This first-floor, end unit offers unbeatable convenience — step right from your screened-in lanai to the pool, beach, and endless Caribbean views.

Inside, you’ll find central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more), and a spacious screened-in lanai where you can relax with sea views, cooling breezes, and the soothing rhythm of the surf. Step outside and you’re just a few feet from the freshwater pool (with a shallow section for little ones) and the white-sand beach shared by only 10 units. Even during busier times, it still feels more relaxed and low-key than the island’s west side.
For your comfort, the condo is stocked with beach towels, water floats, washer/dryer, iron/board, cable TV, and telephone. Starter supplies are provided, and Chisholm’s Grocery is just five minutes away for anything you need.

Location! Love the Northside and this is the perfect place for relaxation, swimming & lazy mornings in a lounge chair enjoying the breeze & island. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your condo was quiet and had everything we needed. Will & Lisa

If you want off the strip of 7mile beach this is an amazing place. Our condo was spacious, clean and way better option than a hotel room. There is a great Lani that is packed with items for the pool and beach. We enjoyed the pool and beach and it was like it was private to us we didnt see many other vacationers. Rum point is only 7 mins away and a great place to hang out. The owner and property management company were both great, very responsive, accommodating and quick if you call. Jennifer with the property mangement company was very nice and happy to help. If we get back to the Cayman islands again this will be our top place to stay can't recommend enough.

Location, location, location! We loved it because it was away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. The condo was roomy and well-appointed with everything you might need. Thank you for having spices. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating but we found plenty to do and see. Crystal caves was a highlight. So was the food at Tukka. We went back at least three times!! Thank you for sharing your property!

Hassle free. Great communication, condo was clean, had everything we needed and was nicely located right on the beach and away from the hustle & bustle. Definitely would recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to be in the city.
