Permit #2023-1588 Standard Occupancy (Sleeps): 8 guests (includes infants or children) Max Occupancy: 8 guests (includes infants or children) Vehicle Maximum Occupancy: 3 vehicles Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 2 dogs MAX 15 lbs each, OR 1 dog MAX 35 lbs (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted.) WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK. Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. The perfect place to get away from it all! The one-story private home features 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The living area is spacious and provides a great place to relax after a day on the beach. (home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach) The kitchen is located off the living and dining area and is fully stocked with ample cookware. The house offers a great floor plan and is decorated tastefully. Each bedroom is spacious and allows for ample space for guests to sleep and relax. The private pool and hot tub area are perfect for families and friends to cool off and catch some sun. The house also entails a garage for vehicles, and there is a washer/dryer located in the garage for guests to use for laundry. This is the perfect island home for families and friends to get together!

House is so close to the beach, we enjoyed waking to see the sunrises every morning and close to a cute little coffee stop named Karma. We also appreciated how spacious the house was and each bedroom had its own bathroom, definitely a plus!

We visited SPI with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson.
The house was amazing! We only had two small issues while there, and maintenance fixed them right away. The house is within a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful SPI sunrise each morning, as well.
The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus for this house. We enjoyed a lot of time outdoors. I've been to SPI in July, and I prefer December! The weather was amazing! There were no long lines at Gravity Park, and this house was close to many places. It was perfect, and it was a great place to be for a family getaway! We can't wait to go back!

Home was clean & set up well, tvs in rooms were great! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, & kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, etc. (my only suggestion would be some sort of cutting board). Location was perfect, walking distance to so many places. Would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our week & the island very much!!!

We loved the size of this house and the close walk to the beach. The game room was a plus and really appreciated the extra fridge in there. The wine fridge, covered parking, one story, pool, and large rooms were fantastic! My only concern was that the backyard needed some maintenance. The palm trees needed and the foliage next to the bedroom windows needed trimming. All in all, we would rent this nice house again, but really would appreciate a bit of maintenance in the backyard. Thanks again.

After reading previous reviews I asked the management company to ensure that the outside light by the pool was in working order for our stay. When we arrived we had to immediately call maintenance to have non-working light bulbs replaced. Then the fiasco with the pool - the reason we booked this property in the first place. Four days into our seven-day stay the pool panel was finally replaced and we could enjoy the pool. The pool light never worked for the duration of our stay. The house itself is comfortable and in a good location. Although the management company was quick to respond, the pool issue was a major letdown and apparently a known problem before we arrived.

It was a great stay clean and spacious house and plenty of towels provided for the bathrooms. The only down thing was the house was not as new as it look on the pictures . But we did injoyed our stay🙌🤓

This house is perfect for a Family Getaway!!!! Landscaped beautifully... the giant Birds of Paradise plants provide privacy without feeling confined! The house was spacious and the pool, although small, was just perfect for our group! The kids LOVED the "game room"!

Property was not as described. There was roaches in the kitchen, mess left from last party who stayed there before us. Pool tiles were broken, and outside lights didn’t work so we were not able to be outdoors at night. Defeats the whole idea of enjoying out relaxing stay by the pool

Great place to stay for family R&R in South Padre Island! The guys enjoyed the pool table and girls enjoyed lounging by the pool. Easy access to the beach and restaurants! Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our time there. Check-in was super easy and we appreciated the text messages from the property manager just checking in to make sure we were ok and having fun! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our return visit was just as enjoyable as the first time we rented. It's a perfect location, well stocked, and has a cute pool and hot tub. The addition of a simple floor mat inside the back door was a great improvement. Maybe a spruce up of the living room could be next?
We'll definitely return and SPI Rentals made check in and out a breeze...an Island breeze!

Plenty of room for 6 people. Single story 3 bedroom house a short walk to the beach and restaurants. SPI were great to work with. The game room was great for the teenagers. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the adults and the kids. The 3 bathrooms were very helpful to get everyone ready to go out quickly.
Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Great location and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Only small downfall is that when compared to other VRBO rentals we have done, this one was limited on the essentials. No oils or seasonings, so we had to by our own. Other rentals had those items that were left over by past renters, which was really nice for cooking, etc.
In the email communication that was sent prior, it states there were no hair dryers. I packed mine, but wanted to note for renters in the future that there are hair dryers in all 3 bathrooms, so you won’t need to pack one!

Excellent location. The place was large enough for 6-8 people with plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Pool table and foosball table with TV in garage as well as two of the bedrooms and living room so good for bad weather days or evening fun. Nice pool and back yard area for evenings. Great neighbor, friendly and the entire street was fairly quiet. Close to a great coffee shop in small shopping are just across the main street at the end of the block. Had chairs and coolers available in the garage which was a nice surprise.
When main TV remotes were not working, a knowledgeable staff member came over immediately and made sure all TVs were working before leaving. Very good service.
General surface clean, but crumbs of food in corners and under sofa, bathroom walls had "stuff" on the wall by the shower in the hall bath. Everyone has different mattress preferences, Beds were soft and pillows hard. Keep in mind and plan accordingly.
We would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at this house last year. So, for our 25th wedding anniversary we went back and took our two adult children and their partners. Again, SPI Rentals and this house were above anything we could have asked for or expected. We called them once because the hot tub wasn't getting hot. Someone was there within a half hour to fix the problem. The house had plenty of room and amenities for 6 people. We bought two beach chairs and left them there for others to use. There already was some there, but not enough. The house is 100 foot walk to the Wanna Wanna Bar, and we spent time there too. I know reviews can be tough, but 129 E Aries is a fantastic house, in the perfect spot on the island.

I have 3 kids who practically lived in the pool when we were there in the home while the adults took full advantage of the game room/garage. With restaurants, gift shops, gravity park, etc. just right down the street. It truly was home away from home, I'd rate it 10/10. We plan on returning back real soon to the same location in the future. :)
