Situated in Oceano, this charming condo for $416 per night is a great choice for your next break. If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types. This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends. This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy! The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination. The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom. The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Tammy the host was amazing. She was supper communicative, and amazing to work with. The home was well furnished and super clean. Me and my family had a amazing time at this home. Easy access to the beach was great for the kids. We come to Oceano around two times a year and will be looking to book this home next time as well. Thank you

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! It was nicely decorated, clean, and fully equipped! The location is perfect, better than described, literally right on the sand! The host Tammy is the best! She was available for any question we had or for any help we needed! The only complaint that I have is that we were not able to stay longer! Love this place, great experience!

We had an amazing time. You are literally right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries, shopping all very close. It is right by the entrance for campers to go on the beach but we found that rather entertaining. I loved the big oversized couch right by the back patio so you could relax and watch the waves. Tammy was readily available for any issues or questions we had. We will be back!

We had a great trip. This is our second time staying at this property. Since our last visit there is a new, beautiful refrigerator. The location and views could not be better if you want access to the drive on beach. We love it here and that is what draws us back. My only suggestions are replacement of the master bedroom mattress, as it is hard and squeaks with each turn, and repairs to the front door. There is blue painters tape covering holes and for some reason, this year and last, we could not get the door to lock from the outside (We have a similar digital lock at home). That being said, those are not deal breakers for us! Communication with the homeowner is great, we love the house and are already looking to book for next Summer.

It is such a great beach house! The day bed downstairs was our favorite place to lounge all together...the 6 of us fit on it! And we could watch the kids play in the sand from the house which was awesome. There were boogie boards in the closet upstairs which the kids took advantage of even though it was only 60 degrees. The best part was the 3 full baths so nobody had to wait to get the sand washed off and warm up from the cold ocean. There is also a food place right next door...super convenient and great great food! We would definitely stay here again!

You are right on the beach and the house is great and near everything you would need. Slappys chowder house is right next door and that's a plus. You are were the sand dunes are and vehicles are allowed to be on the beach so you need to be careful with the kids and dogs..

This is a very nice property. We stayed here in 2022 and 2023 for two week stays. Access to the beach is great. Our only issue was a leaky kitchen sink and that was taken care of very quickly. Will probably stay there again next year.

We had a nice stay. Location is great! Right on the beach. Restaurant next door with friendly owners. It was raining a lot when we were there but even with the weather, the beach walks were nice and we loved the view. Property Managers were easy to get a hold of. There was an issue with a leak but they were very helpful and responsive. Unit is very clean. There are some maintenance issues that is scheduled to be taken care of per the owners so we definitely would rent again. Thank you!

The location is amazing. We did notice that while clean and comfortable, the rental was in need of some TLC - especially for the price we paid. Water spot in living room ceiling, front door lock had tape/cardboard on it to cover a hole, etc.

Everything was so nice ! Always very clean . This is our 2nd year in a roll at this property. Stores close by. Literally steps to stand .. there’s a new hamburger stand rt next door . We just love this house and will plan another trip next year ..
