About this condo rental
Located in West Beach, this lovely condo for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Nice 5th floor unit with great private balcony view of the gulf . We are directly across the street from the beach and have a deeded access with 2 private gazebos. Enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaping surrounding pools , water fall and hot tub as well as the view of Little Lagoon. Bring your personal water craft or boat and launch from private boat ramp on Little Lagoon. Two Piers and boat slips are yours to utilize. The condo is cheerful, fresh and clean. We have one queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a great view of the gulf. One main purpose of coming to Gulf Shores is the beach. We love it! And we hope you love it as much as we do and will come again . Our condo is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent unit. All went well. Property is basic but relative to cost a good deal and had all we needed. If they wanted to increase value easily larger TVs and new bedding would quickly accomplish that but still a comfortable stay relative to cost. Lots of privacy at this older location on west end of gulf shores is nice for what we like and still only 5 or 10 minutes to heart of gulf shores city.

We had a wonderful time in Gulf shores. Donna and Bud’s condo was very clean, and had a mild fresh sent that greeted us when we entered. We loved the carts to carry in our groceries and luggage. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and relaxing and our favorite part was how near we were to the beach. You could even hear the waves when you sit on the balcony! The condo had a nice area to place our chairs and umbrella at the beach. A little word of caution, some homeowners don’t like your beach chairs too close to their property. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay to explore gulf shores! We are grateful we were able to stay in Donna and Buds beach themed condo!

We loved it here! Everything was just what we needed for a quick beach trip . My only complaint would be with the cleaners .. there was no soap or tissue provided upon arrival so we had to go buy our own. Other than that it was great & perfect for the price & the view

We traveled to Gulf Shores for a baseball World Series tournament for my son and turned it into a vacation. The property is located just a few minutes off the main strip where the restaurants/shops are located. This property is situated with lagoon and ocean access. We utilized the pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, dock (just for looking), and of course the beach access. Everything is as described and pictured. We enjoyed it all so much.
The condo was also as described and pictured. We took a smaller condo to enjoy the ocean side balcony and it was well worth it! I was grateful for the accessibility of the kitchen and utensils- it made our mornings and evening MUCH less chaotic!
Our host, Clyde (Bud), was phenomenal! He answered all my questions promptly, was kind and courteous, and was flexible and gracious enough to let us arrive a day early!
Definitely would recommend!! Thanks for the memories!

The condo and the entire property was very clean and quiet. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach was right across the street and the view of the water from the condo was beautiful. We highly recommend this property!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. A very quaint location with an ocean view, balcony, and private beach access directly across the street. The condo was in very good condition and Bud & Donna were great hosts. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Great stay, love the building and the location on west beach. The unit was as described, we considered it to be a value for our money spent. We have been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach many times and have stayed in this building atleast 3 other times. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend a week in the area. Everything worked in the unit and checking in and out were a breeze. Hope to stay there again in the future.

My condo was just the right size for one person. I had a view of the Gulf from my balcony, and could see the Bay from the hallway window. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything. I was able to store snacks in the fridge. There is also a washer & dryer to wash my clothes. The owners were super nice. I will definitely stay there again.

Great condo with a perfect location away from the busyness. The view was amazing, the condo was comfy and decorated so cute. Keep in mind there is a parking pass that we missed seeing and almost got towed. But great hosts to work with and would stay again for sure!

Bud and Donna’s condo was perfect for me and my two boys. It had everything we needed! Bud and Donna were very welcoming and quick with communicating.
We had a wonderful time playing scrabble. I loved sitting on the balcony and reading, watching the ocean. Such a beautiful view! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook anything you might want. It was great having the washer and dryer rt in the unit. There was plenty of storage for all our clothes and bags. The pool and hot tub were both amazing for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We were just close enough to the hustle and bustle of gulf shores, but far enough to avoid tons of traffic. There was a small grocery, yummy restaurant and ice cream shop nearby that we frequented daily.
Overall, we loved everything and had an amazing adventure to add to our family memories.
Thank you Bud and Donna for hosting our family! We hope to visit again!

The owners were wonderful to work with! Communication was spectacular leading up to our stay and afterwards as well.
We were contacted the day of our arrival to be informed that we could check in earlier than expected. The extra time gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach and pool, which would have been difficult to do on our first day otherwise.
We were delightfully surprised by the upgrades in the bedroom (new bedding, headboard, etc) and the fresh paint throughout. Walking into the condo we felt like we were visiting a family member’s home— it’s quiet and cozy!
The condo is well equipped and has an amazing view of the gulf from the kitchen and living room. The view of the bay and pool from the bedroom allow for picturesque views at sunset.
The resort is close enough to all of the main attractions Gulf Shores has to offer, but it’s far enough down the parkway to truly give a resort experience.
The beach is a short walk across the street and the private beach access means that the beach is not as crowded as it is elsewhere.
The pool is an oasis! The property is beautifully landscaped and everyone there is incredibly friendly— including employees, unit owners & other guests.
Our family enjoyed our stay so much that we have already made plans to return next year!

Nothing fancy
Unit needs a remodel and updated linens and the couch is not comfortable when opened up. Have to sleep on it closed. Had trouble with fire alarm going off because of the humidity. Owner was super helpful. Good enough for short weekend.
