Luxurious, clean, bright 2 bedroom 2 bath condo situated in the exclusive gated River Strand Golf & Country Club has been furnished to a high standard. Overlooking a large estuary pond teeming with nature, golf course and preserve view makes this condo desirable and comfortable.

The well appointed eat in kitchen with wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances is a pleasure to cook in.
*The dining room table comfortably sits 6. *The living room area is relaxing, warm and inviting, featuring spectacular views and a large flat screen TV and DVD player with cable channel line-up.
*Large primary suite with king bed, large walk in closet (additional smaller closet is locked off for owners closet). Flat screen TV and lovely 3 piece in-suite bathroom.
*Spacious guest bedroom with queen bed and full-size 3 piece bath directly across the hall.
Full sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Just off the living area is a relaxing large screened-in lanai balcony with spectacular golf course and water views. Sit and relax with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the comfortable outdoor furniture.
WiFi is included as well as all utilities.
We have a local Home Watch Service to assist with any issues that may arise during your vacation stay.
The following restrictions apply; no smoking, due to the sensitivity of guests, pets not permitted.
RIVER STRAND COMMUNITY DETAILS
The condo building has exterior stairs and an elevator; private storage locker a few steps from condo unit door. Reserved covered private parking near front entrance exclusively for your use.
River Strand has it all; magnificently landscaped grounds, and something for everyone, including; golf, jogging, biking, and walking paths, multiple tennis and pickle ball courts, card playing clubs, and a library of books to enjoy. Two tropical resort pools and many community satellite pools (one is within walking distance of the condo).
The resort style pool area at the club house is not to be missed! It is beautiful and includes a Jacuzzi, a resistance pool and Tiki Bar as well.
The gorgeous 29,000 square foot Clubhouse boasts a large 24 hour fitness center with scheduled classes and a wide range of equipment to chose from.
A second resort style pool area is also in the community, it has a shallow zero entry access for children and general ease of water access, a jacuzzi and a second fully equipped 24 hour fitness center.
Dining options include a Tiki-bar serving light refreshments and the club house restaurant which offers outstanding food, both formal dining and casual grill room dining is available.
River Strand also features a fabulous, challenging Arthur Hill designed 27 hole professional golf course, 8 lit pickle ball courts, as well as 8 lit Har-Tru tennis courts.
All of these amenities can be yours to enjoy as membership can be transferred for a one time fee of $535.00 +tax.
Please note, this fee will not be included in your quote, however if it is something you want to have, the fee is paid directly to the front office when registering for your membership ID cards and front gate transponder.

Nancy is a great host. The condo was pleasant, clean and well equipped to support activities such as golf and going to the beach. The lanai looks out over a pond and golf course hole, where you can enjoy watching a variety of birds and other wildlife. The transfer membership was well worth it to access several pools, pickle ball, and golf.

Super clean, spacious, charming and very home like. Easy come and go. Owner was very responsive, even when on the other side of the world. Highly recommend. Would use again in a heartbeat. Very nice community, too.

Excellent communication with property owners. Property is exacting as described. We stayed 4 weeks between homes. Fully furnished and stocked just like home. River Strand is beautiful and minutes away froalk Lakewood Ranch has to offer. Approximately 7 miles from UTC.

This was our second stay in this condo. It truly has everything you need to feel at home. No need to bring anything, it's all there. Nanci and Brian are excellent to deal with. Very prompt to answer all questions. Riverstrand is a great community. Lots of nice people and as much or little as you want to do. We look forward to our next stay! Thank you Nanci and Brian!
