Enjoyed a great week in Panama City Beach. The condo was incredible, very homey very clean and the balcony and the views are worth everything. Close to Pier Park and was able to walk to the pier itself from the back of the property on the beach. Just a great stay. I will return with this owner.

Very spacious and clean condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PCB. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and local sights. The staff at Calypso were always friendly and helpful. The garage was staffed 24 hours which was unexpected. We will definitely consider visiting again in the future. Our sincere thanks to the everyone we came in contact with at the Calypso.

It was nice... Furnishings were a little dated and the place could use some freshing up... The views were fantastic as well as the location too every thing, like shopping and groceries...

This condo was very clean and had comfy beds. The view was beautiful. We could see dolphins swimming from our balcony. I loved having the balcony door off of our bedroom and waking up to the sound of the waves. Although we were on the 15th floor it only took a minute to get to the beach. We never had to wait for an elevator. The beach was clean and it was really nice having the 2 sets of reserved chairs and 2 umbrellas included. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

We loved this condo! It was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking meals in the condo. We enjoyed having the two sets of chairs. The beach service attendants were helpful and courteous! Will definitely rent here again and can’t wait for our next visit!

We stayed in Panama City Beach September 9-16. The room was located next to pier park which was nice and also came with beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The room was as expected with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. The sink in the hallway bath did run continuously but nothing major. Would book this room again.

Very, very dusty. The response to my complaint was wiping off a dresser and vacuuming vents is deep cleaning. Kitchen counters and refrigerator shelves had dried food, refrigerator water and ice dispenser was moldy (we cleaned it), hall bathroom tub wouldn’t drain to the point not able to use, hair dryer did not work, mold in master bath shower. At first, I received emailed replies, but when I emailed that the clothes dryer didn’t work on the first full day of stay, I never received another reply…nothing. Thankfully the dryer worked when I tried it again, but never heard back. Even after they said they’d send maintenance to look at the leaky bathroom sink. The kitchen was stocked with good stainless pots but there were no nonstick pans and the blender didn’t work well. They had 2 dish washer pods but no starter dish soap. No extra blankets for beds.
On a positive note, the beds we’re comfortable and it’s a great location. They also had enough towels and wash cloths …but I did say there’s be 5 staying and we ended up with only 3.

Spacious apartment with comfy furniture. Very nice and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Comfy beds (pillows not so much). All you need for cooking. Cons: Washer, dryer, dishwasher are pretty outdated but still work; lots of random stuff in the laundry room closet; very dirty floors upon entry (dirt and sand); clogged up sinks in both bathrooms

We had a great week at your condo…. There was some cleaning opportunities, but nothing that was going to ruin our vacation… just would recommend a deep clean as there is some built up dust/sand on/under some of the stuff. I can only imagine how difficult it I to clean, we swept several times during the week just because we kept dragging sand in on our sandals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, washer and dryer worked (dryer did take a bit longer to dry but did dry with a longer cycle. Furniture in living room wasn’t the most comfortable, but we wasn’t there to sit… it served it’s purpose. We was on the go 98% of the time. Great location to the pier, beach, restaurants, and shopping! Overall a GREAT Week with our family was had! I forgot to add quick response from the rental agency when I asked questions…. I would recommend…..we would rent again.

Our air conditioner was not working for 2 1/2 days. Mold on shower curtain, 2 washclothes in a 3 bedroom condo, master shower leaked all over floor, sand in beds, dirty floor, fingernails on nightstand in bedroom, spaghetti and dirt in kitchen cabinet and the remote control was duct taped in living room. Marks and scuffs almost in every room on walls and baseboards.

Room had a fantastic view and we enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrellas! Beds were comfy. However, seemed as though the master bedroom and bathroom floors were never cleaned. Our feet stayed black constantly. I emailed and left messages for the non emergency manager and never heard back. Fridge didn’t stay cool. Washing machine knob was broken, paint peeling off the cabinets, and having only a 40 gallon water heater was awful considering we had 6 adults. We had enough hot water for 2 adults at a time. Loved the tiki bar and pool was nice. I would have left a better review if someone from management had called me back about the horrific floors and properly mopped them. I sent pictures of how disgusting the floor was but didn’t seem to care 😢😢 location was amazing and check in was so easy!

