About this house rental
Nestled in Kingston, this attractive house for $339 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our home is a spacious, second floor apartment of a two family home with your own private entrance. Hardwood new oak floors throughout. Granite counters in kitchen and bathroom. It has three bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and one bedroom with a king bed). In addition, there is another 4th bedroom that has been converted to a den/entertainment room with a television, love seat and computer. Our accommodations have one bathroom with a combination tub and shower. In addition, it has central air conditioning, high speed wifi, a fast large screen pc, two televisions, a wii console attached to the den television. Complimentary high efficiency front load washer and high capacity dryer are in the cellar for your convenience. There are two off street parking spots so that you do not have to worry about finding a parking space downtown. Our vacation home is nestled in the center of historic Plymouth. It's a great location because it's just 500 feet from Nelson Recreational Park and Beach. Nelson Recreational Area has a beach, new 'splash pad' water play area for children, large playground, walking path, boat ramp, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. The Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, Grist Mill and harbor area are just a short walk from our home. Also, within walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the visitor's center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a very short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful location for a vacation destination. Our home provides our guests with a comfortable and convenient setting to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer. Lockbox provides contactless entry. Our home is smoke free, vape free and pet free. We had a great stay. It's a nice location close to the beach and not far from downtown. Parking and check in were easy. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and access to the laundry room was a plus.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Plymouth, enhanced by staying in Yara's fantastic apartment. I have rented several VRBO's and can honestly say, this was the most well-appointed and cleanest place I've ever stayed. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, the mattresses were comfortable, (with cotton bedding - whoop!) there were many games in the closet, and even the basement was clean and inviting! The location was close to the beach and to downtown and Yara provided a very helpful book with great suggestions of places to eat and things to do. She had bottles of water waiting for us in the refrigerator, some K-cups at the ready, and salt, pepper & some sugar packets, along with a few other basic pantry staples to help with initial meals. Communication was easy and I was grateful when Yara responded quickly to a small issue with the corner of a rug posing a small trip hazard for my parents. As mentioned in the description of the apartment, it is not on the ground floor, so if you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, the stairs may be hard for them - just something of which to be aware. I cannot emphasize enough how great this place is and how the attention to detail is so on point. Don't even bother with looking anywhere else, you want to stay here.
PS. Be sure to try Will & Co. Cafe and 3A Cafe and Bakery while in town, and don't miss Plimouth Patuxet Museums!

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and convenience of this property. It's close to a great little beach with splash park and playground for the kids. It's situated nicely in the quaint town of Plymouth and close to restaurants, historical sites and walking paths. We took day trips to Boston, Salem and different spots on the Cape. We can't say enough good things about our gracious hosts. They were so helpful and sweet!

We enjoyed the stay in this very clean and large apartment pretty much. It is located close to a beach and also close to Plymouth harbor/downtown. It is a top location to explore the region around Plymouth (Boston, Cape Cod,...) via day trips. The host of this apartment has a great hospitality and gave a lot of recommendations for our whole journey (Niagara Falls, New York, etc). We definitely can recommend this place.

This place was close to the beach and waterfront and was totally awesome! We had a wonderful time. The restaurants and shops nearby were fun to explore. The house itself was well equipped, thoughtfully furnished and had a great layout. The beds were super comfortable which was a total bonus! The owner even set us up with a pack and play and high chair so we didnt have to pack them for our trip. They also had beach equipment to use, which was great because we were from out of town so we had none.Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again for sure.

This property was a wonderful find. The host has impeccable attention to detail. Every need is provided for. The guest information book is a wealth of helpful information - I highly recommend that future guests refer to it. The property was clean and well-cared for. My kids loved the proximity to Nelson Beach, where they searched for hermit crabs during low tide. Overall, a comfortable stay during our family trip to Plymouth.

From the property you can walk to the Mayflower and restaurants. The kitchen was fully provisioned. There were chairs for the beach. We had a nice vacation. I would recommend.

