Situated in Sun Lakes, this charming house for $120 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 4 miles from Intel. *Summer through October Specials: -2 week special $90 a night, 25% discount will be manually added. Message for this special rate. 28% Discount $86.50 a night for monthly rates for long term rentals plus fees, Summer through mid-Oct. We cap our summer Electricity at $225 with guests covering any overages. Our home is 1800 sq. ft. well furnished, ranch style home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated adult community of Palo Verde. There are 2 Master bedrooms with walk-in closets & full bathrooms with double sinks. The main master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors that open to the backyard patio. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a powder room, living room, family room with Smart flat screen HD T.V., fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with office area and garage. The large private backyard has a full length covered patio with patio furniture that seats 8, gas grill and a charcoal grill . WiFi and antenna T.V. that includes streaming for Prime Video and over 50 antenna TV channels. You are able to use any of your streaming subscriptions on the T.V. by logging in on the app. Our home borders three other Country Clubs with championship golf courses and many outstanding pools and amenities for your use. **VRBO shows a no cancellation policy, but our personal contract will show refundable up to 90 days before check-in date May through October. Refundable 120 days for Nov. through March. *Minus $200 office fee. No pets or smokers allowed, keeping our home allergy friendly. The Cottonwood/Palo Verde Club House is located blocks from our home and includes a large pool and jacuzzi along with an outstanding restaurant. Palo Verde has a par 62 executive golf course and Cottonwood has a par 72 championship golf course. There is a lap pool and 3 swimming pools within our community. Pickleball, Racquetball courts, community park with bocce ball course, a nine hole putting green, horseshoes, pickleball court and a Ramada to name some of the activities available. Walking path surround the many beautiful lakes in both neighborhoods. There are also many classes available. We border the Chandler area that also offers wonderful amenities and have major Metropolitan areas with Scottsdale and Phoenix close at hand. The Phoenix airport (PHX) is 25 miles (30 minutes) away. *The rates are for 2 adult guests and up to 2 additional adults (maximum of 4 total overnight adults at anytime). HOA has limitations on the amount of days children can stay overnight in the home. Before booking, please let us know if you have plans for grandchildren to visit during your stay and their ages. Older grand children for a night or 2 is acceptable. Please make let us aware of it. The home is not childproofed. Please note: This is a 40 years & older Adult Community, no children please. No pets & No smokers in home or on property to keep home allergy friendly. The rates listed are for 2 people, an additional fee will be added for up to 2 additional people at $20 per night or $350 a month for the couple. The rates will be manually adjusted once the reservation in accepted and before payment is made. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions *We have a separate home rental contract that will be signed by both guest and the owner once the home is rented through VRBO. This contract will include a 120 cancellation policy for the winter months and 90 days for off season. The HOA charges $25 cash as an administration fee to receive your passes to get into the Clubhouses, past the gate and into the pools. *There are 4 outside perimeter security cameras located on the property. 2 in the front and 2 in the back.

This nice home was conveniently located to our family. Super kitchen with everything you could need if you choose to cook. Owners were responsive with the few questions we had. Grocery stores are nearby and there are many restaurants and bars just down the street in Chandler. We would stay again.

Clean and bright house. Everything in the house worked fine. Sitting in back yard with morning coffee and looking at and hearing all the birds amazing. Amenities at the clubhouses great and being able to get there on the golf cart a big plus. What more to say?you will not be disappointed

We enjoy the large backyard, the privacy, proximity to services, the layout of the home, the clean house when we arrive and the golf cart. It is a well stocked kitchen for utensils and dishes. Nice gas and charcoal barbecues.

We have rented several properties in the Sun Lakes area, but this house tops them all. The house is very roomy and clean, and is full of top-of-the-line furniture. There is everything you need for an extended stay, or a short stay. The patio and huge back yard are just amazing, perfectly landscaped with local trees and bushes. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and responsive to our every need. The house provides the renter access to 5 golf courses, and the location is close to shopping and local attractions. We will definitely check the availability of this property for our next stay in Arizona, and would recommend this home without hesitation.

We have been to Arizona for several winters and have stayed in various locations. This was the best yet. The house is very nice and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you may need which is very important to me. The location is very convenient and Nancy and Ron are helpful with anything you have a question about. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, grocery shopping too. We liked Fat Willy's and Five Guys for burgers. Rush Street for pizza and the Safeway store became our favorite for staples. We can't wait to come back to AZ as permanent residents. This stay convinced us of that.

We are frequent users of VRBO and have stayed in many homes in many states. This experience was exceptional and frankly was better than advertised! From the moment we made initial contact with the owners of this home to the morning we departed, the owners could not have been more pleasant and professional in every regard. As for the home, all we can say is it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. And, the fact that we had access to numerous golf courses and club houses was an added bonus. The homeowners were very prompt in answering any questions and provided a very easy check in and check out process. The home was very well furnished and beautiful on the inside. The insurance you had to purchase as part of the property was expensive considering we only stayed five days. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying her on our next visit to Sun Lakes.

Fun in the Sun . . . With a Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I wanted to try out living in a senior community, so we rented this house for 3 1/2 weeks. It far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right away. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. A bonus for me was Wi-fi and an office area in the laundry room. There were two master suites, so if we had brought another couple, both would have had a great bedroom and bath. There was also a 1/2 bath near the living area. The house was located in a cul de sac near the wall at one side of the community, making it a very quiet area without a lot of traffic. The yard was huge . . . really huge! . . . and we enjoyed the many plants while we sat on the patio. I liked that we could use facilities in different adjoining communities, too. I went to water aerobics at the next community, and found the residents to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. This is a great place to ride a bike. I bought one at the neighborhood garage sale and had a great time riding it around the community. We had several good meals at the community restaurants and attended a luau. Again, the people were so friendly. We also enjoyed using the golf cart to get around. I hope to stay here again. It is a great place and the owners were great about communicating with us. Five stars!

This home was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month while we were remodeling the home we bought just around the corner. We had absolutely everything we needed and even entertained our family of 4 children and 4 grandchildren for dinner during the holidays with plenty of room for all. The back yard is beautiful..lots of fruit trees. The 2nd master bedroom is large ...perfect for extra guests. The Palo Verde community is full of amenities...golf, pickle ball, tennis, bocci ball, dinner,shows,acivities for all interests. I would definitely recommend this property.
