We had a wonderful stay at 517 Plantation Club Villas. Where do I begin.. Maggie (property owner ) was wonderful. She answered all my questions, gave us recommendations on restaurants and events happening at Sea Pines and she had the villa equipped with everything and anything that you could possibly ask for. The villa was extremely clean and had been recently renovated with all new furnishings and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Thank you Maggie for sharing your villa with us.
The Plantation Club Villas location was perfect for us. Atlantic Dunes/ Heron Point Golf courses just down the bike path about ¼ mile.The Sea Pines Beach Club is less than a mile in one direction and Harbour Town just about a mile in the other direction. The view from the balcony was outstanding. There are 14 miles of bike paths to enjoy as well as a beautiful beach.
If you are looking for a wonderful villa in a wonderful location in Sea Pines, this villa is for you. You will not be disappointed.

The property owner (Maggie) was so accommodating and very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions and gave very good instructions. The villa was very clean and the kitchen well stocked (except for pantry staples, but they did have salt and pepper) Kitchen equipment and utensils were well stocked. The towels and sheets were not great and that would be our biggest complaint. They were super thin. The place was nicely decorated and the beds comfortable so it would be like staying at a Marriott with Hotel 6 towels and sheets. Everything else was great. (They also didn't have shampoo or conditioner which we have had at every other VRBO, so bring your own) Close walk to The Beach Club and bike rentals which was awesome. Overall, it was a great place especially at Thanksgiving when we didn't need to walk to the beach.

This is a clean, quiet and bright unit. The beds are super comfortable, and the furnishings are fresh. The location is perfect for enjoying quick bike rides to all SeaPines has to offer.

Maggie was very prompt and thorough with answering my questions. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We could easily bike to the beach and Harbor Town. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to going back!

Sea pines vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property owner had lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The condo was very clean and newly renovated and furnished. Would absolutely stay here again and plan to for our next visit

Everything you could possibly need was provided. I have a white cat at home that sheds terribly and was upset I hadn’t thought to bring a lint brush when I pulled out my black shorts. No problem…there was one provided! All the light switches were labeled which was a huge help. Kitchen cabinets were also labeled. As someone with arthritis in their knees, I appreciated the higher toilets. Location was close to everything and the pool was right out front. I cannot say enough great things about this villa and Maggie. We can’t wait to return to HHI and stay in this amazing villa!

Great Central Location in Sea Pines
We had a great experience renting this property. Very centrally located in Sea Pines. Check in procedures and expectations were clearly laid out. We experienced a broken coffee machine upon arrival which was immediately replaced by the owner the same day. Appreciate the responsive communication.

Relaxing in HH
Great stay-clean/comfortable and convenient. Manager was attentive and timely. Slight downsides were no bikes included as compared to others and a fair amount of cleaning demanded before our departure. Overall though-excellent and I would stay here again.

Here are the Pros:
The owner: Maggie, was great to deal with. Communication with her was fast and prompt. It's like having your own concierge service downstairs when renting a hotel. She is very considerate and will work with you to allow for the best experience possible. Gave great restaurant suggestions/recommendations.
The location: as many have mentioned, the unit is in a centralized location with easy access to other point of interests (Harbour, Salty Dog, Beach Club, Coligny, Golf, etc). We rented bikes and it was great biking to all these places.
The Unit: the unit was very clean. the kitchen was well-stocked with new appliances...I can't think of anything that you'll need to bring. The beds were firm and comfortable which is our preference. The instructions on fixtures (i.e. labels) were a nice touch. Access to the pool was very convenient. It was clean and we basically had the pool to ourselves.
The Cons:
Dang weather didn't cooperate the first couple of days - obviously this has nothing to do with the unit. And if i really need to nit-pick, I wish the unit was on the ground floor. Again, just nit-picking b/c the unit was still very easy to access - it's on the 2nd floor and there's no need to use the elevator.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (and we probably will).

Fun Late Summer Trip with Mom!
This beautiful condo is extremely well maintained, well equipped, very clean and very quiet. The beds are comfortable, and the 2nd floor balcony view of the golf course is perfect. The location is close to everything and we very much enjoyed our stay. The owner is fabulous to work with—and very nice. We have spent a lot of time in Hilton Head for over 20 years and we would highly recommend this beautiful property. Thank you!

This appeared to be an older condo built probably 20+ yrs ago but owner kept updated with an excellent location in the Sea Pines location. We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants, rented bikes and some golf. I had a small issue which the owner immediately remedied. This owner is very attentive and also very thorough with both her labeling of appliances within the condo. Wonderful week.

Wonderful Experience
After a cold winter up north, my husband and I spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely condo enjoying all of the surrounding beauty of Sea Pine Plantation. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. There were a number of extra touches that Maggie had thought about that were above and beyond what we expected for a VRBO rental, that truly made us feel right at home from the very first evening. The communication with Maggie was excellent from the beginning through the end of our stay. We hope to be back in the near future.

The condo was spotless and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with both the Sea Pines beach club and Harbour Town within walking distance. The balcony overlooking the 8th green at Atlantic Dunes was both scenic and provided entertainment. (Watch out for the right-front bunker). Maggie, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Would happily return again.
