This unit features HUGE floor to ceiling views of the Gulf from the living areas and patio! In addition to these amazing views, the living room features a flat screen television and a queen-sized sofa bed which allows this unit to sleep a total of 6 people! The fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker) features a breakfast bar for convenient eating space for 3. The dining table overlooks spectacular gulf views and will serve 6! The spacious, tiled balcony also features outside dining space and lounging space as well! This 2 bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms, which will certainly be well received when everyone is preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer! This beautiful master bedrooms hosts a king-sized bed. A flat screen is available for your viewing pleasure, and the room features lots of dresser storage space as well! The master bath will be a treat to come back to after a long beach day...especially its jacuzzi bath tub! This amazing bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity, which will also be perfect when getting ready for a night out! The second bedroom has two queen sized beds that will be perfect for the kids and it even has a flat screen for them to enjoy! They will also have their own bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and lots of closet space! Very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and courteous. The beach was extremely clean and of course the weather was good. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, it was slow and unreliable and will be a consideration in our future bookings.

First time in 33 years my husband and I have been to beach without kids and family! Condo was perfect, very clean, great location, friendly staff! Perfect size and the view of the beach was amazing. Watch dolphins every day for a week! Perfect week!

The property grounds felt safe and secure. The location was great with easy access to the beach, Florida/Alabama border, and many options for restaurants and shopping. We used the pool/hot tub and fitness room almost every day. The condo has amazing views, as if the living and dining rooms were right on top the of Gulf. We got full sunshine through the floor to ceiling windows for the entire day-which is exactly what we were hoping for. The furniture, linens, kitchen items helped make our stay comfortable and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We absolutely love this property, this is our 3 year back and i hope this property continues to be available each year as we love how clean, and nice it is. The view inside the rental and outside is just beautiful and picture perfect. Also so perfectly located near all things we enjoy in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. We will continue coming back to this property for as long as we possibly can!!

The property was nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. What was a little different was the arrangement or floor plan. Most condos are a straight line layout with the entrance, dining area and sitting area with TV. With this one the living room is off to the side a little so when in the kitchen you can’t see the sofa. Just felt more like a separate room just a little and I liked that.

We enjoyed everything about this rental! Fully loaded with anything and everything you might need. Very clean and nicely furnished. So roomy! We were never climbing over each other! The view is spectacular!!!! Large balcony felt very private!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am not only with this condo, but the building itself! Always clean, everyone was so nice and helpful, tons of amenities and space in the condo. Every morning the hot tubes were cleaned and refilled and always hot! We don't normally visit the same place twice, but would revisit here over and over again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix IX. Easy access to the beach is important to us. It was a quick trip down the elevator and you are immediately out on the beach. Perfect for my morning sunrise walk. The unit was clean, updated and stocked with essentials for spending a few days at the beach. Parking is easy and the unit is close to restaurants and bars. One note -- most places are not within walking distance to the condo. With the exception of the FloraBama and a Waffle House, you will have to get into your car (or catch an Uber) to restaurants. That's not a deal breaker because this unit and location are great.

Had a golf trip in Perdido Key, and we stayed in Orange Beach. Great location to Flor-a-Bama, Cobalt, and The Gulf, which are all great places to eat and hang out. Condo and building were well represented, I will be back and will certainly bring my family.
