About this house rental
Located in Garden City, this attractive house for $123 per night is a great option for your next trip. The chef's kitchen has all you need to prepare your meal for you and your family. You can even do some baking as mixer and baking pans are provided. Dinning table can sit 6 to 10 people comfortably. Complimentary coffee and tea provided. All 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed with high end linen. The beautiful bathroom with a shower head on each wall will give you a clean feel at the end of day. New washer and dryer for your convenience. There is large covered deck with BBQ, table and chairs for you to enjoy the quiet evenings. Ping pong table is there you your use. This house is located within 10-15 minutes drive to most of the attractions Boise has to offer. We don't have chickens but next door neighbor has few.

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. The house was very clean & contained everything you may have forgotten to bring from home except a toothbrush. I especially loved the heated bathroom floor. All 3 bedrooms were approx the same size and 2 of them had TV's. The house is located on a very quiet street just off of one of the major thoroughfares in Boise. The backyard is huge and there were 2 bbq's there. We didn't have a chance to use them but definitely would in the summertime. The owners are very friendly, accomading, and super fast to respond if you have any questions or concerns. We would love to stay here again in the future. (Thank you for the delicious jam & again I'm really sorry we forgot to put the trash out.)

We loved staying in this home! Good lighting and seating in the living room, dining room and patio. Wonderful amenities and thoughtful touches. We all liked the garden and location very much. Agree with other enthusiastic reviews. Would definitely return. The host was quick to respond to messages. Very helpful. Good pricing. There is a Great used bookstore just down the street! “Bent Pages”. Next to Albertson’s, across from Walgreens.

This home is reasonably priced and works better than a hotel. The back yard is gigantic and has a very substantial garden. Because of this, the homeowners are out in the yard EVERY DAY. They scared me a couple of times until I got used to them lurking around the place. Beyond that, there was an exorbitant amount of personal stuff in every cabinet and drawer and way more furniture in the place than necessary.
I did score a big bag of tomatoes and peppers and my visiting friend got gobs of fruit.
All in all, it was a good stay. The place is quite dark inside with heavy curtains and dim lighting but that was okay. It was decently priced and that was my main concern.

We came to Idaho for a baseball tournament for my son. Very last minute change of plans on our part decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel. The house looked like the pictures, huge backyard and covered porch. The house had everything we needed. Once we made the reservation, the message from the homeowner said the yard guy would be there at some point and that they (the home owners) would be there to tend to the garden and sprinklers ( which were on a timer ) one of the days. To our surprise and inconvenience, 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, the homeowners were there when we came back for the day. The 2nd time they were there was 9:45 pm!! The 3rd day the yard guy was there. We found it to be a tad much & would’ve had more privacy staying at the hotel. The homeowners were very nice and gave us berries and cucumbers from the garden but would have appreciated for them to hold off & let us enjoy our time privately.

This property gets a full 5 star rating. The house was spotless and comfortable. It had everything needed and then some. Just bring food and beverages because everything else you can think of is there. But the yard! Holy cow. I knew it was big from the listing, but it is huge and beautiful! The patio is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. It is completely fenced so my dog had run of the whole place. He thought we moved to a park. My only concern was the neighbors chickens are easily accessible. My dog left them alone, but be careful if you have a dog that won't. The host, Maria was exceptional. I can't wait to find a reason to visit again.

The yard on this property is massive for an in-town location. The garden has so many varieties of fruits & vegetables as well as many amazing fruit trees!
We enjoyed staying at this location with our family (our daughters are 3 years old & 19 months)! We even walked to Jullion Park where the girls enjoyed the playground! It was a wonderful home away from home for our time in Boise!

This was our second time at this property. HUGE yard for my grandkids to run and play. Roomy and clean interior. Great neighborhood close to everything. Only negative is only one full bath (shower only-no tub). Will definitely stay here again.

Its just so cozy. Beds were perfect, plenty of blankets and pillows, comfy livingroom, loved the kitchen, and most of all the backyard. Its huge! We spent a lot of time in the back.

Not so great when the only person who knows goes in to potty after a long travel day leaving the others locked out 🤣 but that was a lack of communication on my end and NO FAULT to the owners.
If we ever need to book a place to stay in boise again rather than staying for family this will be our #1 choice!

This place was really nice. This is the first time I have stayed at a house instead of going to a hotel while in Boise. I would definitely rent this place again. It was very close to my family and very easier to get to and around things to do

We rented this home 25-27 November to celebrate Thanksgiving with our dislocated family. Home was spacious, comfortable and VERY well equipped to support a family feast. We were allowed to bring our 2 four legged family members as well and there is a HUGE backyard for them to explore and exercise. The home is located near Albertsons so if you need something it's only a couple blocks away. The home is also close to the Boise Village which we visited and had dinner the last night in town. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling to the Boise area in the future!

We had everything we could need. The property was immaculate inside and out. Our kiddos (8,6,4) had a blast running in the yard, climbing trees and pick flowers and raspberries. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We loved trying local restaurants and visiting fantastic parks. The nearby river has an amazing bike path the goes for miles. You cannot do better than this spot

The street name was spelled incorrectly which messed up with google maps. Also, it states that it is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house, when in fact it is a 1 bath with a 1/2 bath. Only 1 shower. Nice house though and gorgeous yard!!

Lovely home with many “extras”. Home was very clean and cozy. Backyard is amazing. I loved the extra touches with fresh flowers on the table. This home was perfect for us for while we were in Boise for our sons graduation from NW Linemen College.