Beds are super comfy, so are the rocking chairs. Convenient location right next to the elevators so don’t have to go too far. Beautiful view! Would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks

We had a great time it is a very nice condo. There were a few things wrong. The ice machine didn’t work. The hall toilet rocked when you sat on it. The day we left it started to continuously run. The light in the pantry closet had a short in it. The buttons on the microwave did not work. The electric socket in the master bath by the door did not work. The knob on the washing machine was broke also.
I hope this feed back will make another guest visit a five star stay. Thank you.

Just as advertised. Ceiling fan in master bedroom was dirty but they can’t me the next morning and cleaned it. AC was not working but was fixed promptly upon my report.

Great property, second time there. Unit had not been cleaned or maintained properly. From loose mounted toilet, furniture hardware to tighten, towel racks nearly falling off walls, stained tiles and grout in both showers, filthy fan blades and air vents, worn out furniture, these and other small things could have elevated our stay for better ratings. Glad I brought a multi-tool. Booked with someone else for next year.

Room was dirty. Laundry room smelled like a dead animal for almost 5 days finally went away a little bit. Ceiling fans was covered in dust master dresser drawers was all off track all air vents had dirt And dust covering them. Both showers had wat looked like mold to us. The master shower door had mold at the bottom. I emailed and called the rental agency several times about these issues. They NEVER responded. I even sent them pictures of our issues. The entire unit just had a dirty feel to eat. No remote for TV in the living room. The living room furniture is obviously very old. My family and I have been staying at the Calypso faithfully once a year for the last 16 years. This was the absolute worse condo/hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Worst part is EMERALD COAST DESTINATIONS IGNORED my emails Amd calls.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. Having 4 beach chairs was great. Parking was really easy and convenient. Elevators were really fast. Thanks for a great get away!

Love the Calypso and have been staying there for 20 years. Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed. The room was not clean though. I suggest getting another cleaning group. Musty smell and needs updated and showers redone. Other than that we enjoyed it just as we have for years.

My friend and I work in healthcare and were needing a break, so we booked this condo in PCB. Other than an odd smell (almost like the ppl before had cooked shrimp daily) that was fixed by us going and snagging some air fresheners, everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, and the weather couldn’t have been better!

Condo was very comfortable and utensils and kitchen ware was more than adequate. The coffee pot, if using the coffee pods doesn’t work very well. I wasn’t thrilled with the master shower, just needs upgrading. Great balcony with plenty of chairs!

We come to the Calypso every year and stay in a different condo (depending on how many family members join us) each time. The management company responded to me every time I notified them. We had a couple housekeeping issues that were resolved within a couple hours. However, we had a maintenance issue with a constantly running (nonstop) toilet. Even with emails and a phone call to the company, no one came to resolve that issue. It didn’t bother us….but I’m glad I don't have to pay that water bill.😁. Over all we had a great time and will still return to the Calypso!

Vents hadn’t been cleaned in awhile- furry! The filter was changed while we were here, but they didn’t take time to clean them

The photos are representative of the condo and the view of the beach is amazing! However, there were some unpleasant surprises--like toenails on the balcony, and grout missing from tile in the master shower, which has allowed mold to grow. There was huge amount of dust built-up on the air intake (which is at eye-level, and very hard to miss), and large dust bunnies in the master walk-in closet. There was even a t-shirt left in the master closet from the previous renters! The condo floor was sandy even before we had been to the beach. The veneer was peeling and ripped off of the cabinet doors in the master bathroom, and on the kitchen drawer. Unlike the TV in the living area, the master TV only allows you to watch NatGeo, unless you want to watch though your personal streaming service. The master bedroom's comforter was ripped, and the decorative throw pillows were badly stained and the seams are torn. The master bed's mattress, a king size, is too small for the bed frame, and there is this awkward toe-banging ledge. It isn't something you can use as a convenient step-up to help get on the bed. Rather, it's just an awkward rail that sticks out 3 inches from the mattress that you whack your shin or your toe on. In the living area, a seam is coming unraveled on an arm of the recliner. The cookware and plates needed to be washed before using. It would have been nice if Calypso would have had a community grill to use as well. While we were disappointed with the condo, we still had a good time.

It was our first my first time doing VRBO. It was a great experience. The dryer didn’t work quiet as well. Had to dry clothes multiple times to get dried. AC had to be shut down for a day and a half. Thank god it wasn’t on a hot day they shut it down but changed condos previously due to construction and then still had this to deal with. It was unfortunate but it was still a good vacation!!
