Nestled in Arch Cape, this charming house for $357 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautifully appointed ocean-view home with a relaxing, beachy vibe, located 200 steps from the beach and beach access in the quiet heart of Arch Cape (about four miles south of Cannon Beach). You are close enough to enjoy the fun, restaurants, art galleries and shopping of Cannon Beach and Seaside and still have your own secluded beach for walking and beachcombing. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the ocean from the full second-story deck with barbecue or perhaps curl up with a good book by the cozy fireplace in the comfortably furnished living room. Off the main bedroom sliding door is a patio and fire pit overlooking the ocean, where you can enjoy an outdoor fire and smores with the family and friends. Throughout the house are stunning views of the ocean and forest/mountains. The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with Smart, High Definition Flat screen TV, cable, wireless 5-G highspeed internet access, CD with wood-burning stone fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, drip coffee maker, Keurig and lots of dishware and cookware for a 'home-away-from-home.' The lower level of this bright and sunny beach house provides three bedrooms with comfortable beds (one with a king bedroom suite, one with queen-size bed and one with bunk beds), a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. A new, comfort designed with thick mattress, queen-size, sofa sleeper will accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to eight persons. The king bedroom has a sliding door, opening to a comfortable patio with firepit and chairs. The house is immaculately cleaned before every guest arrives. Guests tell us, 'We felt immediately at home and welcome.' We supply all linens, towels, table linen, paper, soap, cleaning supplies, wood for fireplace, basic kitchen spices, cards, puzzles and family games too! Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Our family had a great Thanksgiving holiday here in this beautiful part of the Oregon coast. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was so close to Cannon Beach and Seaside for shopping and food options too. We will come back!

The seagull landing deck property is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay at the property. My only disappointment was with the check-in instructions. I did not get an email with checking instructions.. The email I received redirected me to the Vrbo website where I had to create an account and then use the chat option to find the check-in instructions. It was very inconvenient as the internet connection in the area is not good.. I dropped a voicemail to the property owners but I didn’t hear back from them.

My family of 6 had a great time here! The house is one of the cleanest and well maintained short term rentals that we have stayed at. Considering it is a beach house you might expect sand everywhere but it was spotless on arrival. The 3 bedrooms are all downstairs along with one full bathroom and laundry room. I didn’t realize they would provide so many essentials like laundry detergent so I didn’t need to bring it along. The upstairs sitting area is so cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. My kids enjoyed finding the little notes around the house- some are useful tips and some are just cute little bits of info. You can really feel how much care has been put into the details. The fire pit outside of the master bedroom is super easy to use so roasting marshmallows was a must! The walk down to the beach is so pretty under the archway of connecting branches. It’s a very peaceful beach where we spent many hours playing in the sand and exploring. I definitely recommend staying here for your next beach getaway!

Such a sweet place. Looks to be very recently updated, with new-looking floors, furniture and cabinets upstairs, both bathrooms, and deck and siding. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, serving and baking items. All the spices and condiments were a huge plus. Loads of bedding, too.
The beach was just across the street and down a short path. Gorgeous sand, perfect for walks and sunsets.
Be aware that 101 is about 75 feet from the back of the house. From the front, with windows and slider open, noise is much less noticeable.
Owners were a dream to work with.

Sorry....but when we tried to put the key away before leaving....it slipped our of our hands and into the crack between the floor decking and the house wall....so we didn't lose the key....we just couldn't get it out. My guess is that it's not the first time that has happened?

Was a wonderful stay. The house was close to the beach, everything was clean and comfortable, the deck was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Always a plus to have a dishwasher and washer dryer. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a magical week at Seagull Landing. The house is wonderful and extremely well organized with everything you could need thoughtfully provided and labeled. It is just steps to the amazing beach, and the deck is perfect for relaxing with beautiful views. The Oregon coast is fabulous!

Five adults fully enjoyed this property. The grill, fire pit, and deck were greatly appreciated. We loved being so close to the beautiful Arch Cape beach for walks. This location is close to Cannon Beach and many other locations in NW Oregon. The communication with the property owners was easy and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet place to stay! Everything pretty close for hiking, beach, shop, eat! Went cherry picking, Even went to casino one night. Love to dig for razor clams. We were not able to rent the clam digger so we had to buy one. Left it at the house for future use since we plan on doing it again next year with my brothers and sisters. Did not get to do atv sand dunes because they were all booked so schedule it early. Every activity was within a couple hour drive or less. Thank you for the memorable trip, see you next year!!!

