Newly Renovated & Furnished, New Floors & Carpets, New Flat Screen TVs & DVD Players in all rooms complete with a library of games & DVDs! The real wood fireplace in the living room also lends itself to cozy evenings all year round! Elegantly Furnished with high end decor and a Walk Out Balcony with table, chairs & a small personal Weber Grill, which has views of the courtyard, pool and the idyllic Mountains of Park City! No Need for a Car because the FREE Bus Service which stops right in front of our building will take you to Deer Valley, PCMR and The Canyons from the lobby. But if you so choose to bring a car, then we offer FREE parking for your car, which on Main Street is a gold mine and additional parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee. We also offer FREE High-Speed Internet, WiFi and Cable TV including HBO. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size Stainless Steel refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave & dishwasher. We also have a coffee maker, toaster, blender, good knife set, pots, pans & bakeware. Complete with a new dining room table set & bar stools to seat 10! NEW this year: The HotSite FREE wireless campus has been updated throughout the building to provide the best user experience in the region! Greater bandwidth, higher user access speeds, 24/7/365 system tech support, and free user support until 12 midnight! If internet access matters to you there is simply no better place to stay. This Wi-Fi system is thoroughly tested to be faster, more reliable, more secure and much better supported via free tech support than any other system in our area. It will be re-open from 10 AM-10 PM daily on Memorial Day Weekend for the summer season. Then it will be closed again from Labor Day Weekend until mid-Nov and will reopen daily when the ski resorts open Thanksgiving weekend for the winter season. ** ** The Indoor Hot Tub & Sauna area are currently closed until further notice due to Covid restrictions.** ** If it is found that there are more guests staying in this condo than stated in your initial reservation, we reserve the right to withhold your Damage Deposit AND cancel the remaining reservation without refund. **

Great cutely decor, fun condo, half a block and you're on lower Main St. Well stocked with all the tools you'd need for an extended stay, our's was one night. Worked out perfectly for us. We'll look for this one again. Thanks for the fun times. 5 stars all the way around.

We loved this property for our family. The location off Main Street and close to the ski lifts was perfect. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The owners thought of everything including games, books and movies. The owner/property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location, short walk to restaurants and ski lift. The building has a hot tub, great for after skiing. The kitchen and mattresses could use some updates, would be nice to have like a puck coffee maker or coffee available. Other units look more modern. Owners were responsive and helpful.

I live in Utah and just needed a little get away from work & this was a perfect place and location for my family to stay! Great restaurants 10 minutes away my daughter had a blast in the pool only downfall a little pricey for extra parking passes seems like an excuse to get some extra money but other than that we enjoyed the property and I would highly reccomend and stay again :)

Our host was perfectly communicative, so check in was easy. Our door code wasn’t quite accurate but Jane responded immediately to my text and we got right in! (The building had recently changed the front door code).
The condo was clean and beds comfy. All the amenities were there (though might be nice to have some coffee available for the drip machine). Pool area and spa were lovely. And we LOVED being able to walk directly to Main Street and all the fun of Park City!! Really fun stay!

This property is right off Main Street so you can walk to food, shopping or browsing one of the wonderful galleries. It also had a trail that went into a park. The Condo was very comfy and had a lot of room for myself and two adult daughters. Owner was wonderful and easy to work with. Wish we had more time there!

It literally had everything you need down to every utensil, pan, seasoning and oil, to shampoo, makeup wipes, and firewood. jane even decorated for Christmas and responded to all our texts ASAP. She literally thinks of everything to make ur stay nice and got us a great discount on our snowboard rentals. You will hav a wonderful vacation if you stay in this condo because it has everything you need!
