person or over the phone, Kellie was very quick to reply to all of our e-mails and texts and was most helpful in the process of making reservations and getting settled when we arrived. Would highly recommend these hosts and their condo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

We were so thankful to spend our 1 year wedding anniversary at this beautiful place! Very clean and private. This was the perfect getaway with easy access to the beach, pools, and great restaurants! They went above and beyond for us with their generosity and communication! Everything we needed was provided including helpful information and recommendations about the island. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone for an excellent vacation spot!

My wife and I wanted a 4-day stay on Hilton Head that was simple and we could just relax. We chose this condo because it had a short walk to the beach, was close to good restaurants, and looked updated from the photos and description. We got just that. The communication with the owners was the best of any VRBO experience we've had. Everything was simple and well explained. The unit was clean, nicely updated, and everything worked as it should. The overall resort was easy to navigate and everyone was friendly. We had a great relaxing trip and enjoyed the condo. We would definitely book this unit again when we plan our next getaway, even if we needed to adjust our schedule to fit into the bookings for this unit. Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice condo and making sure their renters have everything they need.

The condo was wonderful! Well stocked with whatever we could want. Comfortable bed, nice walk in shower, good lighting and ceiling fans throughout the condo made the space very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Parking close to condo is no problem. We hope to return for another visit soon!

It was a really nice property. Conveniently located and very clean. We enjoyed our stay overall. The property manager was extremely helpful and gave step by step instructions which made the stay so much easier. It took the stress out of the check-in process.

Kellie, you were so very helpful and accommodating. The condo is everything you said, plus more. The Bunkie is adorable and certainly adds another dimension to the 1 Bedroom. I apologize for not giving you great reviews, which you justly deserve, in a timely manner. Unfortunately I spent a number of days with my husband in the hospital, so my cousins were on their own. We really enjoyed this condo. The decor & the furniture was exceptional. Beautiful walk in shower. I think out of all the condos we have stayed in, this was the best.
The owners were very helpful. They even allowed us to stay to 12:00pm, check out was 10:00 am.

We enjoyed every minute at this clean and sunny condo. There's so much natural light due to the end unit location. Everything you could possibly need is available in the kitchen. A great place to stay!

This condo was in an excellent end unit where you only have one neighbor. It was a few extra steps to get to the beach but makes up in atmosphere and quiet. Parking is right outside the door in front of the tennis courts. The unit was very clean and the owners have thought of everything. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, board and card games as well as books to read. The owners communicated with us very well and any questions I had were almost immediately answered. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Everything about this VRBO experience was wonderful. The hosts, Kellie and Phil, were amazing. Response time to any questions were answered immediately and kindly.
