If you are looking for Lobster boat views from the screen porch, a small beach, a dock to fish off of and a small beach where the kids can swim, kayak and find treasures in the sun, this is it. With an open floor plan, 3 full bedrooms and baths, a bright sunny loft. This is a dream come true.
The swimming cove with a swim platform and association dock is a great place for kids and adult to relax. Kayaks come with the house and the cove is the perfect place for a beginner to learn. Lobster men can be seen hauling their traps all day long.
There is a large sunny deck with table and chairs for early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A mooring available if needed.

Six family members gathered to celebrate one turning 70, and another turning 75 years old, from Maine, Georgia, Florida, and New York. We were very comfortable here. The community is quiet and peaceful. The view was spectacular. There are so many things to see and do in the area-- we truly had a wonderful and memorable time. Christine was top notch with communication, and was a delight to work with. My family and I could not be more pleased! Thank you.

My wife and I stayed here one night with some friends who were renting. It was perfect for two families with kids but could easily fit large groups. From the time you open the front door you feel like youre entering a movie set of some quintessential New England summer movie. The kitchen, great room and dining area are large and very open. The Main floor also has beautiful views of the water. Nice wide pine floors, post and beam construction and very clean (I have no idea what the people in the last review are talking about) The house sits on the water and is a stones throw to a nice area with a dock, picnic table kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again!
