Situated in Laramie, this lovely house for $201 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, solar electric house is located on the north edge of Laramie, nestled into the hillside in a quiet neighborhood with shared open space and paved green-belt trail just up the hill for walking, running or biking. From the top of the hill, you can see the Snowy Range to the west, the Laramie Range to the east, and the mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park to the south. With its 360 degree views, this is a great place for viewing sunsets or sunrises and watching the weather. The xeriscape landscaping looks good year-round. A 2-car garage and driveway provides off-street parking in addition to the two street spaces. Inside, the fully equipped, recently updated kitchen and large dining area provide the opportunity to cook up great meals and save money by dining in. The living room is furnished with a couch, two chairs and a rocker, and has large, south-facing windows for a sunny, warm atmosphere and nice view. Each of the three bedrooms contains a queen size bed. The large guest bathroom with tiled shower and full tub is across the hall mid-way between the two guest bedrooms. The master suite has a comfortable love seat with a lamp for reading and a desk for more serious tasks. The master bath/shower and toilet are separated from the sink area so two people can use the space at the same time. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and sliding glass doors out to the small fenced dog kennel. The artwork hung throughout the house is original watercolor by Cheyenne artist Carleen S. Williams (1913-2013). Ames Place is 1.2 miles from the U.W. Art Museum and Arena Auditorium and 1.4 miles from War Memorial Stadium. Albany County Fairgrounds is only 4.5 miles away if you're here for the Jubilee Days rodeo or the Snowy Range Music Festival. This is a great place to stay if you're in Laramie to enjoy cultural events or attend basketball or football games and want a quiet retreat after the excitement.

This was a great place to stay and had everything we needed to accommodate our needs including wheelchair access and our 2 dogs. It was very clean. We loved the small dog run off the master that was very handy. The alley which was where the wheelchair access was from had some big ruts due to heavy rain and we ended up parking in front of the house and having my husband drive down in his power wheelchair, to spare the stress on lowered wheelchair van. Great place to stay!

It is a little bit older home but is spacious and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet area within minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Back alley to garage was washed out making garage inaccessible but front parking works fine for single car. Pricing wasn’t much higher than the decent hotels in town and you get the comforts and space of home, which is nice when when planning to stay more than just one night.

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. I was here for a month on a work trip and it was a great place to call home during that time. It had everything I needed and was really comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed here many times as we have our daughter, son in law and grandsons in Laramie. Our other adult children join us for Christmas. We find the home very comfortable and cozy while being very roomy.

The property itself is actually bigger than the pictures show, it's more roomy on the inside than you'd think. Check in was easy, she met us and walked us through the place. Much better than staying at a hotel for our group of four on our fishing trip.

The house was exactly as described —spacious, clean and appointed with everything we needed to make a home away from home! It was on the north side of town which made for peaceful nights while also being close enough to downtown that trips back and forth were quick and easy. Thank you for a great stay!

I booked this home for an event I was attending in Laramie with my 3 dogs. Although I did not stay the full time of my rental due to my own issues the house was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked with all you would need for a week stay, clean and plenty of room. There are good walking options in and around the neighborhood and the location is great for access to everything. Theresa was lovely and responded to all communication. Willing to help and make me as comfortable as possible. I hope to be able rent this home again when I am able actually stay the full time. Thank you to Theresa for opening her home to us.

The property is clean, spacious, & perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen is newly renovated, and well stocked. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of closet space, and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were well maintained with great showers. There is a beautiful paved walking path behind the home. We enjoyed this lovely home with family and friends during our Laramie stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice and quiet location; good neighborhood; 5 min drive to restaurants, bagel shop, large organic grocery store. Jogging path right by house. Large house; clean; good beds; solid and large kitchen, fridge. Garage accessible from house. TV via antenna; reasonable but not super fast internet. Very pleasant owner, easy check-in and check-out.

Comfortable house, met our needs, was a quiet area. Tv was an issue for some reason it worked the first night but checker board the next night. We watched a dvd in the cabinet. Thankful for the garage to load and unload the car.

This is such a cool property in a great neighborhood right on the edge of town by walking trails with beautiful views. We loved having a well equipped kitchen to cook a family meal together. And the dog kennel connected to the master bedroom is such an excellent feature. I love the natural landscaping. The host was very communicative about arrival time. I would definitely recommend booking this rental.

Very nice experience. Was a lot bigger then expected and we all had a great time. Even saw a deer walking through the front yard. My kids had a great time playing with the neighborhood kids and my dogs loved the walking path. Great experience.

The house is very nice and there's plenty of room. There's even a nice little office area, if you have to actually work while you're staying there.The access to the garage is from an alley behind the house. We didn't have an issue with this, but if there was a lot of snow or rain, it might be a little difficult to make it up the hill to the garage/drive way. There's parking on the street though.There's a nice little fenced in area off of the master, which was perfect form my little dog. Theresa was great to work with.Had some issues with the WiFi, but other than that, everything was great.
