Top floor spacious 2100 Sq ft condo with one of the best pool and lake views on the resort. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. THE SPACE With the most sought after location on the resort, this spacious 2000sf layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a den with desk and pull out queen sofa bed. The open plan living and dining area has dining for 4, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The south pool and lake-facing living area is open plan with a comfortable seating area with a 60" TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 with bar seating for 4. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal in the fully equipped top of the line kitchen. All the comforts of home and more! Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai - the perfect spot to unwind with a cool drink and watch hawks and eagles fishing for breakfast in the lake. BED & BATH The master bedroom features a king size bed with new pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 37” flat screen TV in the master. The huge en-suite bathroom includes his and hers vanity, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, high quality linens, large flat screens and ceiling fans. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. A very clean and comfortable condo. Right next door to the pool. Nice Lanai with a view of the lake and pool. We were at an event at the convention center. We would definitely stay here again..

Cannot say enough about how great this condo is. Love the gated community, cleanliness, space and room the condo provided. The terrace overlooked the pool and Lake Cay. We enjoyed a breeze each night on the terrace watching the sunsets, so beautiful!! Loved how close we were to Disney, just twenty minute drive. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo, professionally decorated with everything you need for a Great Vacation! Real dishes and silverware, pots and pans -- nothing plastic. Lin & Geoff Chapman were very accommodating if we needed anything because they are on site. What a breeze it was arriving since we didn't have to check in at the front desk and were able to go right to the condo because of the key pad on the door. Our last Vista Cay stay

So, we have been lucky enough to stay at Vista Cay 5 times since 2009 and our last two visits we have used the same Condo. Why, - it is on the top floor with a wonderful view of lake cay, SeaWorld and beyond. It has a large balcony and many glasses have been consumed there! With three large bedrooms and comfortable living space and two bathrooms it has suited our needs perfectly and easily as a family of four and you could cater for more easily. Vista Cay is a secure gated community away from the 'buzz' of International Drive but close enough to pop and eat there. However, it is only a 10 minute drive from Universal Studio's and about 20 minutes from all Disney World parks, with a large Publix supermarket (a bit like Waitrose in the UK) a 2 minute walk away in a small shopping complex with takeaways too. It also has a pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, small shop and a games room; so for us the best of all worlds. If you want to venture further afield to say Daytona or Kennedy Space Centre (or Center as they spell it in the US) then you are only looking at a 60 minute drive. In the unlikely event you have any problems with your Condo, the best people to help you are Lin and Geoff from Your Vista Cay - they are great and always on call or on hand - we love them! If we go back to Florida, we will stay there again - no doubt about that! Enjoy if you choose to go.
