Communication with our host was great. The view from every balcony which was (4) was amazing. The restaurant down stairs was great. All in all great place to stay.

My family and I stayed at Sue’s rental property for a 6 day trip to St Thomas and we absolutely loved it! Sue had great communication with us from start to finish. The condo is immaculate… we did not want to leave! It was so clean, comfortable & stocked with all the necessity you may need. It was also easy access to get to the beach & lobby area. We will definitely book again on our next trip to St Thomas.

The condo is gorgeous, the 4 decks are wonderful, and there are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The location and views are excellent. The resort pool, beach and restaurants are also wonderful. You can't go wrong!

It was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew exactly what to expect. The condo was spotless and beautiful. Sue gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to go eat, shop, play. We rented our car that seats 8 from her and that was the best thing for getting around the island. Learning to drive on the left side of the road and adapting to how the locals drive was quite the experience but it was an awesome time. Would recommend 1000% and go back to rent from her again without a doubt.

This property and this host are absolute gems! We loved our stay, highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here or with another one of Sue's properties again. First, the property. This was a top floor, two level condo that was spacious, well appointed, clean and in a perfect location. Looking out over the resort, it was a convenient walk to the pool, beach and restaurants on property. The beach and pool were perfect for families with snorkeling and water sports activities available. The rooms were exactly as pictured, in good condition, with beautiful, well maintained decor. Next, Sue was an absolute delight. She invested time in a call to answer questions about our stay and provide recommendations on services, restaurants and activities on the island, as well as various travel tips. It was obvious she really wanted us to enjoy our trip and the island, not just her property. We rented a Jeep through Sue as others had recommended, and it was such as nice touch and very convenient to not have to spend time at a rental facility. We're so grateful to to have found Sue and her property and absolutely recommend to anyone considering St. Thomas.

This condo was beautiful and spacious and provided most everything we could wish for! In addition, the pool & restaurants were wonderful. Sue was amazing & helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It’s noteworthy that there are quite a few steps at the resort if that might be an issue for someone.

We loved this property! So clean & well stocked. Absolutely perfect for us. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was a plus. Our daughter was married in STT...so we made a family vacation with our time. Sue was extremely helpful w/ info about the island & things to do. Loved every minute of our time there! ♥️

Three nice bedrooms with own balconies and baths. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Nice view of beach. Nice beach and pool. Good location close to Red Hook and St John Ferry. Two nice restaurants on property.

Our group of 8 adults traveled to St. Thomas in January, 2022. Sue was a great host and helped answer any questions about the property ahead of time. She was also available throughout our stay via phone/text should we have had any questions. The property was on the top (4th) floor and offered great views of the bay. Although it is not directly on the water/beach, it was a short walk and close enough to run back and forth to the room should we need any forgotten items. The property was clean and beautiful. The balconies were great to have coffee in the morning, there were enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for dinner after a day out on the water, and the common areas were big enough for our needs. Everyone raved about how comfortable the mattresses were, which is a rare find while vacationing. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and with Sue as our host!

Sue is the best! She contacted me months before arriving to make sure my needs were met. She arranged airport pick up & also had a great deal on a rental (which came in handy & saved lots on taxi fare’s for a family of 5). Sue is very responsive & cares a great deal for her guests & home. I HIGHLY recommend you rent from her. I’ve already reached out for a smaller unit for the next visit. You will not regret this unit!!

Overall the place was very nice and convenient for our family! Great facility on the beach with a great pool to play on as well and 2 different places to eat. There was plenty of space in the 3 condos for our group of 7. The views were fabulous. The kitchen was fabulous and allowed us to cook for our family some of the time so meals were not so expensive out all the time. The manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that was a bit of a downside is the showers in 2 of the units and kitchen had no hot water. There was also no Kurig coffee maker and the owner had specifically recommended bringing our own coffee pods for it to save a little $$ and it wasn’t there. Other than that it was a great place for us.

