The cottage style at this place is so inviting. The backyard is very lovely. The host is extremely kind and friendly. Giving plenty of recommendations for the area and also making herself available whenever needed. Also a ton of privacy. Area has tons of restaurants to eat and stuff to order on uber. I can't wait to visit again.

We have completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Monika could not have been more helpful and kind. She even left us a bowl of candy outside our door on Halloween and adjusted our check-in and check-out times to fit our travel plans and gave us snacks. The space is bright, and just as the pictures show. There is a desk and center island to work on so as I remote worker, I was happy. It has a nice pool we enjoyed and many beautiful flowers and fruit trees. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and close to the beach and the highways. We have everything we need and Monika answers texts with questions right away. This is on our definitely stay again list.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable 1 bed guest home. Has great hot water:) large bed, tv, a kitchen and bath. It had everything we needed. Even a washer/dryer was accessible. I regret we didn’t get to use the pool due to the chilly weather. The host was kind and informative.

My daughter and I stayed at Monica’s when in town for a Taylor Swift concert and had a great stay. Monica went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, even going out and buying a new fan (higher than usual temps in LA that week). Studio cottage was cute, clean, well stocked, and plenty of space for the two of us. The pool was great too. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Monica‘s sweet studio. The space was perfect for all of our needs. Bright, airy, welcoming, and comfortable! The pool was an added bonus! Monica was a thoughtful and caring host, always willing to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying at Monica‘s, if you were ever in Culver City or LA.

Monika was so accommodating! She greeted me and my two sons on our arrival and showed us around. We had access to the pool and her sun room. Washer and dryer were also provided. My boys took full advantage of the pool and piano. We were four miles from Venice Beach and about 10 minutes from the Santa Monica Pier. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to back! Thank you, Monika!

I stayed here with a friend while visiting my daughter in Culver City. This adorable cottage has everything you need and is very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood has several restaurants available within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again in the future

We had such a lovely stay in this SoCal Cottage! From the get go, our host was so welcoming and helpful. The space was inviting and restful and had everything we needed. The property is such a delight - full of so many flowers and plants; the blooming jasmine, the lavender and the rosemary all smelled amazing! We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Cottage is perfect and cozy — comfy bed, convenient kitchenette, and clean bathroom. Safe neighborhood, walkable to Millcross cafe, Sage (vegetarian restaurant), Moto Ramen, and more! And Monika the host is the sweetest, most hospitable host. My stay couldn’t have been better!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this charming and comfortable cottage! The yard and pool are so tranquil and private. Monika made us feel right at home and was so attentive to every detail. She made sure we were warm and comfortable since it was unseasonably colder weather. She left extra blankets and umbrellas if we needed, checked in by text every morning to see if we needed anything and was an absolute delight. The property has excellent proximity to restaurants, the beach and all the sights you might want to see in the LA area. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

The photographs accurately describe the unit, but can't quite convey the many little touches that grace this cottage; nor can they describe the warm, welcoming woman who owns it and lives in the house in front of it. The location is great - a quiet neighborhood near a highway entrance that gives you easy access to wherever you want to go. This place is a jewel, lovingly cared for and a delight to stay in.

We were overjoyed to stay here. The host was a beautiful woman that was very accommodating. She is also sure to gives you plenty of privacy during your stay. We only saw her if we needed something. (Once during stay). This is the perfect stay if you’re looking for a nice, earthy vibe that has everything you’ll need. Rustic hippie with a few modern touches. Overall pretty vintage, yet clean. Would stay here again. 4/5 for cleanliness due to pool not being clean. However, we stayed in December and was a bit cooler outside. Not ideal pool weather.

A tranquil cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to a variety of restaurants while less than 10 minutes from a vibrant Culver City center. Overall, great location in LA area. Property manager was wonderful. Great communication prior to stay and checked on us often to assure our stay was going well. We would consider this one of our favorite VRBO properties. 15 oh San Diego hotel Bernadino.

Me and my wife had a great time staying at Monica's place. She was very communicative and helpful! The place itself was just what we needed--a bed, small kitchen, the usual stuff--but with a pool and surrounded by a beautiful garden. When I come back to LA, I will probably stay here again if I can!

I left LA a couple of years ago after living there for over a decade. You’ll get a pretty authentic experience staying here and it’s safe to walk around. This little place is tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s convenient to pretty much everything and I was surprised at how little time I spent in traffic compared to what I was used to. The unit is very clean and the pool is too. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly and checked in to make sure everything was ok. 10/10 will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time cycling to the river and beach paths, exploring great local restaurants and music venues, all within a convenient distance from this cozy cottage. Our host welcomed us and walked us through the amenities and features, but gave us space while we were there. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was so nice to know that after spending the day going around the city we could always return to a wonderful pool! We also loved hanging out with the adorable dog Charlie. The house was quiet and private, the kitchen was great, and the AC kept the place cool in the LA heat. We had an amazing time and are super happy to of stayed!

My wife, 18 yr old son, and I were visiting things in the area and stayed here. This detached studio apartment is private, on a nice lot with the main house, and has enough amenities for cooking meals. A fun alternative to a boring hotel room.
