Excellent location, convenient and quiet. The house is comfortable and very clean~wonderful white fluffy towels in the bathroom is a plus. The kitchen well stocked. Great communication with our host. We will not hesitate to book a future stay. Highly recommend!

Super cute cottage that was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, close to downtown, yet quiet. Hosts were very communicative and seem to think of everything you might need when visiting. Kitchen is well-stocked with the basics and there are some toiletries and other things you might need in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

This Vrbo was one of the best Vrbo's I've ever stayed it. It was fully stocked with everything you might need. It was clean, and fully upgraded. There were chargers for devices all over the house which made my teenagers very happy. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The hosts were kind and helpful. I will totally stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip in early July. Exactly what I expected. Great location, super close to downtown and Ann Morrison park, a great place for a run, walk, or float on the river. I will definitely stay again and I recommend! Jenifer and Bobby were fantastic and communicated extremely well. A+++ Hosts!

I came over from Oregon to help my granddaughter move into her new apt. I brought a friend to help so we needed two bedrooms. This Gem was available and we were very surprised on the location, neighborhood and the home. The host was amazing and checked in just at the river time. They even had lots of basic food staples and offered up why always there. I made my granddaughter a come (cause it was there) and grilled some steaks. Everything needed to cook and they even had some sodas and juice in the fridge. Felt super safe and the living space was completely comfortable. Thanks for an amazing stay. I cannot wait to see if this place is available the next time we come see our granddaughter!

Our family loved this place. The property is in a location that is easily accessible to downtown or Boise State University. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. Thank you for providing such nice amenities such as toiletries , beverages and pantry items. We will recommend this place to family and friends.

I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The location was so convenient for the wedding we attended at the Depot and so close to everything we wanted to do. The house was perfect for the 3 of us, so comfortable and nicely appointed - even some little breakfast items so we could get out and about quickly in the mornings!

The Gem was a great location to visit our son at BSU! So close to downtown, freeways, stores, and the airport. The house was very comfortable and had lots of extra amenities that other rentals don’t often have. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property, the house was by far the best stocked property we've stayed in, anything you may have forgotten is already there. The neighborhood is clean and very quiet. Great location, just a few minutes from the airport, few minutes from downtown, although we had a rental car, if you are okay Ubering you would not need one. The hosts are very responsive to messages and were so accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we needed a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever end up in Boise again.

My husband and I stayed here with our son for a college visit. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this was one of the best. The communication from Bobby and Jenifer from the start all the way to the end was fantastic. The house was well-stocked with thoughtful items to make it feel like home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance to BSU, a very short drive into Boise, and a very short drive to the airport. I highly recommend staying here, and should our son decide to go to BSU, we will most definitely be staying here again.
