Situated in Harbor Springs, this attractive house for $675 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Complete, beautiful renovation in 2018 You can't get any closer to downtown! Located literally steps from shops and restaurants. 2 doors down from the Historical Museum. *Call with questions on rates and length of stay*. Minimum 1 week in Summer. The house is spacious, with 5 individual bedrooms, including (1) King, (3) Queens, (1) Full and a set of twin bunk beds. Could easily accommodate several families or 5 couples! Spacious kitchen and eating area, new appliances and everything you need is already there-- just bring groceries. The open floor plan allows for an easy flow from kitchen, to dining and living area. Features include large wrap around front porch overlooking Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating including a BBQ gas grill and bikes for our seasonal renters. Located only 10 minutes from two of Northern Michigan's great ski resorts, Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, and only minutes from Lake Michigan and the gorgeous beaches of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Lastly, there is parking for 4 vehicles on the premises and street parking available. Please contact me if you have any questions.

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ages 1 year to 65. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and we loved the open kitchen and living space. Great location to get to Boyne Highlands quickly, great shopping in Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Looking forward to next year!

The property was perfect and accurately described - we actually had the number of beds advertised (other VRBO's I have used - claim a 'pull out couch' as a bed). Just outside HS and 15 minute easy drive to Nubs Nob. Ample parking for 4 cars and additional street parking if needed. Great big living area and kitchen that we used for every breakfast and dinner. Owners were very pleasant and was easy to contact - we had absolutely no issues with our stay and everyone in our group kept mentioning how great 'a find' this house was. Thanks!

This house is the perfect location for any skiers looking to for a fun getaway. Located downtown harbor springs everything you need is a short walk away and the ski hills are a short 10 minute drive. The space is used very well and accommodates a large group perfectly. The whole home is very well accommodated.

Great house, great location, great choice.
We stayed with a group of 10 adults (5 couples) and the house was absolutely great. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space to spread out. The front porch was lovely and location to downtown Harbor Springs can't be beat. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs. No complaints, everything worked super well. We can't wait to come back next year.

Two things were missing but you can work around it. There is no back yard but again there is plenty of space to be outside on the front and side porch. We had a very hot week and the house does not have central AC so the upstairs was around 80 degrees at nights even with the fans running.

Perfect spot in Harbor!

Our original house had a pipe burst so we couldn't use it. So, last minute, our home owner got our family set up in two different locations so we could still enjoy the ski weekend that had already been paid for. Thanks soooo much to Alan for his help!!!!!

Perfect getaway
We have stayed in vacation rentals for several years and this home was by far the cleanest. Our group included four couples in our 60's and our stay was perfect in every way. The home was clean and well maintained, and Kelly and Alan were responsive when needed. Only a couple blocks from downtown Harbor Springs.

Labor Day Weekend
A group of friends and I rented this house for Labor Day Weekend. We had an absolute blast. The house is much more spacious than the photos show. Beautiful, clean home in a great location very close to the water and downtown area. We all had a great time and would definitely consider renting here again.

The entire family had an incredible time in the Harbor Springs area! The town is beautiful and peaceful. The House was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was just what we needed!

Perfect Stay!
The property was wonderful for our family. We stayed with our 3 kids (6,4, and 2) and my wife’s parents. The home was very comfortable and everyone seemed right at home. The location is 2 blocks from all of the shops and restaurants. We only used the car to go the store and golf course. The porch was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and even meet some people walking by on their way to town. The owners were incredibly responsive and we would definitely love to stay here again next year.

Relax & Enjoy
My wife and I have enjoyed visits to Harbor Springs for more than 5 decades; originally snow skiing in the 1960's while in college and golf since the 1970's as young marrieds. We chose this Vrbo since it could potentially easily accommodate all of our children and grand children. They didn't all visit, but the 5 BR home could sleep 12. We are new to Vrbo's in 2019, and our experiences have been very favorable. The interior of this home exceeded our expectations. The owners have made nice interior improvements, it is well equipped, and comfortable. We liked the location in close proximity to town and the water front, with ample parking. Clearly our Overall Rating is 5 Stars.
Minor feedback for the owners - all easy fixes: (1) WD40 the squeaky doors, (2) upgrade the bikes, (3) replace the rubber drain stopper in the kitchen sink, (4) the Keurig coffee maker is inoperable, (5) we had difficulty using the key in the back door, and (6) to watch TV, we found the discovery of how to use the multi remotes challenging.
We have a different 3 BR Vrbo home in Harbor Springs reserved for a return visit during the summer 2020.