This was a great 2nd floor apartment. The rooms where all just the right size and the kitchen was great. This place was a short walk to beach and down town . The area was quiet and definitely safe feeling. Im looking forward to next year and staying here again. Thank you for the comfortable and great experience.

Rent this place NOW! We arrived at this apartment and were immediately greeted by Joan who lives downstairs. She assured us everything was ready and was so sweet. Yara kept in contact with me throughout our stay. The area is beautiful and a quick walk to everything you need. I couldn't be more pleased with the graciousness and friendliness of Yara and Joe and Joan. They even sent us homemade muffins, a bottle of local wine and chocolates! The apartment is immaculate and spacious for our family of 6. Thank you again so very much.

My family of four were in Plymouth for my niece’s wedding in Kingston which was only ten minutes away. The apartment was updated, clean, and cozy. It is the perfect location for sightseeing in Plymouth Harbor and surrounding areas. Restaurants, , beach , park, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. Both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and towels and linens were provided. The bathroom had two soft cushioned rugs on the bathroom floor which is a nice touch and a rarity in VRBO rental. While outside in the driveway the owner introduced himself to us and let us know that they lived close by and told us to let him know if there is anything we needed during our stay. My only recommendation would be to have a few more softer pillows available for sleeping. Enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

A great place to stay.
Travelling as a family with two older teenagers this very comfortable, immaculately clean, tasteful and well maintained apartment provided us with all the home comforts we could have possibly asked for and more, as well as space for our teens to relax.
It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day sightseeing or simply to sit out in the garden and relax with a drink.
The accommodation is just as described and is well situated a few minutes walk from a local park and beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Yara is an amazing and very responsive host. From our first point of contact asking about our children’s ages to ensure anything we might need was available, to providing information on day trips and things to do. Most impressive however was the communication and kindness we experienced when there was a problem with the AC before our arrival. Yara communicated with us immediately, suggested a range of solutions and went out of her way to ensure that we were both happy and comfortable during our stay.
We would very happily stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation and Yara, as you could not find a better host.

Amazing Place, Amazing Host
This apartment is exactly what my family needed to feel "home" away from home. It was a working trip and the den was perfect to get it done. The beds were super comfortable! We had everything we needed for a family of 5. True walking distance to nearby attractions. The grill was clean and in great condition. The small yard was perfect to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Yara was a perfect host, and very responsive to our requests. To say she went the extra mile is not enough. We met in person, we exchanged our favorite IPAs, our son got some much need puppy time and played with the dog they were sitting (we were missing our pups) and she left us a wonderful gift from a local chocolatier.

You can't go wrong!!!!
From start to finish, Yara was so accomodating! From booking needs, to communication during my stay, to help with clearing snow from the walk and driveway...she couldn't be a better VRBO owner! In addition, her home was immaculate and her bed was super comfy! I have severe dust allergies and was worried about staying in an older home but there was not dust to be found anywhere and my allergies were not an issue!!! If you have kids, there is a room with bunk beds, a den with a video game setup and games for the kids. There is also a park on the oceanfront a block from the house. Perfect for kids too!!!! If you are thinking of staying here, yes, yes and yes! I will definitely be back if I return to Plymouth!

Wonderful second story rental property with an amazingly kind host! It was very clean and extremely comfortable throughout. Very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The amount of space for the money was terrific and much nicer than staying in a hotel. The host truly thought of everything with what she provided in the property. The location was excellent. The street was noisy on the weekend with motorcycles and muscle cars driving by, but nothing that would deter us from returning. It was a minor nuisance that subsided on weekdays. The beach down the street was fun, even if a bit rocky. The neighborhood was very convenient to many restaurants and to the downtown waterfront area with shops and tourist activities. Location was also great for day trips to other places like Boston, Newport and Cape Cod. Internet, cable tv and air conditioning all worked perfectly. It was such a comfortable place to return home to each day. We really enjoyed the living room each night rather than having to sit on hotel beds in order to watch tv and relax together. The extra space of the den was a real bonus for quiet laptop or computer use. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and could not have been more pleased with all aspects. We highly recommend it!
