Excellent rental in a perfect location
We were very happy to find a clean, modern and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom with a fully appointed kitchen. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Being across from the beach was ideal. Everything is new and Adrianne was very organized and helpful in all her emails. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are below the main floor and while there is a walk out at the back, it does feel as though you are in a basement at night. It is clean and fresh however and the bathrooms are new and modern and clean, so it didn't really matter. We were very happy and recommend this rental highly.

We were very pleased with this property! Enjoyed running and biking around Vancouver’s extensive Seawall in both directions which is easily accessed right outside. Great restaurants nearby and access to buses just steps away. House is very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Recommend this place highly!!

Lovely stay in Kits
Clean and modern property directly across the street from Kits Beach. Great location, easily able to walk to the restaurants and public transit. Loved being near the beach for sunsets.
Property was very clean comfortable. Adrianne was very responsive and helpful.
Tip: We had a rental car and they gave us a large minivan. No need to have a car but we were traveling for 2 weeks. Our car could not fit into the spot allocated for the rental so if you need a car, make sure it's compact. Adrianne was very helpful in getting our car situated so we could leave it and forget it.

Modern and new, well organized and very well supplied.
Excellent rental we will like to return. Very meticulously put together. Clutter free and one of the most well-appointed rentals we have had yet. Everything is clean and pristine. Very nice appliances, kitchen well supplied, towels and linen in excellent condition. Location is fantastic.

Everything we were looking for
Close to a variety of restaurants and right across from the park/beach. We had a great family getaway there. Bonus points that there were electric car chargers right across the street

Clean home in a great location!
The home is well appointed and very nicely located within walking distance to top rated restaurants and a great shopping area! The beach and a lovely waterfront trail is across the street! The only thing is that the bedrooms are in the “basement level” which is also a walkout though. If I had known going in that the bedrooms were downstairs it wouldn’t have come as a surprise to me. The windows are large enough though and the back of the house bedroom actually has the walk out. Other than that, this is a wonderful place and I would definitely rent here again! Adrianne was super to deal with and always responded quickly with answers to any questions I had.

Modern, elegant, Feels like home!
First off, Adrianne was a pleasure to work with. Kind and helpful.
The first time you walk up to the house you feel like your a million bucks. It only gets better, the house is very clean and the design is spectacular. The home has everything you would ever need. I don't sleep well when I travel and I slept like a baby during my stay. The location is amazing right in front of the restaurant Boat House, which has a great views and food. You only 7 -10 mins from Yale town, gas town and down town Vancouver. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back to visit soon and stay here again. Recommend Eating at Rodney's oyster bar in Yale town and Cactus Grill.

Location and property are so nice.
Small details would make the home “perfect”. Kitchen needs salt and pepper, sponges, paper towels. A “welcome pamphlet”, TV instructions, 2nd bath vanity lighting is too dim, instructions for working the door lock (ie, pull up on the handle to turn key to lock the door). A simple toaster would be a nice touch. Ice trays. But overall the place is nice! Thanks!

A true gem in the most perfect location
My family stayed here for 2 weeks and loved everything about the house and the neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was attentive and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable in the house and the neighborhood. The house is right by the beach and walking distance to Granville Island. The walk through the park and along the beach was one of our daily routines. Breathtaking views and the air is so fresh. The neighborhood was queit at night and we had such good sleep. Our family is pleased to have chosen this house for our stay in Vancouver. A very good vacation!
