Nestled in Estero Island, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Remodeled in 2016, this beautiful first-floor condo awaits you with the perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and Sanibel Island in the distance. Situated at the very tip of the quiet, north-end of the island next to Bowditch Park, you will enjoy the sound of the water and the beauty of the sunrises and sunsets from your 26' screened lanai. This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no-hassle traffic north end of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square is a short beach walk, a 10-minute sidewalk stroll or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, evening entertainment and shopping that downtown Fort Myers Beach offers. Our condo has a King bed master suite, with a full bath and a Gulf view balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second full bath nearby. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs with expanded cable options. There is a hair dryer and bar soap in each of the bathrooms. Cook in the spectacular kitchen with granite counter tops which is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, and a vast assortment of bowls, cookware, gadgets, flatware and utensils to create that great beach meal. Attached and adjacent to your kitchen are a breakfast bar and dining table so family and friends can be together while meals are made in your kitchen away from home. The living room includes a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a love seat and a side chair with a 55-inch flat screen TV and wireless Sony surround sound stereo that you can hook-up to your own device. A desk, 15-inch laptop computer and wireless printer are available for your use. Through the living room and master bedroom you can enter the 26-foot beach front balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or sunsets and a late night beverage. You have a panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the lanai with the ceiling fan on, or go out to the beach with the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and coolers that are available for your use. There you can watch the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, our building offers a large community heated salt water pool. Outside on the grounds there are two gas and two charcoal grills for community use. Our home-away-from-home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation. Additional amenities include: •Games, cards, other beach toys, and an air pump is available if you buy rafts for the gulf or pool. •Ironing board, iron. Laundry basket and detergent, and general cleaning supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. •Parking: One dedicated stall marked “133” in the front parking lot. There are five additional parking spots first-come, first-serve across the street. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the lanai; no pets. STR Registration #: 20-0322

Holly was very accommodating, checked to ensure we were in without issues and to see if we needed anything.bbshe has everything you will need for the time of your life. There is a book with anything you may have a question about. Very relaxing amazing view quiet location. Right by a trolley pick up and boat tour pick up. We will be back.

Holly had me at "26 foot lanai." And it was simply glorious. We spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed the fabulous view. The apartment itself was amazing too. It was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need. Holly was such a sweetheart throughout our entire stay and even the weeks leading up to it. This was our very first VRBO rental and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on Fort Myers beach. It really is the perfect location!! We will definitely be staying here again should we need lodging in the future! You won't be disappointed!!

Just as all the other reviews say, this is an incredible little spot at Fort Meyers Beach!!! Fantastic host, super clean & extremely comfortable. The condo was close enough to the action yet also far enough away to relax at our own pace when we weren't at the baseball fields for our son's tournament. Perfect - we would definitely return!

Let me start with Holly the owner, she is an awesome host. Her condo was fantastic!! Any communications with her were quick and easy. The unit was very well stocked with all the beach toys and chairs you could need. The unit is well maintained and well stocked with linens and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We give her 5 stars!!

Beautiful condo at the quiet part of beach
First time coming to Fort Myers Beach. This property was perfect for us. Very good amenities and we had everything we needed for the beach from towels to chairs to coolers. Did not have to worry about anything. Condo was very comfortable and the view from the lanai was beautiful. Beach area was quiet but not to far was a place to rent jet skis, kayaks etc if you chose to do that. Not too far from center of town where stores and restaurants are located but away from crowds. Holly was a great host who responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacay
The condo was just as listed. Very clean. The condo was equipped with all the things you would need for a day at the beach, no need to pack anything. Location was perfect, steps from the beach on the end of the island right beside of a trolley stop. Plenty of space , well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Sunsets
Communication with owner was seamless. The condo has everything you need for the kitchen to the beach. I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without any issues. Would definately stay again. My elderly parents enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the Lanai. My daughter and I enjoyed our walks to restaurants, stores and pier and free tram ride back to the condo. :)

Holly's place was even better than expected! It was clean,cozy, bright and had everything we needed. The view was magnificent and just a few steps to the very quiet and beautiful beach. Our trip was specifically for rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we did. Holly thought of everything! Without hesitation would book again.

The condo was incredibly clean when we arrived and check in was very easy with a very responsive host. The beach toys and supplies were abundant, more options than we’ve ever had at other condos. My husband and I loved staying at Holly’s beautiful gulf front condo. It is located at the north end of Estero next to Bowditch Park. This condo is well equipped with literally everything needed for a relaxing time at the beach…which is only steps away. The pool and building were clean and well maintained. Definitely a top ick for our next stay near Ft Myers!

What a great find! Estero Island can get lively, but this place is quiet and spacious, very relaxing beach getaway. Lots of room on the lanai for meals and lounging. Nice living room for the evenings, good water pressure in the shower, lots of storage space in the main bedroom. The kitchen is full and nice - we ended up eating most of our meals at the condo, private dining on the lanai. It really is just steps to the beach, just a couple minutes from closing the front door of the condo to unfolding beach chairs by the gulf. And since the building is relatively small compared to other developments on Estero and is right next to Bowditch Park, there was a lot more space on our section of the beach than you will find on other parts of the island. The mornings at the beach and in the water were great, and the sunsets were spectacular.
Holly was great - we had our own code for the door (no keys to carry around at the beach!), she pointed us in the right direction for grocery ordering/pickup for our stay, had beach chairs/towels/umbrella in the condo for our beach days, and was a good sport when I asked a question that had been clearly and completely answered in earlier correspondence.
5 stars all around. We felt like we had picked a winner for what we wanted for our quiet beach getaway, and it exceeded our expectations.
