About this house rental
This quaint, no frills beach cottage is steps from Middle Beach (Rocky Beach) with ocean views. A quick walk to KBIA, Edgecomb and Webhannet. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the other has twin beds. 1 bathroom with standing shower (no tub) and second full bath. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. No dishwasher.
The home is adjacent to an apartment above garage that is also occupied - may be rented simultaneously ($1,100 per week + ME state tax). The properties share a two car garage. There is no access between the two homes.
Perfect for a family or two couples.
No cats. Dogs considered with deposit.
1/2 garage available for storage of beach supplies, etc.

Perfect spot. Close to beaches and cottage was spotless. The only negative is the furniture needs attention to make it a bit more comfortable.Best part was the walk thru the neighborhoods. Walk along the water is nice too.

Even though the house and the furnishings are old it is a great location on The middle Beach of Kennebunk- within a short walk to two Sandy beaches and into town and the golf course. The owner was very responsive to our questions and so helpful during our stay. We would stay here again.

Lauren was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. Excellent location with a beautiful view. Highly recommend this property if you need to get away and just relax.
