About this apartment rental
Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.
Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.
The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo. There is a one time parking fee of $25.00.

3rd floor in the building I complex. So very close to the beach It was very clean. It does need some upgrades, but for the price I won’t complain This is a natural beach. So if you want the huge waves in the ocean this is not the beach for that. We enjoyed the quiet and it was peaceful For us it was perfect

We had such a great stay at this place. The complex was great, and as described. This unit is in a building that is closest to the water, so only a short walk to the water. There's a nice pier so if you have trouble walking on sand, that's helpful. It was nice and quiet in the complex and in our building. There are 3 pools to choose from, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor (along with a hot tub and sauna). The unit suited our needs well. I cooked some while I was there. Bring your own spices if you plan to cook (I did). There's not even salt and pepper there. But I anticipated this - and was fine with this as it's better than having old spices. There are a good set of pots to cook with. This unit is on the third and top floor, which meant no loud walkers above us. The decor was cute and ocean themed. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond with a water feature, which sounded lovely and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. I gave it 4/5 stars because it's a bit dated. But we didn't mind. Margaret was responsive in her communication - which was great! All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. :).

Lovely beach condo with only steps to the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and very quick! We will be back!

A nice quiet place and good location in HHI. The King bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. Compared to other rooms in the resort, this one was not very updated but had acceptable accommodations for a 3 night stay.
