We had stayed in this unit last year and it was great for our group. We love the location of this property and always get the gulf view units
This year after final payment was made we were informed our balcony would be off limits due to painting/ resurfacing. This had been going on since February (2 months after we booked unit) The HOA and property manager did not say a word to us until the week before our stay. We pay top dollar for these views. I had to fight with rental manager to get a discount and really we should have been told earlier and been able to make a change of venue. Poor public relations. The balcony is like another room in the condo! This situation was disappointing and the view was of ugly plastic wrapped around the balcony

This property is only okay. I won't be going back. Neither of the two gate codes worked consistently. The refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days. Cleanliness was ok but not up to par.