Sue was an awesome host. She was very thorough with her explanation of getting into her place, recommendations on where to go, activities to do, places to eat… she basically was our family’s personal concierge as what she said. She helped our family get a car rental which was a must when you’re in the island. The car unfortunately broke down before we got to St Thomas so Sue graciously offered to lend us her personal car. Sue was easy to talk to and always available to reach via cellphone for any questions. Her condo unit is conveniently located near the Cowpet bay beach, close to the pool, close to Redhook and ferry to St John. The rooms were big and each has its own bathroom so we were able to fit in 7 adults and 2 toddler quite comfortably. We had an amazing time at the USVI thanks to Sue! Definitely recommend this place!

This was the most beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay so much. Shout out to Sue for being the best vrbo renter ever. She gave me over an hour of her time before our trip to help us in every way... from covid testing procedures to the best restaruants and what to order. She is amazing! Thank you, Sue!

Our stay with Sue was lovely. The property was exactly as pictured. Beautiful view of the resort and water from the condo. Easy steps down to the pool area and beach. Sue was helpful with all the questions we had and always available during the trip if we had anything come up. Her housekeeping team was so sweet too. We met them when we first arrived since we got there a little early. They were very helpful and kind.

From the time of booking throughout our entire stay, Sue was on top of all communication. Providing recommendations for food, beaches, shopping, charters based our our families likes/wants. Made sure that once we arrived we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and in the perfect location. The resort provided for plenty of amenities and was a short drive/taxi ride from Red Hook and a local grocery store. Will most definitely consider this one again next time we visit St. Thomas.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We traveled with our neighbors and had a 6 yr old, two 3 yr olds and a 6 month old along with 4 adults. The room layouts were great and offered plenty of space. Sue was wonderful answering all our questions and providing restaurant recommendations. We also had Chef Emily Romer cook for us one evening in the condo and her lobster and steak dinner was fantastic (Posh Picnics VI) and she provisioned all our groceries before our trip too so our condo was stocked and ready! Captain Adam with Get on Board Charters provided a fantastic adventure snorkeling at Maho Bay in St John and getting Pizza Pi for lunch and taking us to crab island where hundreds of hermit crabs roamed - our kids loved all of this!We hope to return one day and I have the highest compliments and thanks to Sue for all her help and information.

Well...everyone should know...the owner of this property is PHENOMENAL! Mary (Sue) Lesster was one of the friendliest, most helpful hosts I have ever had. The property is AMAZING! After renting a few weeks prior from a studio apartment without washer/dryer/laundry access, this unit had EVERYTHING I wanted and needed (including washer/dryer of course!). Fantastic views, a quick walk to the resort beach and pool, a REALLY nice kichen and living room to relax and make something good to eat at the end of the day...my family had a BLAST! And Sue, knowing the area is a tad remote (but nevertheless in a BEAUTIFUL location) also arranged for a car rental so we could easily get around. My back was against the wall when I found her property on VRBO because most other places were booked, but she was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I would contact her again in a heartbeat if I return!

The condo was beautiful and even better than the pictures! Sue was great offering recommendations, answering questions and even helping us get a rental car. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in St Thomas!!

Sue is a great host and knows the island very well. She is able to provide a lot insight on places to go and not go and recommendations for restaurants, activities, and shopping. The condo was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and then some. The beach is nice at the condo along with the pool. Everyone at the resort is super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay at one of Sue's properties in the future.

Our Trip to the VI was awesome and our condo was great. We have 5 little kids and it was so nice to be right by the beach and the pool. Sue called me and gave me some really great information about things to do and where to eat. She also gave me the full rundown so I knew what to expect. The condo was clean, the beds were so comfy and it was nice to have a full kitchen and the washer and dryer. Would recommend her place to everyone!!

We really enjoyed this property, it was very spacious and clean! The location was good with two restaurants on the property. We played tennis a couple mornings to get some exercise in since the gym was closed. The last two days the power was on and off which we were given notice for, but it was unfortunate that we couldn’t shower or clean the day of check out. I wouldn’t expect that to happen again though. Overall the experience was good and Sue helped with recommendations for food and activities
