Situated in Bradenton Beach, this lovely house for $512 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Located on Anna Maria Island off the Gulf Coast of Florida, Bradenton Beach is a small, friendly and charming old Florida town, located in the south end of Anna Maria Island. At Bradenton Beach you will find A Island Breeze, Unit A, to be your perfect vacation rental accommodation along with a significant number of the best restaurants and shops on the entire island. Island Breeze is a beautiful, newer duplex, built in 2008, within a block and half of the gulf beaches and the inter-coastal waterway. Located in a quiet community, but close enough to shopping, dining and bars. On the main floor, the great room is well decorated, very comfortable, and opens to a large deck. The kitchen is spacious and well designed for easy or fancy cooking. Off the kitchen, the rear deck has a spiral staircase to the alley access parking area. The master bedroom has elegant Freemark Custom Furniture, and a comfortable king size bed. The room has its own private deck with two chaise lounges, along with peeks of the gulf. A great place for an afternoon nap. The private master bath has a large two person walk in shower. The queen bedroom is decorated in 'Island chic' style, and has a great view of the Palma Sola Bay. The third bedroom has very comfortable bunk beds, with custom bed ensembles. Located on the ground level is a large Florida room with comfortable seating, next to the new pool built in 2020. The private "Kitchenette" area has its own TV and refrigerator with ice maker. A great place to watch sports, entertain, or just hang out. The lanai has exterior seating around a gas fire pit, wonderful for the cold evenings or after a dip in the three person hot tub. This home features all the amenities you will need to have the perfect vacation including a beach cart and chairs, towels, beach toys and coolers.

I can’t say enough about this amazing home. The accommodations and amenities were more than plenty. Debra, the host, was very responsive and thoughtful. The bed was super comfy. Even though the weather was on the cooler and wetter side, being close to the beach (1 min. Walk) made up for everything. This is a wonderful stay!

Nice, spacious place in a great location. Kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub on property. Debra was easy to get ahold of with any questions (which were minimal). Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants or shops.

Property seemed tired. Toilet lids are scratched/stained, hot tub didn’t work (a big deal since it was cool at night), pool bubble heater was no where to be found, stair treads were stained & gross, and finally, the ceiling fan in bedroom two (queen) made the most awe full sound that kept everyone that tried that room awake.

Beautiful stay perfect location close to beach. Just a couple little things the remotes batteries were dead on living room and remote outside you couldn’t arrow down only up Fan in Queen room made a horrible noise we couldn’t use. We had a fabulous time!

The location to the beach was the best part of this rental, Although the description and photos of the property are accurate and you definitely are getting what you rented, keep in mind it is not a beachy vibe inside but it was clean. It seemed to be well stocked although we didn’t cook. We had some trouble with the entrance keypad but Debra let us know right away and gave us an alternate way to enter. Debra was very responsive and got back to us quickly the few times we reached out which was great. The only negative I would say is that you are required to start the laundry before you leave, make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away, and trash is out which for 4 adult women not a big deal but if you had a family with kids and trying to get packed and out of the rental by 10 all of this would be difficult. It’s a lot of work to check out of a place that you paid a cleaning fee for. This was disappointing. The listing does mention this but you should be aware of it bc it’s def something that would get overlooked. We own a rental property and rent properties often on VRBO and would never ask someone to do this nor have we had to do this. At the very most we’d have to start the dishwasher. That’s what the cleaning fee we pay is for when renting on this platform. You’re about 1-1.5 walk down to Bridge Street where there are lots of restaurants and bars. AMI is about the same distance going the other direction, which is also where you’ll find Publix and Walgreens/CVS.

We enjoyed this Beautiful home very much. Home was very clean and had wonderful decor. It was in the middle of the island and we rented a golf cart to buzz around in. Went Mini Golfing and ate at wonderful restaurants. Great memories were made on this trip with our family.

I can't say enough about this property for our stay at AMI. This property was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Well stocked with beach chairs; floats; pool; outside fridge; grill etc.-- even a firepit and hot tub (although we did not use those since our stay was in the middle of the summer). This property is just a short walk to the beach and the pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach.

Great home, close to beach. Has fantastic amenities. Owner very responsive and quick. Only negative, expensive cleaning and pool use fees. A lot to do prior to check out. IE cleaning. Which I always leave and keep rentals clean as I would like it to be for me. The pool fee was the only other negative as the pool guy only brushed the upper outside walls of pool and placed a chlorine tab in. I think pool fee should be included with the house. Overall very nice and would stay again!

Absolutely loved this place. It is as beautiful as the pictures. The location is phenomenal with a short block walk to the beach. Comfy beds, spacious accommodations, and easy to follow check in and out procedures. Having a really nice pool onsite is such a plus ! Owner was so fast on responding to any questions and very easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend this place to friends and family.

We will deft be returning!! Location was perfect!! One big issues was the cleanliness of the pool the first day and a half, but the pool guy came and the second half of the trip, the pool was much better. Unfortunately if you have a new walker, the stairs with no gates was a big issue, we had to create makeshift gates due to our 1.5 year old immediately falling down the stairs. That was our fault though! All went great and we will be returning to this house next year!!

What a lovely, super clean, beautifully maintained property with all of your beach vacation needs right at your fingertips! Pool was great to have to cool off in the heat of summer! Location was perfect too!! It was a very easy walk to the beach! Mid island location meant it was easy to get anywhere on the Island. I must emphasize clean because my husband says I’m a house/hotel snob and this lovely property made me feel safe/clean/at home! Thank you!!

The only recommendation I would have for this property is converting the bunk room. It would work for children but for a stay of 6 adults not the best option. I would utilize the room by removing the wood shelving and place a full or queen bed with night stands and an operational tv. Thanks very much awesome overall!!
