Located in Daytona Beach, this charming house for $251 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Just a few steps away, you can watch the sunrise or take an evening stroll on the beach when you stay at this three bedroom/three bath fully furnished house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed , with its own private in-suite bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, and small private porch. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and private porch. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and an addition twin with pullout trundle. The home can accommodate 9 comfortably and 11 with the use of a pull away sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom on the first floor with walk in shower and a second full bath in the upstairs hallway. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove , microwave and dishwasher .The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, including a coffee maker with grinder, toaster and crockpot. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the counter with an additional table on the lanai that seats 6. The screened lanai allows you to spend evenings outdoors to relax or enjoy family time. The large sliding glass doors open along the living room to bring the rest of the indoors, outside. The fenced private backyard is the perfect spot for all, including your furry friends. Outside we also have a 6 person hot tub perfect for evening relaxing. There are two adult bikes and three youth bikes available as well as a variety of beach chairs, coolers, toys, and games. We also furnish a variety of boogie board sizes for the water lovers! A handy beach cart and umbrella make your hours on the beach easy and take the sun off of those wanting some shade. High speed internet access and cable is provided. High end linens, towels and beach towels are provided. We have a full size washer & dryer, two adult bikes, three children bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and an outdoor shower. The beach access by the house hosts a life guard tower and clean, operational bathrooms and shower. You are literally 150 steps from sand under your feet and memories flooding your family! Shops and restaurants are located both within walking distance, bike ride, or a short drive. Attractions are within easy driving distance. Close to Daytona Beach International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine land, Flagler Beach and numerous activities. Historic St. Augustine is just 45 minutes away. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes away. It's approximately 75 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. And, it's only 90 minutes to Disney World! During the Covid-19 outbreak we did add security cameras to the exterior of the home because it was sitting vacant for months when we couldn’t rent. The cameras are intended for when the home is empty and not to watch guests. They are purposely pointed at the doorways and walkways into the home. Please know this is not to invade anyone’s privacy but was solely put in place to protect our home from looters or transients trying to gain access.

This was our annual mother daughter surf trip. This was our 4th time in Ormond by the Sea. The house was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was perfect. House was equipped with all basic needs and then some! Loved all the beach equipment. Communication was excellent. Kimberly went out of her way to make us feel welcome and give restaurant suggestions.

Our family needed a place to stay for a family wedding, and we wanted a place that allowed us convenient access to the beach for a family vacation. This property provided us a safe place that accommodated our family needs as well as a great location for fun time at the beach (less than a block’s walk to the beach!). We also had convenient access to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

A perfect house for 2 families to stay in while preparing to move our daughters into Embry Riddle University for their sophomore year! The house was clean and roomy for our families. We used the garage to sort all of the girls things prior to move in day. Distance from the beach was fabulous! As a bonus we were able to see 2 rocket launches from the beach! Host was so easy to get in touch with and accommodated any request we had. Absolutely a favorite on my list to stay at again!

Perfectly located across from the beach. Your family will want for nothing! This is the most equipped VRBO home ever! It truly has everything you could need or want. If you forgot anything, not to worry, she's got it there:) It was perfect and VERY clean! You feel like you are home, but at the beach! Kimberly was the most responsive and attentive host and makes you feel like family. This home made our Ormond Beach family vacation extra special, thank you! We can't wait to return!

We loved the location to the beach, the house size, the neighborhood, the distance to the stores, the amenities, all of it! The house itself is beautiful we came here for a duel purpose, a 16th birthday and a family vacation and we had an amazing time! The owner was quick to return my call when I had a question. The beach is so close too! The town is nice and quiet but close enpugh to Daytona that we could go there for the teens to shop!

This is the PERFECT place to stay as a family! Ormond by the Sea is such a quiet, family-friendly beach and the house is close enough to make a trip back to the house if needed. This is the second time my family has stayed here and it feels like our home away from home! The house is clean and well maintained, kitchen is fully stocked to make homemade meals, and the beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids loved playing the games provided, especially Ormond-opoly! We loved having a fenced in yard and the ability to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. The owner is very friendly and truly cares about the house and it’s guests. We love this place and are looking forward to making more memories here next summer!

Perfect location only a block away from the beach. House and hot tub were clean. Kimberly was very responsive to my messages. We had a broken beach chair and she offered to come replace it right away, very accommodating. Our kids loved the bikes and the beach wagon and the tote came in handy. Our pugs were excited they could go on vacation with us, made it feel like a home away from home.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, spotless and had a great beach appeal. Literally steps away from the ocean and centrally located to restaurants as well as favorite Florida attractions. The outdoor lanai and hot tub was a family favorite. We made many memories and hope to come back again.

We booked this house because it looked big enough to fit several of my family members who were gathering in Ormond for my aunt's wedding. The house was about 1 minute from my aunt's, so the location was perfect. The house itself was comfortable and had a really nice layout that suited hanging out with family. The kitchen was big and well stocked, with a nice coffee maker. The couches were really nice and comfy. The beds were really comfy as well. The thing I would improve upon would be making sure convenience items were stocked. We got in really late after stores had closed, and there was no body wash or shampoo in the showers to wash with when we checked in. There was only hand soap for the sinks. Similarly, there was one unmade bed in the room with a bunk bed, and then one trundle bed, but there was only one extra set of sheets/blanket. We only needed the one extra bed so it worked, but if we had needed the other set it would have been difficult without the sheets/blanket for it. Overall, though, the trip was enjoyable and the house was very comfortable and convenient. I would likely stay here again.

Wonderful Home! Loved the fact that it is so close to the Beach. With Little ones when they were done, easy walk to get back and let the rest stay at the beach! Beds were a little firm for our liking but Dooable! The grandkids loved the bunk beds, for the first time in a long time they slept all night in their beds! Lizards are everywhere, lol! Caught one in the bathroom and set it free, kids tried catching them on the patio screen! Only thing missing was a Pool. The Hot Tub was nice, Sorry if the little ones left a little extra sand in there! The Area is close enought to the Larger Cities to do all the Sight Seeing you want! We Will be Back!