Seagull Landing is the perfect way to experience the beauty and magic of the Oregon coast. Close to Cannon Beach and the famous haystacks to the North and Short Sand Beach to the South. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and cozy. The second-story deck is surrounded by trees with the beach peeking through in the distance.

This is probably the only rental where my wife and I both said “this is way better than the pictures” soon after stepping in.
Not that the pictures are bad - they’re why we chose the property in the first place - but it is just so much better in person. Clean, bright, big upstairs living area has wide views of the ocean and is perfect for relaxing as a family. The fireplace was great for the rainy days. The rooms downstairs were comfy and plenty big for us to fit a pack-n-play crib. The bathrooms are big. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The location is steps from the beach and less than 10 minutes driving to Cannon Beach. The house itself is just really well cared for and has a great beach-ey vibe. Thanks Mike and Deb for a great stay - we’ll be back!

We had a great time at Arch Cape thanks to this well positioned 3bedroom house just steps from the beach. The beach path feels private and is literally a 60 second walk from the house. The home itself is in great condition, and I really liked the kitchen with all the utensils and cookware provided. Internet was very good too and helped us stay in touch with people and employers. We were able to work remotely for a few hours as needed. The kids had a blast, and we played Balderdash and other games provided in the living room. And Arch Cape feels like a private beach. There were fewer than a dozen people on the beach at any given time, and often we were alone. Would definitely stay here again.

Your home is beautifully equipped, with many thoughtful touches like the coffee beans and grinder to get you started if you forgot about coffee. The views are stunning. Lovely house with a nice working fireplace. Very close walk to the beach and a 20 min walk from some big landmarks on the beach! The house if very comfortable and the view was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The beach was great and the access was perfect. We found wonderful tide pools to explore on our long walk. Very short drive to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.

Great communication.. a few things.. there were only 2 keys hanging in entry, not 3…. The trash bin outside did not have a bungee cord, the fireplace we did not empty. Adequate cooking utensils, would have been nice to have a bit more coffee, hot tea choices, & maybe a couple hot coco packets!! Yet overall we had such a wonderful time… wished we lived closer so we could come again! Thank you!!

Instruction book for guests was a bit hard to follow with many crossed out and hand written "re-writes"

This house is CLEAN and obviously well loved. It is comfortable and welcoming. Sitting on the deck watching the ocean and the birds was so very relaxing. If we plan a trip to the Oregon coast in the future we will definitely book this house again.

This property was excellent for the two of us. Upon arrival we could tell that the owners, Mike and Deb, were very proud of their home. It was refreshing to find the property was even better than the on-line listing showed. You can always tell if someone is just using their property as a rental to make money and those who truly love the property and want to share it with others. Thank you Mike and Deb! A great place to spend a beach vacation. Loved the house and all the amenities. The beach is just a short walk from the house and the deck isperfect for hanging out. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Cannon Beach!

We had a great stay here. Super well-equipped, close to Cannon Beach but far enough away that it's very peaceful and quiet. Friendly Stellar's Jay's came for breakfast on the balcony every morning. :) Only downside is that while beach access is very close, you have to make your way across LOTS of slippery rocks to reach the sand. But there are places fairly close (like Tolovana Park) with good access.

We really enjoyed spending a week at this property. We have come to arch cape for six years now and stayed in a few spots. This surpasses others in what you get for what you spend. Prices have gone up substantially to the point it is almost prohibitive to continue creating memories for our family here. But Mike and Deb have offered a fairly priced home with all the amenities and in some cases more than homes priced twice as much. A lovely deck with beach views. Easy access to the beach. Great layout and enough rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the wood fire place as well. Easy check in and check out and great communication. We have already referred this space to friends. We hope to be back as well.

We love this section of beach in Arch Cape! The home is smaller but the deck and location are great! The bunk bed room is made for much smaller children but our were able to squeeze in. We didn’t use the pullout couch so people could wake at different times of day. Kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals. Wood was available to use which was nice. The view from the kitchen and living area is amazing in this house. We would come again but with 4-5 people rather than 8. If you are a bird watcher the mornings on the deck are fantastic! Thank you for an amazing stay!
