Nestled in Cruz Bay, this attractive condo for $725 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 'Southern Serenity' is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath resort condo located on the waterfront with spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters, Cruz Bay, the mountains of St. John and ten surrounding islands. The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk on the beach away from your location. In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants, as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches. Furnished with two king beds, two twin beds and a pull out sofa, it's ideal for a family or a few couples. The twin beds may also be converted to a King bed. If St. John is your wedding destination, Southern Serenity is perfect for your bridal party or wedding guests. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, and many other kithen gadgets. The balcony provides an outdoor granite bar and stools for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The unit is air conditioned and each room has a ceiling fan. The living room has a plasma TV and a stereo system that plays CDs or your Ipod. WIFI and telephone service within the United States are included. The resort provides twenty-four hour security and a reserved parking space in the garage. The heated pool and hot tub on the deck overlook the aqua blue waters of Cruz Bay. Lounge chairs are provided for relaxing and sun bathing. The on premise fitness center includes treadmills, a pilates machine, weights and a great view of the water. Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. Host were very accommodative and responsive. Looks like we are allowed only one car parking but they let us park in other vacant spots when it become available. There were no locks in any of the the restrooms but when complained they immediately changed it. Overall, we had a great time and made many memories, thanks to the host Rachelle

Location absolutely perfect for walking to all the restaurants, shops and water sports but also quiet and safe accommodations. Full view of Cruz Bay and the resort pool. Had everything our family of five needed and more! My 18 year old son loved the fitness center and the pool and hot tub were a great treat for post beach hopping. They even had little shampoo and soaps in their beautiful bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the sheets and comforters so cozy. They have beach towels, chairs, noodles and coolers so no need to pack those. AIr condition was on point after a sweaty, hot day at the beach. Our kids ages 18, 15 and 10 said it was a 10 out of 10 vacay. They can't wait to return!

We had a great view of Cruz Bay. We enjoyed watching all the different boats come and go each morning. Short walks to the restaurants and shops . 4-10 minutes. uAll our boat trips left from Cruz Bay as well. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The balcony had a shaded side and sunny side . We will be back !!!

Our family of five stayed for a week. Location was great - walking distance from everything Cruz bay offered. The unit fit our needs to a tee. Clean and great beds, well stocked kitchen. Property staff was outstanding can express how helpful everyone was during our stay. Rented a jeep from Mr Pipers and was very pleased with the process. We made memories that were priceless. I would highly recommend the unit, a real pleasure to stay there. Thank you the Blair’s for sharing.

This property is absolutely wonderful. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get. Clean, spacious, modern, and with a stunning view of Cruz Bay. An easy 2-3 minute walk to the vibrant 'downtown' restaurant and bar area. Comes with a parking space for the jeep you'll want to rent to explore this most amazing island.

Wonderful condominium property located a short walk from the ferry in Cruz Bay St John's. Spacious well appointed and a short walk to most restaurants and parking if you want to rent a Jeep. I loved it.

We stayed in both Southern Serenity (6 of us) and Southern Serenity III (3 of us after 3 left) and both stays were pretty much perfect. Should you want a seamless process, with countless amenities, and courteous and thorough communication from both your hosts and the management company, then we can't recommend The Blairs and Adrienne and Rachelle at St. John Villa Company highly enough!

We stayed in this location for a family trip! Cannot say enough good things about this place, the location is breathtaking! Not to mention being right in Cruz Bay so you can walk to everything as well. The place had everything we needed plus some! Highly recommend staying here!

The overall experience was great. The host was flexible, accommodating, and responsive. The house was great and spacious with many levels. The best part was the views. There is some honking and traffic noise during the day but nothing that would deter us from coming back. Overall this is a great property!

Location accommodated our group perfectly. To be able to walk from Cruz Bay was great. No worries about driving after a drink. No hassle if some wanted to end the night earlier than others. While parking garage is a bit tight due to support beams, having a reserved spot was great. Rochelle was very responsive and helpful. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. Had the most beautiful rainbows most mornings. The balcony is narrow, but was still a nice place to start and end the day. Everyone loved the shower with the rainfall heads and plenty of hot water. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Unit was clean and generally in good condition. The doors were in rough condition but other than the door from the master to the balcony functioned fine. Could not get the door from master to balcony closed. We still felt safe and it did not detract from our stay. The small bathroom had some repair needs. Appreciated having all the beach gear provided. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of information provided prior to our trip and check in was simple. Our stay was great and the view from the balcony even better. The 3 bedroom unit had everything we needed. It was nice to be close to Cruz Bay so we could walk to restaurants and shops.

This place was great for our family. Walking distance to Cruz Bay. The condo has all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. There is even a supply of beach chairs and other beach gear that guests can use for the days at the ocean. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was amazing. Clean, beautiful view, nice interior to unit. Loved the accessibility to everything in town. Perfect location for an active group. No one could tell us how to use the tv in the living room however. Not property mgt, not front desk. So we never got it to work. Appears remote missing. Good news is, we were so busy being active we didn’t miss it too much.

Had the most amazing stay! This place had fantastic views and just a walk away from Cruz Bay. The condo it’s self was beautifully decorated and set up for our group of six. It had coolers and towels for us to take on hiking & snorkeling adventures to the local beaches. We ate & drank at many of the local spots in Cruz Bay, picked up drinks and snacks at Baby’s mini mart right around the corner and enjoyed the patio. The condo is also setup perfect if you wanted to stay in a cook. 10/10 recommend! Hoping to come back soon!

I'm not sure you can have a bad stay in STJ, but this place made it even better. A great option if you are staying in town. Very easy access to everything. Great walkability around town. Really helpful to have in town parking. The place itself was fantastically equipped - great beds, showers, towels, starter supplies, etc. Having the cage/locker in the garage full of beach supplies was great. Washer and dryer make it easy to pack light for this casual island. Easy walk to restaurants and bars, but plenty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly what we were looking for! Location was great as we could walk to the downtown area very easily. Check in was very fast and the receptionist was helpful and able to answer all questions we had. Our property manager checked in on us so that was nice. The property and pool was was well kept up with. The view and sunsets from the balcony was terrific. The unit provided us with coolers, beach chairs and other items to help make the experience one of a kind. I suppose my only compliant was we had a hard time figuring out the Roku TV remote in the living room. I highly recommend this property and the Grande bay Resort.
