Great house in perfect location—we were so thrilled with how close house was to the beach. 3 minute bike ride or just a 10 minute walk.

This house was perfect for me and my husband, my sons and future daughter-in-law. It was so clean it sparkled. The master bath shower was a treat! Of course, the pool was a huge focal point -- couldn't get enough of it! Netflix for the rainy days was appreciated! Wifi was seamless. Quiet street, and the bikes were a plus. Beach was just a short bike ride away. Owner was very responsive, even during one instance in the middle of the night when the power went out (some kind of fluke, I'm sure!) Just a very quaint property. We would most definitely stay here again!

It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved the area. What made it all the better was being able to stay in this amazing home. The amount of space was just as advertised with plenty of room for myself, my wife, and our four teenage kids. We loved the Sea Pines community and all it had to offer (bike trails, nature reserve, etc.), and the pool at the house was the icing on the cake! Bonnie thought of everything that we might need and was so helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. I would definitely recommend this listing and stay here again! Five stars!!

Great visit with my 3 kids. The house has 3 excellent bedrooms . Hosts are very easy to deal with. Looking forward to my next trip to HH and hope this house is available.

The property is in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Hilton Head. Very nice. The house was comfortable. The backyard is very shaded and the leaf litter was overwhelming. The pool was always full of debris. The back deck has mold on the wood and the furniture. The house inside had a nice layout. Kithen was decent but had no undercounter lighting. The dryer vents into the garage and there is lint everywhere. Bikes were nice as there is walking and riding trails everwhere. The home needs a professional cleaning inside and out. All in all a decent place but would not stay there again.

My family rented here last year and it was wonderful once again. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5-10 minute walk to the beach, this 3 BR/2 BA open concept house is perfect for families. Updates are great and the pool is nice a big. The owner is wonderful and extremely attentive. Hope to be back again next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is so clean and roomy, and convenient to beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the provided bikes and exploring Sea Pines. Communication was excellent!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The house and pool were both very nice and exactly as advertised in the description. The house was perfect for our family. The homeowner was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had. The 5 bikes in the garage were awesome and the beach is a short 5 minute bike ride away. Lots of pool and beach towels were available for use at the house which was very helpful.

Perfect location to the beach! Loved riding bikes around Sea Pines! Nearby to stores and shopping while not being right in the middle of it. House was perfect! Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen area. Beautiful beach vibe with the decor. Kids loved afternoon in the pool after morning at the beach! Trees even shaded part of the pool. Appreciated the beach towels that were available for use and extra ice maker to fill up the cooler. Landscaping was also very nice! Owners were great to work with!

We just completed a wonderful week here. We have three small kids and the house was perfect- lots of pool toys, bikes, etc. Everything was super clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. The owners were very attentive and proactively made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. We loved it here!

We rented this house for 4 adults and 2 children and the space was perfect. The pool in the backyard offered plenty of sun and shade. Bonnie provided so many pool floats and towels! It is a 10 minute walk to the beach which isn't crowded at all. Also, a 6 minute drive to South Beach to grab ice cream and a cocktail with a great view. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

I highly recommend this beautiful, clean and comfortable home. It worked out perfectly for us. It is in a great location in a peaceful neighborhood. We are 2 couples and there were separate sleeping areas, each with a full bath, on opposite sides of the home. In between was the living, kitchen, dining and laundry areas with all the ammenities we needed. Great layout and could easily accomodate 3 couples or a family with grandparents in the three well appointed bedrooms. We prepared meals several times all working together in the ample kitchen. It was nice to have the laundry area to do a load mid-trip. We abolutely loved the heated pool which was conveniently accessed via the living room or master suite. You will find lots shade under the canopy of some gorgeous trees and a poolside grill. Lovely. There were plenty of pool towels along with an additional set of beach towels. The provided four bikes, all with the same number combination locks, were so convenient to ride the nearby beautiful bike trails and miles of shoreline. We enjoyed biking to Salty Dog for breakfast along the ocean shoreline with dolphins on a parallel path in the water beside us. There were also beach chairs and coolers if needed. Our hosts could be easily reached but honestly everything was thoroughly presented and even more than we expected, so just an excited hello and grateful goodbye were exchanged. We couldn't have been happier and are so grateful to have had such a suitable and beautiful home for our vacation. It was a perfect getaway for us Michiganders that left behind an April 19 snowfall-Yes! Many thanks to our hosts for sharing!! We have such great memories to enjoy. Highlights: Our favorite restaurant was Chez Georges for Sunday brunch. We also enjoyed the 2 hour Creek Cat tour-so fun. We had a great breakfast at Harbourtown Bakery and Cafe before we boarded the ferry to Savannah. The Chicken and Waffles at Salty Dog are so delicious and easily shared when combined with the vanilla greek yogurt with fresh fuit and granola. Cocktails on the rooftop at the Sea Pines Beach Club was a nice way to close our week. Live music with a beautiful view.

Everything was great. Definitely recommend this property when visiting Hilton Head!

This house was perfect for our young family of 4. Has a great layout with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The finishes were nice too. The highlight is the private backyard with the pool. It was cool most days but the water was nice and warm. The added bonus was that there is beach gear in the garage and bikes including one that was the perfect size for our 4 year old. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful and it’s a short walk or ride to the beach. Last but certainly not least is that Bonnie, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She was so attentive and worked really hard to make sure that our stay was perfect. Thank you, Bonnie! We hope to be back!

Both bathrooms are nicely finished including a walk-in shower and closet in the owner's suite. The open family room provides plenty of space to spread out and relax. Most importantly, Bonnie was great to work with before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again at this location.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 young children (ages 3yrs, 5yrs, and 8yrs) and had a wonderful week. First of all, the backyard pool is very picturesque with tall magnolia and live oak trees. The trees provide shade throughout the day without completely blocking out the sun or making the pool feel cold, so it was a great option when we wanted a break from the beach sun. Secondly, the beach is a short, pleasant bike ride away. The streets around the house are slow with little traffic, so we felt comfortable having even our 3 year old ride her bike with us to the beach. The house is on a dead end street connected to another low-traffic street, so the kids could also ride their bikes up and down the street safely for another non-beach activity. The host was very helpful and responsive and left the house in immaculate condition for our arrival. Everything was very clean and the house was well-equipped with pool rafts, beach equipment, rental bikes, and a spare propane tank for the grill. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and every bedroom had a TV/Roku/Cable Box. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication was good. We had no issues. Great having everything from all kinds of towels, bikes, a grill, chairs, pool floatation items, and plenty of items for cooking at the house. Quiet neighborhood with quick bike ride or walk to the beach.

My family and I had such a wonderful time in Bonnie's home! She contacted us on our first night in the property to make sure everything was to our liking and was responsive to our questions for the remainder of the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and bicycles. The property was both clean and well-maintained. This is truly a vacationing gem in the Sea Pines community.

We spent a week here with my father in-law. The property was perfect for us. A king-sized bed in the master for me and my wife. A king-sized bed for my father in law in the guest room, and two double beds all for my 3 year old. I see this layout as ideal for a family with 1 or 2 kids and one set of grandparents. The house is gorgeous and well designed and styled. The kitchen is well appointed (we cooked, a lot). The location is also perfect as a biking launch point. The 5-star rating for this property is well-deserved.
