About this cottage rental

Located in Jacksonville Beach, this charming cottage for $100 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Private guest cottage 7 blocks from the ocean. Start with your own fenced and gated yard, then step inside and you'll agree with our guests that this is a special place. One bedroom with queen bed. Full size sofa bed in living room. 40" flat panel TV, Cable and WiFi. Efficiency kitchen with cook top, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Bathroom features - walk in shower, bench. A note about precautions we are taking to help protect our guests during this time - we let the cottage sit a minimum of 72 hours before we enter after a guest leaves. We then use an ozone generator for 12 hours. After that we clean with proper personal protective equipment - gloves and mask. Then we disinfect all touch surfaces with an EPA approved list N disinfectant which the EPA and CDC have approved to kill SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid 19. We take the health and safety of our guests and our cleaning crew very seriously. The cottage has its own private yard and no shared entry ways or stairways.

We arrived very early (2:00am) and the hosts greeted us. They even provided homemade cookies, banana bread and a pitcher of apple juice because they thought we might be hungry after our long travel day. It was a great space and close to where we needed to be and the beach. We had a great time.

My husband, son and I drove in from Michigan for Thanksgiving we arrived early and Larry was able to let us check in right away. Millie was so thoughtful to make us some banana bread and have some cider ready for us when we arrived. The place was so cute, Very clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay! perfect size for just the 3 of us.. The area was nice and very close to the beach.. They were very accommodating and even gave us a late check out because they knew we had a long drive ahead of us. I would most definitely recommend this place! We already plan on coming back 😊

This was the best place for my husband and I after surgery at Mayo. The place is so clean! The owners Larry and his wife Millie were just awesome above and beyond what we would have expected! So quiet and relaxing. It’s so close to beach and they had chairs and about anything else you need! We will be back in November and hopefully more in the future!!!

This place has everything you need and more. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is centrally located to all your wants and needs. The beach is a couple minutes away and is located near some awesome restaurants with music. We definitely want to reserve this getaway bungalow again!!

We were in town for a reunion and wanted to stay at the beach. What a perfect little gem, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the beach and nearby eateries. We were met by Larry and Millie to point out some of the features of the cottage. Larry was so easy to communicate with prior to arrival. We didn’t eat there but it was set up for meal prep if you needed to. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our time. Everything was as expected. We attended a wedding and this was a perfect location. Celebrating our anniversary also. Took a short trip via Mayport Ferry to Fernandina Beach. We will stay here again for sure.

Well-furnished private accommodations that met all our needs as a base for daily explorations of the JAX Beach area, from Amelia Island to St. Augustine. Our host, Larry, was very friendly.
