Nestled in Imperial Beach, this attractive condo for $172 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** Beach Club The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium. Your unit #305 Unit #305 is a third floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the water, park, pier, and picturesque islands. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny ocean view balcony. The area Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! Great clean roomy property with all the necessities for a family. Great beach access with basketball hoops & park. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Tons of restaurants & shops near by. Beautiful views & fully functional kitchen. We cooked Christmas dinner & had everything we needed dish wise to do it. Carpet could use a shampoo but with beachy feet I understand the reason why it’s tough to maintain. A few more rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated but well stocked besides that. Highly recommend & would stay again! Made the perfect Christmas vacation spot!

I think location of the property makes it spectacular, but the property itself is ok. A little shabby, things here and there are broken, no basic stuff like salt, sugar, shampoo. But the view from the window makes you forget about that!

This top-floor condo has a terrific southwest view of the ocean, fishing pier, and sunset. The unit is within convenient walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. I found the unit to be clean and the kitchen to be reasonably well stocked.

Incredible ocean views, on the beach, close to the pier. There is plenty of beach where dogs are allowed. The unit is bright, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. Dog Friendly Great Beach Getaway
Incredible ocean views, on the beach, close to the pier. There is plenty of beach where dogs are allowed. The unit is bright, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. Could use a few new fry pans as the teflon is wearing off. There is a Mexican restaurant and liquor/convenience store next door.

We cooked all meals and had all the supplies we needed. Wonderful communication with owners. Would absolutely stay again.

I would stay again, the view was fabulous
I did not read the instructions clearly, and didn't know the lock box was IN the garage, and so once I figured that out, the rest was wonderful!!

Excellent location and views, needs some minor TLC
First, the location and views can’t be beat! Easy to get to restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. View from balcony is stunning in the mornings (not able to see sunsets from the balcony, view is blocked by other units, but you can just walk out to the beach for that!) Master bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. There were chairs and boogie boards available for the beach.
The following are very minor, but merit mentioning.
Areas for improvement for cleanliness: carpet is badly stained throughout. We moved the side table to play cards and there was food still under the table from the last guests. Not awesome reassurance during a pandemic that housekeeping was done well between families. We were only given 2 rolls of TP and 2 garbage bags for a week for the whole 3 bdrm unit. (We bought our own, but those are items that have always been provided in past rentals)
General Areas for improvement: living room furniture is “well loved”; badly faded and the arm chair leather cushions are cracked completely and had to have a towel over it or it scratched your legs. Dining table and chairs old, faded and stained/scratched. Could use overall updating in common area, but those are mainly just cosmetic and didn’t interfere with our stay. Refrigerator is older and drawers stuck. Blinds were new, but finicky and only worked 1/2 the time.
We would definitely stay here again!

Third floor on the water
This property is very well located and managed and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is that the unit is a bit tired and could use some upgrades.

Excellent Property
The condo was amazingly clean, not a spec of sand or dirt anywhere, bathroom was pristine!!!
Check in/out was super easy. Parking lot was easy to maneuver of you have a car or small can, full size truck/van and it gets a bit tricky. The only downfall of our stay and maybe it was solely the time of year, all restaurants around the condo were closed by 9pm and not much within walking distance. We had a vehicle and cooked most of our meals so it wasn't really an issue, just something to note for those that may not plan on cooking.

Beautiful Views, Great Location
Loved the location and views. Having a pool and grills in the Center was perfect. The condo could have had some more needed items like bath mats so you didn’t have to use a towel on the floor, oven mitts and kitchen towels? The air conditioner was not working when we were there nor was the light over the table and a beach chair was broken. Place and equipment needs to be checked out before renters begin their stay? Lots of fun restaurants close by and great playground for kids to play

Beautiful views and condo
Brand new flooring and paint greeted us (no paint fume smell) along with an amazing view. Beautiful condo, very, very secure. Listening to the waves all day and night was amazing. My whole family (husband and 3 kids ages 13-18) loved it. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for a girls getaway
The condo had a fabulous view of the ocean and was the perfect size for 4 women. The location was great with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area was nice and quaint with minimal traffic. We were a little disappointed the beach was closed to swimming/surfing, but we enjoyed the view. The only downfall was the renovation of the condo right next to us, so it was a little annoying early in the morning or I would have given it 5 stars.

Our stay
The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking.We had a lot of beach accessories there for us,a small children playground which was perfect for our grandchild was easily accessible.
The carpeting was very worn and needed to be replaced or cleaned.Outside of that it was a wonderful, wonderful stay for our family.
