Luxurious 9th floor west corner penthouse unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath. Caribbean #804 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby. Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you! Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat. Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed. Overall it was a nice place to stay. A few things that weren’t the greatest, first was the water pressure every 3-4 minutes the pressure would go to a trickle. I did notify the property mgmt and he said it was fixed the night before we left. Which we could tell because the next morning it was much better. Second we traveled with our fur baby and I worried all along she would bark and cause a disturbance but she did great. The first night she barked a couple of times when the elevator would land on our floor which was the 8th floor, the top floor. Maybe the elevator needs to be looked at since it does make a popping noise when it would stop on whatever floor it was supposed to.
The bad thing is the main bedroom is right across from the entry door so you do hear a lot of the comings and goings of the other on your floor and again can hear the elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. And was an awesome kitchen at that. I have it five stars on everything except the cleanliness. I think the people who clean could do a better job. But that is my opinion. We would stay there again especially since we travel with my fur baby.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. The balcony has incredible views and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and sturdy. A great spot to watch the dolphins in the mornings and the sunset in the evening.
The location is great in that you are close to shops and restaurants and can get around quickly. The beach is a very short walk from the building (50 yards maybe) and the pool is large. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented or you can bring your own. The sand was soft and white and the water was warm and clear.
Check in and check out was very efficient and reaching the owner was easy. This property has reserved covered parking which was also convenient. The kitchen is a good size, the appliances are very nice, great coffee maker, the furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living area and kitchen which made the rooms very quiet and having 2 bathrooms was great.
The indoor pool at the complex is small but we did see a family utilize it. This is a corner unit so there are extra windows and light in the condo. It was the perfect home base and a great vacation. We highly recommend #804 and will be back again!

We have rented this room for 3 years now and have always been very happy with it.
This year as far as the beach was concerned, there was a lot of rule and regulations as to where you could set up a canopy and ended having to set up a big distance from where we were actually staying which was a chore with 2 small children.

The condo was amazing. The view every morning was a dream to wake up to. Dolphin pods arrived every single morning around 7 am. Watching them was mesmerizing. It’s the best way to drink coffee and soak up the beach experience.

This was a great location on the beach! Our unit was very well decorated and clean when we arrived. The view was amazing. We were also able to check in about an hour early. The space in the unit was laid out great and was very comfortable for our stay.
The only issue was the key to the other areas (salt pool and exercise room) was not working so we were not able to use those areas but everything else was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. The condo could use a makeover or a refresh. I loved the wood floors. The price was a bit over the top for what we were given but we had lots of fun. Maybe stay on a lower floor as the elevator is very slow.

This condo is in a great area and I loved that it wasn't a building with a huge number of rooms. Being pet friendly was a major plus. The view from the balcony is amazing and the master bath was very spacious. My only negatives were that the internet connection wasn't good and the kitchen really needs a full set of drinking glasses. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and in a great location. The views of the gulf are amazing! Unfortunately, it was not handicap accessible for a wheelchair. The door ways are too narrow. There is not enough space to navigate around the rooms with wheelchair. We would stay again if the wheelchair wasn’t an issue.

This was a nice apartment right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. It was very clean and had covered parking. Only reason for 4 stars was that the living room furniture was a bit past its prime and the bedrooms had no where to put your luggage. One small bureau with a cable box on top and too-flimsy drawers left us with only the floor to put our suitcases of clothes. Even just a folding luggage rack in the corner would have been quite helpful.

Beautiful views of the gulf! The condo was well supplied. However, the furniture was not as comfortable as perhaps recliners would be. Also, outdated but than again it is the beach. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms are too small to accommodate the king size bed. I stubbed my feet everyday at least twice per day!
The building is old and shows it’s age. The elevator worked well but took a long time when called for our floor (penthouse). The landing to the condo was filthy. A good cleaning all around the property is in order. Apparently, we were there during a swarm of dragonflies…the dead carcasses were everywhere. Not the owners fault but the managers of the building should be diligent and clean this up. Yuk!
Overall, it met our needs. Doubt if we will be back because Gulf Shores is just too far away.

Loved the condo. Beautiful views of the gulf and the beach stretching all the way to the west. The unit itself had a strong A/C, strong water pressure, was super quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable: all the things you want after a day playing at the beach. Pre check-in communication with the owners was PERFECT, Courtney or Lance responded quickly to all my little questions.

The location of the condo is great. I would actually go back to the same building but try a different condo next time. The main bathroom smelt like cat urine, there was old crumbled cookies in the drawer of the night stand. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned. Honestly if they hired a better cleaning service I would have given a higher rating. Only other downfall is there no space to store groceries. Very little counter space and no pantry. Otherwise nice stay and great location.
