Located in North Forest Beach, this attractive villa for $337 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located in Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster is a bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit townhome that has recently been completely updated. The villa, which feature a lagoon and golf views, is just a short 10-minute walk or 2 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access. Shipmaster includes both a pool and tennis court (with pickleball painted lines) for use exclusively by owners and their guests. **As an added convenience and bonus, our Guests are now welcome to use our Shipyard beach locker to store their beach gear during the week! You asked.....we delivered! :) The entire villa is spacious and decorated in a comfortable coastal style with three master bedrooms: Master Main - King, patio 2nd Floor Front Master - King and Twin, balcony 2nd Floor Rear Master - Two Full Beds, balcony HHI has always meant fun, relaxing family time for us, so you will find our home complete with a full array of board/card games, movies and books that will add to a great family vacation! We value our guests and their recommendations! Based on reviews, we added ceiling fans and large screen tv's to each bedroom, a new king mattress in main floor master, a king mattress in upstairs bedroom, patio set, and a new HVAC system. In 2019 we replaced the original sliding glass doors and added additional seating. We would love for you and your family to unwind, relax, make wonderful memories, and enjoy all that HHI has to offer!

The layout and the furnishings in the condo was perfect for our family. The condo was spacious and the owner had ever needed to make us feel at home. All we had to do was arrive and have a great time. We couldn’t ask for more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. A home away from home. The property was just beautiful. Everything was perfect! Cleaned immaculately with beautiful views of the golf course and convenient to the beach. Tastefully decorated and completely updated. Well acquainted kitchen. Very convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom for privacy. We love the Shipyard community for our beach vacation but we have found the place to return to year after year! We did not want to leave!

Our family stay from 1-4 Sep was absolute fun! It was made all the more so by the accommodations in the Shipmaster development.
It is close to the beach and within easy drives to stores, restaurants, etc.
The owner of the townhome, Lynn Price, was just as nice and accommodating as she could be. She was very responsive to texts and wanted to ensure our expectations and needs were exceeded in every way. She achieved success!
We are looking forward to returning and have decided to try to make this an annual family event, at the exact same place, with the same owner!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head but not our last. This home was so well equipped, was in the best location and Lynn couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. Shipyard is beautiful. Its quiet and beautifully maintained.

Our stay was great. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. House was exactly as pictured. I would only suggest more detailed description of amenities upon check in. Host does give good tips but when you are new to the area you have no idea where “beach lockers” are as there are multiple beaches nearby. Parking was a little confusing because it’s right next to resort parking but overall was very pleased!

We couldn’t have been happier with Lynn’s condo and accommodations. Spacious and clean, it was beautifully decorated and the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation in Hilton Head. Everything we needed was available and Shipyard is our favorite place to stay because of the central location.

We've vacationed in Hilton Head for about 19 years, always in Shipyard, so we've stayed at many different condos, villas, and townhomes. This townhome is now one of our favorites. Our host, Lynn, reached out to us before, during, and after our trip to let us know she was willing to help with whatever we needed. As it turns out, we did not need anything because our townhome was well-stocked and met our every expectation. We had such a wonderful time and miss it already. Thank you, Lynn, for being such a gracious host.

If I was allowed to give 100 stars for this property & the owner, I would! Our vacation was perfection. The unit is exactly as described, but so much more. I’ve never stayed in a unit that was as homey feeling as this one. We had everything we needed supplied and then some! This rental is now the standard we will hold any others to. I also can’t speak highly enough of Lynn. She has a repeat vacationer in me for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Shipmaster. We were there for a wedding at Sonesta and it was just minutes from there and to the beach. Everything was clean and neat. We were able to check in early which was great. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and answered one question promptly. I have stayed in VRBO’s that had a huge list of requirements for check out but this one was a breeze. Would highly recommend this unit!

This villa is beautiful, clean, and stocked nicely! The Shipyard area is nice and quiet, and this villa sits about 3/4 mile from the beach access point. Lynn was a wonderful host and let us know that the property was available 2 hours before the check in time.

Beautiful Memories
We love HIlton Head. We enjoy going to the beach and pool and biking and playing tennis. It is a very beautiful home and thanks for letting us stay there. We had no issues while staying there. The owner is very friendly and prompt when needed.

Attention to detail
My family and I had an amazing time. The location is beautiful. Pool across the street and we biked to the beach daily. The condo has a nice open feel to it. Windows everywhere! The backyard view is beautiful.
The condo smells fresh and clean and everything was new looking and organized with purpose. My kids loved playing all the games provided and I loved how the stairs were carpeted and not super steep so my two year old had no problems going up and down them.
Towels are big and soft. Beds are comfortable and the owner was a delight and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway
This house was amazing. Spacious, clean and close to the Beach. Lynn was a fantastic host. She messaged me upon arrival to make sure we made it and didn't have any issues and we kept in communication throughout the trip. The house has everything you need for a beach getaway and the furniture is in great condition. I can't wait to come back !!

Really is a happy place
Had wonderful time here. Location is great for everything you wanna do at HHI. Short distance to either Shipyard or public beach. House was great size for our family, enough room and something to do for everyone. House was very clean! Had issues with grill burner and Lynn was right out to help and try to fix it! Best rental we every stayed at!!!

Great family vacation condo
This condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you need. Lynn, the owner, was very attentive to any questions or concerns. A beach locker was provided which made beach days much easier. Shipmaster is a great community for bike riding and the pool and tennis courts were within walking distance. Great family vacation condo!!! Highly recommend!
