Check out our other listing, a 3 bedroom/3 bath (458147) only 4 blocks away at popular North Shore Villas. Come enjoy our comfortable beachfront beach condo in North Myrtle Beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with a balcony that offers a beautiful panoramic ocean view. The open floor plan is comfortable for a group of up to 11 people. Our condo features 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (3 Kings, and 2 Doubles) and a sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has a comfortable King bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a separate full bathroom. The third bedroom has a King bed and an attached jack-and-jill full bathroom that connects to the 4th bedroom with a King bed and balcony to a beautiful street-side view. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Granite countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need. It has many amenities including an electric griddle, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, firmware, utensils, etc. The oceanfront double balcony has an amazing, full panoramic view of the ocean and beach, a table with chairs, and two separate chairs with a small table to relax and enjoy the ocean and beach views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom. Out front, off bedroom four, is another balcony with a great view of the area. The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, eating area, and bathrooms, with Berber carpeting in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and two chairs. The sleeper sofa folds out into a full size bed. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge and has 4 flat screen TV's, including a large 55" Smart Flat Screen 4k TV. There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and full sized dryer. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the unit. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the entire damage/service deposit and may result in immediate eviction. We have installed a Ring Doorbell. Sourthshore Villas has a large outdoor pool, an indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub and grilling area. The grounds of Southshore Villas are very clean and are well maintained. The villas have two elevators for your convenience and plenty of very convenient covered parking spaces are available on the first 3 levels of the building. Bring your family or friends and stay in clean, comfortable, modern accommodations at our beautiful oceanfront/beachfront condo at Southshore Villas.

The week before our vacation we suddenly had to find a new condo due to renovations at our previously chosen one. It leaves you in a panic when you have less than a week to find a new one and everything is booked!
Lisa and her husband went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of! They are there to answer any questions you may have. Their response time when messaging them is fantastic! Once we got there the property was the same as the pictures show and exactly what we were expecting. Since the cleaning lady got done sooner than normal check in time, they let us go ahead and go in as soon as we arrived! Very clean, the location is great and the view is spectacular! Recommend 100%!

Our family was beyond words with our accommodations! The condo & view was more than imagined. The condo was clean & had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was great. The location was perfect with shopping & grocery nearby. The owners were very quick with response to questions. Check in was very easy. We will definitely stay again & would highly recommend.

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since the early 1990s and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. It was spotless!
The unit is beautiful! It was even better than the description. The owners have gone out of their way to make this unit comfortable and inviting. The linens were exceptional, plenty of hangers in the closets, kitchen stocked with more items than we could use. Accessories in bathrooms were plentiful including soaps, full toilet paper rolls, hair dryers, and LOTS of pristine, fluffy towels! Washer and dishwasher were clean and there was even detergent. The communication with the owners was very easy and they responded to us almost immediately before and throughout our stay. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so very much, Lisa and Scott!

This was a great choice for our 2 families of 5 (6 kids 8&under). We loved having the beach so close and the lazy river/pool/hot tub were a great bonus when the kids got tired of the sand. Everything inside the condo and on the property was clean and worked fabulously. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The outside closet was perfect for storing sand toys, chairs, etc. No issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo for 6+ people including a 3yr old. Great view and location. Very accommodating facility and the amenities were great, ie pools and elevators and carts. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Scott and Lisa.

The beach and pool/lazy River was easy to access right from the bottom of the condo. And both were clean, nice and never crowded (beginning of May). Everything was perfect
Condo was everything it was advertised as. The owners were very helpful and communicative. They even let us enter the condo early since we arrived before four o’clock. We would recommend this condo to anyone. It was just beautifully decorated and had everything you would ever need. Our family had a great time and would love to return!

This property was perfect for us. It was big and spacious and the bedrooms for the teenagers that stay up all night were in the other end of condo. The building and condo were clean and smelled good. The condo offered everything you would need such as cleaning supplies, beach chairs, football, shampoo (travel size if needed), games, and plenty of towels. The sheets and towels were clean and plentiful. The towels were thick and not cheap. And lastly, the view was incredible and balcony was spacious.. We would definitely stay here again..

Relaxing vacation at a great condo!
This property was immaculate and exactly the way the pictures were shown online. The kitchen pantry was perfect to store our food for the week and the kitchen was fully stocked. The full sized washer and dryer were wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were good quality. In the storage closet there were several sand chairs available for our use as well as sand toys if you have younger children. There was also an Eddie Bauer bean bag toss game that was in the back bedroom closet. The large balcony was wonderful for all of us to enjoy time together and I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee there each and every day! I honestly can't think of anything I was not pleased with. The resort itself was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend renting from Scott and Lisa! They truly mean it when they say, "contact us with any questions" and they were great getting back to us quickly.

Terrific for we Turkeys at the Coast
A wonderful, comfortable, home-away-from-home for the Thanksgiving holiday! Beautiful condo - clean and lovely! Kitchen had everything we needed to create and cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Loved being on the end of the building and we so enjoyed the sunrises and beach watching with our morning coffee from 12 floors up! Do be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towels and your own soaps and shampoos. Check in and out was super simple and Lisa and Scott were so great to work with....very forthcoming and prompt with all communication and replies. Really appreciated that. Our family votes to return to this lovely place at the SouthShore Villas! Can't wait for our next trip.
